Staff were overall nice and friendly. Once of the issues I ran into was upon arrival. We were escorted to a secondary "VIP" area and had to wait awhile to get checked in, then immediately after that wait We then were directed to sit in another area while a staff member attempted to sell me stuff. After a long day of travel thats the last thing you want to do, just wanted to get to my room and relax a little. I would have rather checked in at the lobby quickly and gone straight to the room. The buffet was a disaster, the food was absolutely terrible there! lack of choice and very low quality. The dinner restaurants were decent but I also dont expect top of the line food at a all inclusive so it was ok. The breakfast spot near the pool was not bad for a quick meal. The room was nice but appeared dated again not a massive deal. I would not stay at this resort again nor would I recommend it to others.

Great hotel and staff. Food was generally good at the hotel restaurants but the buffet in the evening was a major let down. Due to the hot weather the beach was full of seaweed and that caused an unpleasant smell. I had 3 rooms booked and all had inconsistent amenities provided where one came with dressing robes the others didn’t; one didn’t have a properly functioning fridge; one didn’t have complementary creams. The housekeeping was very inconsistent - they would come to clean some days and not others and at differing times each day starting at 9am up to 8pm in some cases. My son celebrated his 8th birthday and we hired the vip area which was good. Stores on site are extremely overpriced. Use uber to get to local shops for anything you need. Overall we had a pleasant stay but perhaps would consider a different hotel next time.

The ac wasn’t working for 2 days and kept going in and out. In addition, the WiFi service wasn’t good. I didn’t get good reception at their resort or in my room.
