Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot, yummy, and plentiful! The bed was more firm than I'm used to but a firm bed may be a plus to some people. The outdoor pool wasn't open yet but the surrounding area was neat and clean with a grill that could be used by guests. Parking Lot was well lit and felt safe. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel is nice. I always enjoy the fitness room and breakfasts. Our A/C unit in the room this trip was so loud that it woke us each time the compressor came on. Probably needs servicing. The hotel also has a LARGE ball team + family members staying who were quite loud, in the halls and in their rooms (two of which were on either side of ours). Not necessarily the hotel's fault, however staff *did* know they were being too loud in the halls and common area. 🤔

The customer service was great. Everyone we dealt with from the front desk to the staff working breakfast were all very nice and friendly. The facility was clean. The breakfast was pretty decent. The omelet style eggs was only dislike about breakfast. The waffle bar was the best! Our only disappointment was the pool wasnt heated so that was a bummer.

There were red stains on the bottom sheet of one of the two beds so we were unable to use that bed. And there was a large white stain on the carpet right beside that bed. The employees at the check in counter were wonderful and had great customer service skills. The location was very convenient.

Staff was fantastic. This property is in need of an update. It feels very worn and therefore does not feel clean and fresh. The bathroom floor in our room was covered in long blond hair. A lot of it. I cleaned it up myself but that was not a great start.

the guy that wore a green jacket was very hospitable to us. the stay was great. everything was nice. the cookies were good and the breakfast. the only thing i would say is that our door was hard to open most of the time and had to push with our whole body to open it.

We stayed two times. One on the way to New Orleans which was amazing, service was great, everyone so friendly and the breakfast was a plus. Stayed again on our way back to Virginia on Friday night- Sat morning. The room nothing was stocked, the shower head looked gross. The breakfast was ok they seemed to be running behind.
