The one thing - and it's a big one - that RSVP needs to get a handle on is parking when there is a concert next door at The Elm. Which is frequent. Concert goers take all of the hotel parking spots, and guests are left with nowhere to park - as the side streets in the surrounding area have also been taken by concert goers.

A nice little updated motor inn that has simple rooms, a great pool and fire pit plus a cool little restaurant and free champagne in the evening. Parking is a little challenging due to overgrown shrubs. Received an email indicating we would find champagne and local beer in our room, but none was present. There was a noisy little refrigerator. AC unit pretty loud. Had some issues with lighting and the staff quickly responded. About a mile from Main St Bozeman.

This place was adorable. The front desk girl was lovely. Bubbly at check in was a nice touch. Cute art decor and thoughtful touches- pretty robes, a record player in the room. Bed was like a cloud! The cons were the pool looked a bit dingy (like it had a film on it) and the room was very, very, very tight for a family of 4 and luggage. It’s also on a pretty busy road. I believe this place would be absolutely ideal for 2 women on a girls trip- pink, frilly, a ton of in room offerings- massage, hair blow outs. Also a brewery across the street with a bunch of food trucks. Less perfect for a family of 4.

RSVP has a relaxing and friendly vibe. I really enjoyed the large private patio w/ my room, shared hot tub, great breakfast and friendly staff, it’s dog friendly also!

They texted me when the room was ready. It was ready quite early. They sent the code so we could get in without going to the front desk. They have us champagne. I texted to ask if there were towels at the pool and the sweet woman brought some new ones out just in case. This is an adorable motel with a lovely person at the front text, a tiny cute pool with pink floaties and a hot tub. Love it here.

Loved my second room. The first room smelled like dog pee and was so small for the cost. I was moved to a much more spacious and smell free room. Loved the decor and small details. Amazing cafe!

The hotel was fine. For the price, I felt it was quite dirty (stained sheets, dusty bed, etc). The location was excellent and the check-in staff was incredibly professional. I just couldnt sleep due to the thin walls and ceilings. I could hear the person above me stomping (As they simply walked) all night. If you're a light sleeper, I'd say find another option.

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! I'm very picky about where I stay. I can't say enough about how adorable this place is. When we first pulled up, I was not sure. It looks like a motel with 2 floors and you enter your room right from the parking lot. But then we opened the door to our room... It was perfect! Not only is the decor so unique, but the cleanliness was above and beyond any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at. And, when checking in, it was a nice little surprise to be greeted with a glass of champagne 🍾. You won't be disappointed.

It was okay. I do not think the price is justified. When spending $300 a night I expect a little bit more. This is definitely a motel, with some paint and decor to make it appear a bit nicer. Our room was very small and we felt cramped. The sink was not in the bathroom, which I find odd. I appreciated that the bed was comfy, AC kept room cold and the blackout shade kept the room dark. Floor was dirty and the soles of our feet were black after walking on it for a bit. The pool/fire pit area in the courtyard is cool. I like that there is a cafe/breakfast spot on site. Overall a decent place; just think it should cost half as much as it does for what you get.

Old remodeled 60's roadside motel. The room was cute but how did it get a rating of 9.2 on Expedia?? - I wouldn't agree with that rating at all. I travel for business about 150 nights a year and would rate this motel in the mid-sevens and overpriced. If you're a light sleeper the road noise is loud. No desk in room so I pulled out the dresser to make do and was surprised how dirty it was behind there. Sunk six inches into the mattress. Not my idea a 9.2 guest rating at all.

This is a cute "motel." The owners have re-done what is obviously an old motel. It has a nice patio area with fire pit and pool in the middles of the parking lot. The rooms are attempting to be "cool" - phonograph with 2 records in the room (not good records), pink velvet headboard that was quite dusty, and two queen beds which were too large for the room. We did feel it was dangerous in the room. The bed frames stuck way out and we were worried about stubbing our toes. The console table under our TV what very narrow and not balanced. We were afraid to use the coffee pot for fear of it falling. They definitely need some weather stripping as we could see daylight under our door. The bathroom was the best part of the stay. It was large and lovely. We understand what they were trying to do but they have a ways to go.

Extremely small room. 3 people with luggage was almost undoable. Tired looking furniture. Had to unplug the fridge to plug the coffee machine (and the plugs were located in an not easy accessible place behind the cabinet). Loved the big bathroom - almost the same size as the room lol. Nice details! Good coffee! Friendly staff (I only had one small encounter). Very noisy A/C. It rained and the pool wasn't open so we didn't get to use the outdoor area. Liked the vibe but wouldn't book again because of the small room.

Hotel is a cute concept. Rooms are decorated with a cool vibe and staff is really friendly. Only problem- it’s loud. We stayed on the bottom floor and could hear footsteps and clomping around as well as people talking late at night and again in the early morning.

The effort is tremendous. Folks here work hard and go beyond what is asked of them from their employer, and clearly are encouraged to do so. But, a room on ground has noise from upstairs. A room on 7th and Durstan is a traffic noise hell. Those rooms should be discounted. And it’s generally less “cozy” than pictured. So mixed bag, I’d pick a different room but would stay again.

Very unique property, a renovated classic motel, which was cool. The bathroom was totally remodeled, spacious and gorgeous, but the room was dark, and could have used a desk or table instead of a small ottoman. Cute little touches like a free crystal, earplugs, and welcome texts. Room was small but adequate for 2 of us, not 3 as advertised. Didn't use the pool, it was small and looked clean. Overall a decent stay.

Property is very unique with a quirky atmosphere. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. I liked that they checked in with us every morning, via text, to see if we needed anything. Only complaint is that our room was extremely small, with little space or places for unpacking. Also, the room was painted dark green which made it feel like a cave.

Its a refreshed older hotel, the combinations for the room access and pool area was annoying. We were moved to a room as a upgrade for my perks that had construction work zoned off behind the room and began at 6:30 AM. This was definitely not a room that should have been booked or communicated! Everything was cute and charming with attention to detail like the housekeeping note. record player, and champagne at check in. The staff was friendly.

I love staying here, whether I'm traveling for business or pleasure. Keyless, digital check-in via text message is so convenient, especially when I'm just ready to take off my shoes and get comfortable! I do usually stop in to say hello to the front desk crew, however, because I love the complimentary glass of welcome champagne. In-room treats include fresh, local coffee, actual creamer, and fancy teas for those who prefer a different beverage. I also love the silk robes and high thread-count sheets. Don't miss dining at The Farmer's Daughter for a fresh and delicious breakfast/lunch. I personally love their take on the avocado toast, unless there's a daily special that tempts me.

Very expensive. Room was a retro theme. Only one chair that you could sit on. Room wasn’t cleaned after first night even though room cost was almost $500 a night. Some rooms of fellow travelers were tiny still at a very high price. No one at front desk half the time. A door to-the patio that was self locking and required a key which I was told was unavailable. They told me to “block it open with something.” How this place ever got a good review from anyone is beyond me.

The staff is very attentive and they take steps to ensure your check-in will be quick and easy. I didn't even have to go to the office: the staff sent me the keycode (and tested it) before I arrived. I had a couple of minor issues, but staff took care of them immediately

The staff was great but I was unable to find my room and I texted the check in number and I had to wait an hour for a response . A lot of the response time was extremely delayed. The room was clean and cozy . The hot tub area was very well kept as well.

Very cute hotel remodeled from a retro motor lodge. Keeps the spirit of the original with fun and funky mid-century touches. The attached eatery also has great breakfast and lunch options in a cute atmosphere. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Hotel is enough off of Main Street/downtown to be quiet but close enough to be walkable.

Loved this cute motel! Our family of five fit comfortably in a Queen suite. The cafe is great and everyone who works at hotel and cafe were genuinely friendly and helpful. We liked our stay so much we rebooked there at the end of our trip. It is not in the middle of things in downtown but close enough to walk or its a very quick drive. I highly recommend the RSVP!

When booking the description was Breakfast available, but it meant you can go have a breakfast you have to pay fully in the attached restaurant. Only free thing wrt breakfast was the standard boiled coffee i was not interested.

Rooms are just like the photos— very chic and stylish. The color scheme seems to come from the old original motel sign, very nice. The beds are super comfortable. Would have liked having a microwave. Bathroom very spacious. The Farmer’s Daughter cafe was excellent. So grateful for healthy breakfasts. A little bit of a walk to downtown restaurants, but not bad. Immediate surrounding area not that great, but felt safe. The air conditioner blew right onto one of the beds. A bit pricey, but that’s what happens when you opt for style!

This motel is beautifully remodeled with dozens of cool, fun details. They gave me a free glass of champagne. Their coffee bar is fantastic. The water pressure in the showers is heaven. Hey, these people even have Apple TVs in every room! A motel in which the owners actually understand technology? How fantastic!

the room was very small but worked well and had some nice extras. the kitchen at the restaurant was closed one of the days we were there and when they are open, it is not until 7:30 am so we weren't able to grab our free coffee before getting on the road the day we left, which was kind of a bummer.
