Homewood Suites by Hilton Bozeman

We stayed here in anticipation of a very early flight the next morning, but unfortunately the airport shuttle service and free breakfast did not start early enough. However we really enjoyed our stay. Especially the outdoor patio area and firepit, as well as loanable games to play at the tables in the lobby. The desk personnel were helpful and courteous.

Staff, room and breakfast were nice..one elevator was broken as were the washing machines in laundry room so we had to go to a local laundry with wet clothes which was very inconvient.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The included breakfast had plenty of options. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location to airport, bummer the pool and fire pit were not able to be used we really needed a soak after this wild vacation we had.

Great lobby and exterior

Check in was fine except the pool and hot tub were out of commission due to maintenance issues. This was ok because it was late, but little did I know maintenance was an issue all around. Our room had water damaged floors in the kitchen, which were still wet and the freezer smelled of fish. The toilet was loose and the shower drained slowly. The Wi-Fi seemed difficult to connect to and the “public” hall bathroom faucet didn’t work.

Really nice place. Room is larger than I expected and perfect for our family. Pool is nice and well kept.

Very comfortable. We often stay at Homewood Suites for the extra space and options with refrigerator and microwave, and still a great breakfast buffet. The layout in this room was nicer than some. They even provided a nightlight in the bathroom. Two negatives--indoor pool was quite chilly and the hot tub was too hot. I did mention to the hotel staff, and hopefully maintenance will address the water temperature in both, and the next guests will enjoy more comfortable water.

We exclusively stay with the Hilton brand and after this experience and complete lack of customer service we will be switching to another hotel chain. First, it was clean and the typical Homewood presentation. However, breakfast was sparse and didn’t have basics like yogurt etc. our biggest issue came when the airport shuttle was 45 minutes late despite our reservation the night before. We were told several times that the Hampton was going to send their shuttle quickly. It’s the same shuttle! We waited 45 min and nearly missed our flight. With young kids and as a family of 4 with luggage uber was not a realistic option. We voiced our concerns which was “passed to the supervisor and we would hear back in a few days”. After nearly a week we called, left messages, contacted Hilton directly who merely reached out to that site. The manager Amy finally got back to us, promised a future stay and apologized. The night was never received. After 2 weeks we made contact again and was told yes the night will be given and they would give us $150 back bc of our troubles. Neither was received after a month. McDonald’s and Walmart has better customer service than Hilton!

The shower doors had finger prints all over them, lots of dust on open shelf under night stands & tv, restroom in lobby didn’t have toilet paper in one stall & paper towel dispenser was empty at 5:30 a.m., & the carpet in room has been vacuumed in the walking area. Beautiful hotel but not clean & it wasn’t cheap

So disappointed in this hotel stay. When I book with a Hilton property and as a Hilton Rewards member i should never experience the issues I faced during this stay. At initial checkin we received rooms 242 and 227. Upon walking into room 227 my husband and I both thought it must be a mistake because the room looked as if it hadn’t been turned over from the last guest. The room didn’t smell clean, the bed was “made” (in the manor of how I make my bed in the morning at home), not tucked and tight, just “made”… it appeared as if someone had made it and then layed down on the top. The bathroom glass shower doors were filthy, the toilet paper wasn’t edged and the toilet itself looked dirty. The furniture inside the room was banged up and gave a feel of not clean. When I brought my concerns to the front desk she immediately moved me (very nice young lady) to room 231. This room was marginally better, in the sense that the room at least smelled clean, the bed looked to have been made a bit better (still the sheets were so wrinkled it looked as if they’d been sitting in a dryer for days and just thrown on. The bathroom looked cleaner (that’s not saying much) and the room furniture was in a little better condition (again not saying much). However, after returning from dinner late when we entered the room it smelled strongly of sewage and stayed that way for the duration of our stay and the TV showed “No Connection” and nothing we tried would make it connect. Hilton should be ashamed.

Worst sofa bed we have experienced in a Hilton Hotel, ever! And the bedroom was smelly during all our stay, I’m assuming it came from the carpet. Our toilet was also clogged and we needed to keep an unclogging tool during all our stay. Worst Hilton we have ever been at. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was very good!

we arrived at hotel staff at desk not helpful room was not clean food remnants in refrigerator dishwasher was full of dirty dishes my wife wiped down the bathroom as urine was present on and around toilet we actually smelled the bed sheets to check if they were fresh, YIKES

The hotel was spotless, so quiet and comfortable, and the staff was excellent! They were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, fresh, with a nice variety. The room was so comfortable and quiet, spacious, and very clean.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel. One room had a clogged toilet. Neither room had any shampoo and conditioner. We reported this to the front desk and all we got it we are sorry. The housekeeping didnt really care to check if they have refilled the shampoo and conditioner. Not a Hilton standard. No attention to details.

It was a bit run down, although it was very clean.

The staff were fantastic and the location is great. I expected a Hilton property to have higher cleanliness standards and to be better maintained. The larger suite was a great set up for my family.

cob webs in each room, temp control was intermittent, highway was so loud I could not sleep. will not stay again.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. The suite was very spacious. It had 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathroom each. Common area had a large lounge area and an adequate kitchen area. kitchen included a full size fridge and freezer

Ample space; nice breakfast and great location. Some noise from I-90. Very pleasant staff. Only complaint is that the bed was TOO firm, and I like a firm mattress.

Very nice room, very nice hotel. Terrible bed and pull out couch. Not comfortable at all. Everything else...spot on.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room as soon as we opened the door! These are not just hotel rooms but truly suites. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and even a garbage disposal! We were only staying one night but we would have been comfortable for a week or more! We’ll be back!

Nice large room , a little dated .

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was wonderful and very accomodating! The free breakfast was one of the best we've seen!

Arrived only to find out they overbooked our hotel. The front desk clerk was very apologetic and sweet - did her best to find us another place. After driving 4 plus hours and arriving to find out we had no room to stay in was beyond disappointing. The clerk needs a raise as she was put in a terrible position that was not her fault.

The staff turned off the water before I left and when I called the front desk the manager was not only unavailable but in another hotel and the front desk staff found it hilarious that I couldn’t take a shower for some reason! I however did not!! Especially after hiking and hunting for rocks before a full 12 hours of flights!!! I have traveled for many years as a Hilton Honors member and don’t appreciate this service by any means!! I will be back to Bozeman but never back to trish hotel! l

Staff is always cheerful and helpful. Have stayed here several times now!

took a long time to check in.............

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars BUT we waited 1.5 hours to get a hair dryer. Seriously! Went to the desk 5-6 times to check and remind them. My hair was dry and my shuttle to the airport was there before we got one and then the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Housekeeping service was not good. Desk staff super friendly and kind.

We chose this property because of its easy access to the airport. We arrived at 5:00pm after a long drive expecting to check in quickly. However, the rooms (2) were not ready - as were those of several other people sitting around in the lobby. We were told the hotel's dryer was broken and the linens were not available to make beds. We were offered drinks and snacks while we waited. Around 5:30 we were told we could go to the rooms with the understanding that beds would be made as soon as possible (did they go borrow linens?). Beds were finished by 6:00pm with the staff working very hard to catch up. The rooms are typical for this brand. It is nice there are dual A/C units which serve each room separately. There is no exhaust fan in the bath area. Breakfast was typical for the brand and the breakfast area was very pleasant. The area with the rooms is built as a large square and the layoff can cause a very long walk from the elevators. Parking was close to the entrance and easy to access.

We were told several times that the Hampton was going to send their shuttle quickly. It’s the same shuttle! We waited 45 min and nearly missed our flight. With young kids and as a family of 4 with luggage uber was not a realistic option. We voiced our concerns which was “passed to the supervisor and we would hear back in a few days”. After nearly a week we called, left messages, contacted Hilton directly who merely reached out to that site. The manager Amy finally got back to us, promised a future stay and apologized. The night was never received. After 2 weeks we made contact again and was told yes the night will be given and they would give us $150 back bc of our troubles. Neither was received after a month. McDonald’s and Walmart has better customer service than Hilton!

My stay here was amazing. The young lady at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

Good luggage carts, but they always seem to be one cart short during the peak times, which is very inconvenient. Good close-in parking. Easy access to the airport and downtown, both just minutes away. Staff is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again, but not for breakfast.

Rooms were nice and big. The common area has tables available for all day use. We ate amazing Taco Truck food as a group by the fireplace. Downside i it is right next to I90 so you hear cars all night long. If you don't like the sound of train horns that can be a problem too - I didn't mind that though. There's a homeless camp immediately behind the hotel on N. 11th Ave not visible in the 2019 Google Streets view. I'd estimate about 15 beat up campers are parked there.

My daughter and I stayed while visiting MSU. We felt safe and the rooms were clean and cozy. The front desk was always available and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is a plus and the affordable mini store was nice.

Definitely tske a Lyft or Uber from the airport!!! Very convenient location, check in was seamless and staff are very friendly. Love the rustic decorating, fresh and nice. Beautiful views of the mountains ⛰

Desk staff were courteous and pleasant, and what most impressed me was the build-your-own breakfast tacos in the morning. A break from the ordinary hotel breakfast routine.

The room was nice, large clean. It did need some TLC on a couple areas. 1) Shower soap dispenser had come off the wall and was sitting on the counter. Also no soaps or lotion on the sink only the shower. 2) The toilet ran every time it was flushed. 3) The beds. Replace them. They were old saggy and essentially just springs. 2 people in a bed resulted in both in a hole. 4) They living room sofa was like sitting on a square rock. It could also use a foot stool. 5) Breakfast was OK. However, they were out of milk (no cereal) and out of batter (no waffles). Apparently the server was not able to keep them full? Dining room wasn't that busy, he just moved slow. Disappointing for a Hilton product. This chain better step up the game.

There wasn't enough breakfast for everyone. So we waited, and were given underdone food.

The hot tubs jets were actual jets! Felt so good. Breakfast was amazing. Multiple hot items each morning, plus juices and cereals and fruit. Loved the oatmeal made fresh each day.
