Garbage overflowing, they overcharged my cc without my concent, still waiting for the refund. Hotel is under major renovation. Not in a good are either.

Upon check-in, I learned that the pool and the breakfast room would be in accessible due to renovations. No big deal. But then they couldn’t make keys. There was something wrong with the system so I had to be walked to my room and let in and the hopes that someone would be able to come and fix the system to provide me with a room key. Walking through the halls and up the elevator and spaces that were nowhere near the renovations. There were paint drips and dirty tile floors, and hand prints all over the elevator that didn’t look like they had been wiped in a very long time. Once I reached my room, the attendant let me in stating that she would try to get me a key. The first thing I did was lock the door and realized how disgusting the door looked, then I turned on a lamp and saw two years worth of dust on the lightbulb, and as I walked over to the air conditioner I saw a condom wrapper sitting on the windowsill.

I might have been hasty in my first review because I showed up and didn't expect a construction scene and checking in through an outdoor window!! Initially I stated that the thermostat on the wall was non-functional. That's true. It was non-functional because it was operated from the window which I did not realize till the morning.,😆 basically this hotel was trying to stay open and get some money while doing what looks like some major renovations and I was annoyed by it. Maybe should have cost less in the condition it's in.

Hotel was under construction, had no idea. Room had painters tape on it, no light bulbs, dusty. No amenities whatsoever so ever.

The hotel was undergoing a massive update. A lot of construction made it a little off putting. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back after the updates.
