The good: Close to the park entry. Big hotel with shops and restaurants. Very nice breakfast. Rooms are ok. Not so good: Rooms are spread in different buildings that can be pretty far from the main building. Indoor pool is too small for the size of the hotel, very crowded during our stay. A bit pricey.

Large resort style place, breakfast was hearty and convenient. Gym has real weights. Plenty of parking and the Bryce shuttle picks up out front. Wish we had more time, would gladly stay again.

Restaurants reasonable but ran out of half of whats in the menu after 7 pm. The parking was under construction and inaccessible till after 5 pm, had to drive through sticky gravel unpaved. Small manmade lake view. clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom dated and tub/shower was creaky like plastic but good shower head water flow.Nice big indoor pool lots of children swimming.

Very convenient with great transportation options but not a ton of food options outside of the hotel. Meals were okay and priced accordingly. Bathroom could use updating but the indoor pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of hiking.

This BW location was right at the entrance of Bryce Canyon. The hotel felt like a small village with the restaurant, laundry, post office, etc. I found the 24 hour laundry area pefect for our trip! There were shuttles to BC from the hotel. Room was comfy!

This hotel has multiple buildings for guest rooms, they are all 2 stories, but not all of them have elevators. There is no indication of this on the booking site, so there is no way to indicate the need for an elevator or first floor room. I have a disability the does require an elevator, but I do not need a wheelchair accessible room, so I do not request them. When we arrived, we were assigned to a 2nd floor room in a building without an elevator. We did not know this until we drove to the building, and discovered there wasnt an elevator. We were able to exchange for a first floor room, but they should make this information more obvious in the booking, or at check-in.

The room was large with good amenities but you could hear noise from rooms upstairs. They were not making loud noises but every footstep and the water running could be heard. Limited parking. The bathrooms could use an update. The buffet food was average. The gift shop was well stocked. The hotel was convenient to Bryce and the “old town” was nice. Very self contained campus!

This hotel is ridiculously cool. One of the biggest hotels with the most things to offer I think I’ve ever seen. I’m insanely impressed, it has a huge pool, big gift shop (which included a sizable grocery store), and a restaurant! You could easily stay inside and not see the light of day in this place for days, but don’t do that because you’re obviously here because of the amazing park down the road. I booked this place in a short notice, and I honestly didn’t originally realize how killer this place is. Last thing I will say is that I’m glad this place has a shuttle outside of the park system. We are pilots and this was the best options for dudes who had no car to get around. I hope I get to come back!

Why it was clean, its in desperate need of a remodel. The paint on the doors is chipping off. The carpet is who knows how old. And the room smelled musty. They keep the front of the hotel looking a lot better than the back.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location just outside of Bryce (short 5 min drive when shuttle not running, with shuttle stop at the hotel when it’s running). Access to laundry facilities was really helpful (an app can be used to pay for washing machines in addition to coins). It was nice having a complimentary breakfast. Only complaint was that none of our drains (both sinks and shower) didn’t drain properly.

Maintenance man had been in room to clear blockage in bath which unfortunately came up through the toilet and he left it there ,not a pleasant sight/smell on our arrival in the bathroom. Luckily a flush was all that was needed to clear the problem. The room was dated in need of upgrade, bed was very soft, disappointed no safe in room but we had a microwave why? Hotel in general needs a refurbishment

I enjoyed everything about Ruby’s Inn. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant serves a great breakfast buffet. The restaurant staff are always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend staying here.

Very close to Bryce Canyon National Park. Good breakfast. Room was quite dark and dated. We did consider paying extra for a lake view room but so glad we didn’t bother as you can see from the pictures, it was dried up.

Walls are paper thin. Could hear the kids and people stomping around till late in the night above. Woken up by people leaving the property before sunrise. Old property. Beds were comfortable and there is a fridge and microwave. The shower pressure was weak. Complimentary breakfast buffet was a real full on buffet. Laundry on site. Indoor Pool was a bit cloudy and there is a little hot tub. Showers in the pool area. A few minutes away from Bryce Canyon. Tip: request a room in the second floor. Thank me later.

Everything good except that the bathroom fan was too noisy and the bathtub was very squeaky as you step on it. I selected the room with lake and river view but the lake was all dry and there was no river. Other than that Everything was excellent.

Great location, Right by the shuttle bus stop to Bryce, nice breakfast included, huge store for gifts, food or necessities, even had a liquor store. We had a lake view room but unfortunately the lake was dry. We took the car to go to breakfast. Due to the high altitude it was difficult for my 82 year old husband to walk the distance without breathing problems.

We had a lot of trouble with the Internet and we were in town for business. We were told on the phone because we called ahead of time that there would be Internet and then we got there. We had no Internet because we arrived late. We had no time to actually go to another hotel. The hotel is giving us a 50% discount for that.

Staff not that friendly. Tried to book in early and was told the room would definitely be ready by 4pm so we went away for 2 hours and returned. Then told they weren't sure if room was ready but for me to check. Good breakfast, good night's sleep made up for lack of help from staff. Cleaning crews very polite and all said hello.

The bathtub creaked as if you were walking on an old wooden floor. The water suddenly turned very cold and then very hot, which might have been related to water use in the neighboring rooms. The ice machine on our side of the building was not working. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Our room did not have shampoo, but when I called the front desk, they sent it within 10 minutes. The breakfast was very good and delicious.

Property has an old-lodge charm to it. Good location. Restaurant staff is rude - dont you dare ask them for water without ice, or anything else. A brat teenager will have less attitude then their restaurant staff. Cleaning staff - very good.

I did not feel like the staff was very friendly. The front desk was unable to answer my question and went and got the manager who appeared very upset. And did not explain the question and was very short with her response. The room was out dated and run down. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The staff at the gift shop was not eager to help. This was the worst places I stayed during my trip.

The location is unbeatable. It’s not even a 3 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP. If you don’t want to drive to the park, there’s a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel. It’s very cozy. I loved the vibes lol. I’d definitely stay here again.

The is located at very convenient place to Bryce National Park. Also, the parking is very convenient, just outside the lodge for easy transfer and transport. We could utilise this convenience to explore the park at various times( sunset/ sunrise) throughout the day.

Great location, close to the park. If you can get a room under 150 like I did, killer deal. Breakfast buffet not bad at all. Lunch buffet pretty good and ok price too. I had dinner and opted to NOT do the buffet. Regretted that and had slow service with a waitress pushing for a high tip. Room was a good size and comfortable and clean. Literally right at the park entrance. Can't beat that.
