Hotel was nice but went to use pool and hot tub that was advertised online but they were closed for maintenance

I was disappointed because the pool was not working. The pool was one of the big reasons I like to stay there.

Location was convenient, building was clean as with the rooms, and best of all my partner and I enjoyed the jacuzzi.

The staff was accommodating. It had old world charm. Clean...bed comfortable..free laundry facilities to guests...breakfast...indoor pool and jacuzzi, but heater in jacuzzi broken and pool was cloudy. Pool area needs updatin.g

Great Fireworks display ( if you are there on the 4th of July). Nice pool and hot tub.

Gym was about the worst I have seen at a hotel. Hot tub was down and not available, main reason I checked in was the hot tub and gym looked good on line. Nope.

The room was nice and clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool.

Check-in was good/quick. Especially given a severe thunderstorm was rolling in and we had to try to get my mobility-impaired dad inside somewhat quickly. Room was awesome and actually handicapped-accessible. Roll in shower was good; be aware water will run out onto the floor and the floor drain (middle of bathroom one) doesn't really drain well so you may want some extra towels or a squee-gee to get rid of all the water that comes out so you don't slip when you get out of the shower. Pool is great! Staff was great!

Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast. The pool is very large and the gym actually has free weights. Located near the highway so there is some noise from larger trucks. This will only be an issue if you're a very light sleeper. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. No fan in bathroom. Lots of mineral deposits on the shower head.

The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty upon arrival. We asked fot it to be cleaned while we went to dinner came back and it was still dirty. The internet did not reach our room. They have no cable or dish it is all streaming so the TVs were useless. We had the suite so 3 TVs that are worthelss the pictures were from after they "cleaned " again.

Quick check in. Nice staff. Clean, large room.

The place was nasty with stains on the carpet and sheets. We left the place and went to Holiday In. Much nicer.

Beautiful accomodations. This is our new favorite stay. Hands down! Quiet, clean, spacious and located in a very accessible area. Loved it!

Our room was extremely filthy. I took many photos to show the mgr. We even asked the desk help to come to our room so we could show her. They didn't seem upset or shocked about any of it. There is heavy buildup on shower walls, fixtures and goo with pubic hairs around bottom of tub and on top of arm rest. It definitely had not been cleaned in a while. The refrigerator had so much dust on it that you could make a picture with your finger. The coffee pot had not been cleaned in a very long time. The headboard of bed and both night stands had a thick white substance on them...drugs, lice, sex paraphernalia...who knows. When I shined a light on the bathroom floor, we gasped...there was so much blond hair everywhere. Every piece of furniture was coated with white dust which is probably a build up of skin cells over time. The help mentioned that the cleaning girls only have 15 minutes to clean each room....so, they only have time to make the bed and put new towels out...which is probably correct after seeing our room. What a disgusting disaster. My hubby has to sleep with a cpap which really concerns us with all the filth. I'm concerned with catching lice, crabs, or who knows from this room. We ordered a meal to be delivered. We ate downstairs in the foyer area because we didn't want to eat in our room of the filth. I walked to the microwave to warm up my fries and the microwave was filthy and slattered with food....they claim it is clean and ready for breakfast tomorrow.

Bed too bouncy.

The internet connection was so bad we couldn’t watch TV or use our devices - even when connected to WiFi. Hot tub was down.

This property has very nice and spacious rooms. Perfect for families! Enjoy the breakfast and coffee! Swimming pool was ice cold as it was when we were there our trip the time before. Beautiful views from all sides of the hotel.

This hotel was pretty good compared to pricing of other local options. The breakfast was decent. Multiple options for a diabetic and for kids. My only concern is we could hear neighbors talking the room next door and air conditioner sounded worn out.

Suites have plenty of room and all the kitchen items you need. Rooms were cleaner than our last visit and staff is always friendly

Room115 is very noisy with an ice machine and elevator next door. Luggage carts moving across the vinyl floor in the hall. Elephants overhead getting their steps in until midnight. The mattress was way too soft. Staff was nice and the breakfast featured both a waffle and pancake machine.

TV in rooms only work with Roku, no network tv, Phones in the room don't work. Try to call the front desk and the number says its disconnected. Rooms are very noisy with outside noise. Morning breakfast was very good.

Requested a room on the west side when booked and they put us in a room on the east side which is very noisy due to a busy highway. They apparently pulled all of the comfortable sit down chairs out of the rooms for some reason. Rooms really need comfortable chairs so you don’t have to sit on the bed.

Nice spacious room. Very helpful staff. Humphrey's bar and grill was excellent recommendation.

Will not be back !! Checked in at midnight and walked into our room with sleeping people in the beds ! Check in took FOREVER! Room stink cupboards had food in them all drains were plugged.

An amazing hotel. The large spaces and western decor really are enjoyable to experience. The staff were first class, friendly and helpful. Absolutely will stay here again.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Check-in was difficult and she seemed like we were inconveniencing her by check-in. I didn't even want to go to breakfast the last day because people in our party had been yelled at for being in the breakfast area 10 minutes after breakfast time. The house keeping staff was VERY nice and the rooms were clean and nice.

Katie helped us when we checked in. She was so helpful throughout the evening. She recommended a great place to eat and was very knowledgeable… She went above and beyond when she fixed our TV cable in our room Thank you Katie!

Friendly first encounters with staff can make or break a place. The staff MAKES Arbuckle a great place to take a break! My second stay here, and there will be more to come.

Slower check in, staff shortage but it was fine and certainly NO reason to get excited about it. Clean, quiet, safe and enjoyed our stay.

It was very clean and well run. After a small issue with the lock on our door, Elsa at the front desk upgraded us to a larger room with a jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was delicious and filling. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Based on the other reviews I had hoped for more charm. It was a place to stay that was unremarkable. It’s not close to downtown but its just across the road from the Cam-plex event center.

Everything was very nice except the road noise.

This is a nice hotel with great staff. I go to Gillette several times a year and this is my favorite place to stay. It is a little bit out of town but across the street from the Camplex event center. Comparable to a Hampton Inn but a lot less price. Hot breakfast is very good and you can get snacks on sight.

Most hotels are surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and other hotels, but this one was in more of a commercial area. It was easy to get to, and traffic wasn’t bad, but there just isn’t much nearby. The beds were comfortable, showers hot with good water pressure, and bathrooms had bulk product dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, but just seemed to have been built inexpensively.

Little noisy by the highway but everything else was great.

Great property just a couple exits from shopping and food. Not a tourist town so limited activities.

We really enjoyed this property. Excellent accommodations. New, good quality, delicious breakfast, and coffee. Close to restaurants and off the interstate.

Room was large with a separate solarium with hot tub and tv. 2 tvs in room. Mini kitchen. Breakfast buffet was well tended yogurt,cereal,eggs,sausage,bread, and juices. Just like other hotels.A hot spot for baseball players. No restaurant or room service. But you can drive near by.

This property was nice overall. But, coffee was cold in the afternoon and evening.

A very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby and eating area. The room was good, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. The only negatives I would note are the lack of electrical outlets and usb charging ports, and the breakfast was very average. I would give the hotel a rating between 9 and 9.5.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was the same both days. Disappointed in lack of variety. Towels were relatively hard to come by. Didn’t love towels and trash left outside doors for pickup. Had to have keys rekeyed several times. An inconvenience but it was clean and convenient for a 2 night stay.

Everything was great overall. Front desk staff were awesome. Our room was fantastic too. Breakfast was lacking. Everything was out and not being restocked in a timely manner on two of the three mornings we were there. Same breakfast everyday, no different options. One day there was absolutely no fresh fruit.

Fantastic place to stay if comfort, service and cleanliness is important to you. Breakfast had hot scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage available with other breakfast items. To the staff: thank you for what you do. I sincerely appreciate your efforts.

Hidden gem! Clean, quiet, wonderful staff, nice breakfast with plenty of seating, decorated beautifully, only a small additional charge for my dog, and conveniently located just off I-90. They even offer free laundry facilities! Could NOT believe the price for such a HUGE room either. Would recommend without hesitation.
