New hotel, nice rooms and was very clean. Unfortunately, our room was not ready until an hour past check in time so we missed our dinner reservation before a concert. There is very limited parking at the hotel and it's on the outskirs of a bad area so we had to park and hope for best. Hotel is severely understaffed.

Stayed here for one night with friends after a night on the town and was very glad we chose this hotel! Check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check in time was 3, however due to low staffing we could not check in until 6pm, we arrived around 5 and had to wait in the parking lot with a toddler for an hour for our room to be ready. Other than that the staff were polite, the King suite was clean, and they had a really good breakfast bar which was nice. I would stay here again but I would definitely call in advance to make sure the room was ready even after check-in time.

We enjoyed our stay. Desk ppl were great however the ppl that served breakfast need more training in customer server. Her attitude was very off and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. Her tone towards ppl wasn’t pleasing. She also caught an attitude when someone went to the front desk to let them know that the plates ran out. Ver Batman I her her with and attitude say all yall had to do was knock out the door and let us know that. My opinion it’s not that personal job to inform you

Reserved a room to evacuate from hurricane, get there and my room was changed to something else that was completely uncomfortable. The guest attendant was very rude about it. There was no luggage carts the entire stay, the power went out about 12am and was out the entire stay, asked same rude guy about discounting our rate because of the power being out and he was a complete jerk about it. The room was clean and nice but not what I reserved and not what I needed.

Very nice hotel! View from my room was really cool, however location isn't the best due to a small amount of public transport near the hotel. Room clean, really pretty, a lot of place, extra area to sit, huge fridge, microvave and anything else what's needed to live. There is event laundry room! Staff was really nice and friendly. Higly appreciated. Complimentary breakfast? It wasn't the best I have ever eaten, but due to the fact that was free and I was able to find some a bit healty options with a smaller amount of sugar, it's fine. To sum up, I am very satisfied, price was fine, overall condition too. Definitely better hotel than some other 'luxury' ones.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Everyone’s always friendly, and the hotel is always clean and inviting. The room is always clean. I especially love that you have to have your room key to use the elevator. I will say the sofa is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is also not in a very good area. It is next to a main city road but right behind it is a very sketchy area. Last time, we had some guy walking the streets that started following our car and yelling at us while we were trying to find our way around the construction in the area. My husband said not to not book it anymore because of that area. Which is a shame because the hotel is wonderful.
