Everything was great prices are reasonable staff is friendly they got a lot of security cameras in there to keep the drugs and prostitutes out

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great. The area is a little sketchy, but I never felt threatened. The restaurant next-door had very good Mexican food. Definitely a great value for the money.

I recently stayed at this budget-friendly hotel while attending a concert, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome right away. They provided helpful information about parking and local dining options, as well as details about the Wi-Fi. Though the surrounding area seemed a bit run-down, we felt safe throughout our stay. The hotel was equipped with cameras for added security, and we appreciated the presence of families, which created a friendly atmosphere. Conveniently located, there was a Mega Walmart right across the street, and a delicious Mexican restaurant next door. We also discovered a fantastic Thai restaurant just down the block. Our room was clean, odor-free, and featured a super comfortable bed, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom had liquid soap and shampoo/conditioner, covering all the essentials. At a price range of just $33-$49, it was an incredible value for the quality we received. My fiancé and I, both in our 40s, highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable stay without sacrificing comfort.

Parking is great

For the $50 price tag, I was shocked. Pleasantly. The room was nice and clean. AC was cold and quiet. No complaints. Don’t let the price fool you. This is a great little place to stay.

Wish we could upload pictures here. I had pubic hair on my toilet. Hair in the tub, sheets had several spots on them & when I flipped my pillows over the pillow cases were disgusting I immediately took photos definitely should've gotten a discount for all that bs.

Room was dirty, bathroom and kitchen area had hair all over and the toilet had black mold on the seat.

Room had dead bed bugs on the floor along every wall. Sheets and bedding was stained.

Small roaches, not the best smell.

Could be a decent place if they had pest control, sheets that aren't yellow and stained. And have mercy, mop the floor once in a while. But it's cheap so there is that.

I have NEVER left a one star review. If I could leave zero, I would. The room was disgusting. There was “stuff” smeared on the wall in the bedroom, bathroom and a “roach” joint next to the wall in the bedroom. I have pics and will try to upload them. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

The mold around the bathtub was tolerable. When I move the bed on the last day to check to make sure I hadn't dropped anything I noticed a lot of dead insects. Also by the phone in the middle of the two beds there was a piece of curved glass, possibly a crack pipe, with laying there and I cut my toe on it. Make sure you keep your shoes on in the room or your feet will turn black. Lots of people walking around at night to talk to and there is a Walmart across the street. The gentleman 's. Entertainment clubs and all their food trucks make noise all night, no hotel flip lock for door, used chair at night, buzzing window hvac unit

Was okay. Bed a little hard. T.V. had one channel.. no tissues, no coffee in room, but price was right.

Neighbors would congregate outside our doors, smoke cogarettes, etc. and the massive smoke and foul aroma permeated through my door's unsealed openings and gaps around the door.

The area was a terrible area screaming at 4 AM outside our room. Somebody was going to kill somebody is what I heard.

Internet was disconnected this week.

The room itself was pretty clean. The floor was not, I had to wash with bleach spray 3-4 times and paper towels still came up dirty. Depending on the time of day, like warm water in shower may be all you get. The outer wall to the parking lot was as thin as an RV and you could hear EVERYTHING in the parking lot

We think its better to make a dislike list for this motel. TV and phone didnt work, mold around tub, lukewarm water, dirty floors, old bedding, gap around the door.

Dirty, staff walked in room after knocking one time, they moved us to another room and it smelled of urine and smoke, maybe mold as well, floors had not been mopped, you could see the dirt. Asked for a late check out and was told sure 11:30 … normal check out. Only good thing is there is a Walmart across the street. This place has alot of potential if they would fully clean.

Charges 105 on he's separate from what was paid on Expedia. Still waiting for $80 on deposits back...

I booked a day and then we decided we wanted to stay another day. Hotel wouldn’t let me just stay in my room unless I paid a fee! Totally ridiculous, I’ve stayed at countless hotels and have never been made to leave or pay to just stay in my room. Front desk was so rude! Wouldn’t even give me a managers number. Previously had rates this hotel good but will not stay here again!

Felt very unsafe here. It is in a bad side of town in Jacksonville. I ended up checking out early because of it.

Property was decent. Surrounding are was not good. Crackheads everywhere. Prostitutes at night everywhere. Just a decent place surrounded by bad people.

It is a very very creepy location. I did not feel safe there.

The property doesn’t look like much but it is conveniently located and super clean. Great overnight stay especially for the price. Recommended. P.S: don’t get discouraged about the location and how the area looks. It is very safe

Great place to stay for a day or months. It’s quiet and plenty of places to shop. Transportation to downtown and Skyway. Walkable location.

The accommodations were acceptable, but this place was in a very seedy area. People hanging outside, eyeballing me, very uncomfortable vibe. I was genuinely worried about my car getting vandalized/broken into. I would not stay there again but not due to the accommodations or service, but the area.
