Clean hotel near Bryce Canyon. Jacuzzi broken and would not be repaired for several days. The hotel air conditioning is loud so beware if you are a light sleeper. Windows only open an inch. Very good breakfast.

Absolutely perfect property to stay at when visiting Bryce Canyon! Room was huge and the bathroom had a double sink which is fantastic! The pool was very nice and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had at a hotel!

Over the years, I've stayed at hotels in small towns nearby multiple national parks. This was ,by far, the best we have experienced and would get a top rating at any location. Cleanliness and comfort gets a top rating. Breakfast buffet was superb. Ample large, soft bath towels provided. Great location with easy access to Bryce canyon and evening dining.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 2 nights. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. However, while the breakfast is complete and delicious. It would do well for management to consider extending the breakfast hours until 10:00. We feel 9:30 is just too early to end breakfast as most of us come back from visiting Bryce Canyon National Park and are too tired especially with kids. Other than that, very nice place to bring your family. I would come back again. The staff are also friendly! 5 stars

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive hotel near Bryce Canyon and this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was enormous, immaculate, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that was a slight negative is the old school heater/AC unit in the room - those things are noisy. The complimentary breakfast was well above average. This hotel was an absolute bargain.

A good and functional hotel near Bryce Canyon. The service at the reception is inaccurate, and incorrect details are provided. Questions about alternatives to late-night food were also answered incorrectly and partially, as well as about the laundry room's operating hours and the options for getting there. The representative insisted that you had to leave the hotel to enter the laundry room, and from a look at the hotel map, we immediately saw that there was access from inside the hotel. I mentions that the temperature outside is about 0 degrees Celsius. While waiting, 3 different people complained about defective things in the rooms, such as the TV. When we got to the room, there was a beeping sound every 30 seconds. It seems like that it was an air or carbon monoxide alarm in the room. We called the reception, who quickly sent a friendly maintenance man, who immediately took the device and that's how the beeping stopped.

Review Title: Very Disappointing Stay – Hidden Fees, Poor Service, and Uncomfortable Room Review Content: Booked this Best Western via Expedia for $200/night. At check-in, we were charged an unexpected “resort fee” for the pool, breakfast, and facilities—things that should be included. It was never disclosed when booking. The amount wasn’t huge, but the way it was imposed was unacceptable: pay whatever they ask or lose your prepaid booking. In theory, they could make it $50, $100, or more, and you’d have no choice. Front desk staff were firm, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Overall: hidden fees, noisy room, poor service—never again.

I would have rated this property excellent but the check in was very slow. We were told that check in would be at 4 pm so that is when we arrived, so did everyone else. They only had one person at the check in counter. After a time a second person arrived but the bad feelings were already made.

Best Western Plus is very close to Bryce Canyon National Park and it is 3.5 miles to Sunrise and Sunset Points. Do shop for souvenirs at the Welcome Center as there are many beautiful items! The hotel is excellent, comfortable beds and clean AND the continental breakfast spread is absolutely delicious. We will be back!

We were checking early like 3 pm but room unavailable til 4 pm. Others told same. Came back and waited in line to get keys. We (Expedia booked customers) seem to get the worst rooms next to elevator. Becoming a pattern. Just happened in June in Juneau. Breakfast fruit has strange taste. Coffee from fancy machine was undrinkaby strong. Breakfast was a nightmare of 2 busloads of people in line at630 am.
