its was ok and its more of motel than hotel. pool was not clean. there is not sitting area for guest at all. and there was an add on cash deposit of $200 on site out side of reservation no matter what you have to make another deposit cash or card. i used cash and got back soon as i checked out. with card it can be a few days depending on ur bank

Not to far from hollywood blvd .. the place seems to be newly renovated was great. Great place to lay your head down for the night... a great taco truck down the street across from target. The cons I have is parking .. when u come on late the receptionist would grab your car keys and park and park your car infront of parking spaces to make room. There was a stink smell coming from the sink eveytime you ran the water. The beds are okay but can be inproved.

Check-in was incredibly easy. The clerk friendly and was able to assign me to a wheelchair accessible room as my reservation didn’t show that I requested that option. There was always a handicap parking space available. The room was very clean and I was happy with it! My only suggestion is to perhaps replace the bed as squeaked and I feel like perhaps it could use a new mattress.

The guy who checked us in was VERY dry. He said they charge $200 security deposit. When I stated that online noted it was $100, he said, "We don\'t go off of what it says online". He definitely did not care. Their ice machine did not work and seemed like it hasnt worked in a long time. House keeping ladies were Awesome and nice. We definitely will not stay there again

i packed brand new white socks. After walking in the carpet for five minutes, the bottoms of the socks were filthy. Five minutes. The carpet is disgusting. There’s mold in the bathroom. And I was sharing a room with a cockroach.

The room was DISGUSTING. There was hair and dirt everywhere. Towels and linens had pubic hair on them. They were clearly not washed between guests. There was mold in the bathtub grout. The hair dryer wouldn’t turn on. DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL. It was truly awful. The person behind the front desk would not give a refund or switch us to a clean room. We had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel.

The property is very run down. The only saving grace was the bed was comfortable. Everything else needs to be remodeled. It's old, it's broken, and it's dirty. Unfortunately, I wore white socks and after just a half hour walking around the room, my socks were filthy. And there was something sticky in the carpet next to the bed. The AC hardly worked, it was very noisy and smelled bad. Luckily it was a cooler at night so we were able to leave the window open, but then we had to deal with lots of street noise. Thanks to ear plugs we were able to sleep. The pool was sad. A small, unwelcoming space with one table, two chairs, and one broken chair. We were afraid of getting sick from getting ice out of the ice maker. It was gross. This entire facility needs lots of love and money invested.

Our start of our trip was pretty discouraging when we showed up and we were told our luggage could be stored at the lobby as our flight arrived early. He wanted us to leave it In the middle of lobby, not a room or a closet- to say that’s unsafe is an understatement. The room was pretty decent. Hot shower that didn’t cut out! The bed was one of the most comfortable at a hotel I’ve had, and the air conditioner was great. Unfortunately, the bedding had some weird white stains.. the drawers on the nightstand didn’t stay closed and constantly opened leaving me slamming my legs on it in the dark. Finding somewhere to eat that wasn’t sketchy as heck was difficult. Luckily it’s not an expensive Uber ride to nearby areas. The only thing that really grossed me out was the piles of long black hair ( my partner and I are both blonde) stuck in our sheets, blankets and in our “clean” towels. On top of it? The silverifish!! Omg!! Just disgusting. For the price, it was fine- minus the few things.

Very nice. Check in was easy, as was parking. As a paraplegic, I needed a room that was accessible. The room and bathroom were easy for me to maneuver, roll in shower worked great. About the only issues I might say I had were that I couldn't find any temperature control for the room (but it was already comfortable so it wasn't a problem), and the WiFi was a bit glitchy on the third night (during a heavy rainstorm). All around, yeah, I'd stay here again.

Rooms were outdated and in need of some repair, but were clean. For the price though, I can't complain since we just needed a place to sleep after our concert.

A good place for a quick stay. Check in/check out is quick and easy, no surprise fees. Clean and organized property. There is very limited parking. Walls are pretty thin so you can easily hear what’s going on outside or in the neighboring rooms.

Loud stomping from people above me, it was like they wore bowling balls for shoes. Do not get a room on the ground floor. Reported it two nights in a row, They talked to the neighbor and it improved but then on my fourth night the loud stomping returned. Since I did not want to talk to anyone, I sent an email to the hotel asking them to address the issue. I never got any response.

One of the worst places we have stayed at in Los Angeles. Front desk manager was rude not only to me and my partner, but was unprofessional to Expedia representatives. When asked to cancel our stay the manager told us to “take it up with Expedia”. Their parking policy is a false amenity that only allows one car per stay. We will be taking legal action against this scam of a business. If we could give this place a negative score out of 10 we would. Please be cautious.

The front desk person acted like he was doing me a favor allowing me to check in at 1 pm rather than 3 pm without charging an additional fee. If the room is ready, you're not offering me anything special. I can come back after 3 pm if you're going to act all high and mighty.

Honestly I have never been spoken to or treated the way the office staff treated me during our stay, it felt extremely sexist and it was borderline harassment I will never be giving my business to this specific location ever again ,seriously they need to do better!

We had booked the room months before my GF had an accident and required ADA accommodations. The desk manager graciously accommodated us by giving us an upgraded room on the first floor at the rate we originally booked. The property is a good value for the money, especially for those attending shows at the Greek Theatre or other nearby venues. Some outstanding Thai restaurants within short walking distance. The AC worked just fine.

When going to check into my room that I had booked online and called the night before to confirm I was not informed until check-in that I would have to pay $200 deposit separate from my room fee. I paid in cash and they told me they would check my room before I left in order to get my deposit back, which is understandable considering how people can leave the rooms however I was aware it was a non-smoking room so I Went downstairs to smoke outside on the street every single time I wanted to smoke, when it came to check out , the man checked my room and told me that I was smoking in there and was not getting my deposit back , He was watching me walk from the street to my room the whole time as I made eye contact with him every time I went out to smoke outside on the street. He ended up giving us our deposit back and told us that we can never come there again, which is fine. I would never want to, but what a terrible experience.

The room was clean but felt neglected. The furniture is old, outdated and the paint was chipped. The water pressure in the shower was low because the bathtub faucet did not close properly. The office itself also felt neglected. We've stayed at other hotels from this same chain and they offer continental breakfast which this location did not. They did not even offer coffee which would have been nice since it was rainy and cold on the day we stayed. Good location to various fast food places, Target and Walgreens. Very close to the Kaiser facilities and hospital.

No night side lamps by bed., no solid cups, heating machine has no thermostat, which was awful since it was very cold at night. Furniture are very Sparta I do not recommend this hotel to anybody

We stayed here for 2 nights. The check in was very good, we called ahead and requested an early check in and paid the early check in fee ($28). The rooms were nice and clean. There are amazing taco trucks up the road and it’s a 10 min walk to pharmacy’s and target. There are tons of really good Thai restaurants right around the corner. It’s actually not that bad of an area either.my husband and I even took a walk around midnight and we had no issues. It was great for the kids. The double rooms were very spacious. It’s also only a 10 minute drive to universal. Staff are very kind and accommodating. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.
