Stayed 1 night

First arrived to a weed smelling lobby with a bass booming. There was a security guard manning the door. There was a birthday party with pretty R rated music playing upstairs but flowing through the whole lobby. Lucky our room was in another building. When entering building C it had a major weed smell also. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very nice. The bathroom was clean. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken. It made noise but no ice. The parking lot just where I parked had lots of trash including blunt wrappers and magnum condom packaging. Won’t be back.

Stayed 2 nights

We had booked at another hotel in Lodi but after having issues we cancelled our reservation and moved to this hotel where we were welcomed in by both desk clerks. Both ladies were very helpful and talked to us like we were humans unlike the previous hotel. They chit chatted with us through our check in making it a breeze to check in and actually walked and showed us where our room was. 1st night was perfect. 2nd night hotel seemed to fill up and we had really noisy neighbors until 4 am. It was a Saturday night so I guess it’s to be expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights

I stay at this hotel every year for an event that is local to it. This year I use myhotels.com points in order to be able to pay very little for the 4-day stay. There were not enough towels in the room, and after asking at the desk, then calling again, I finally gave up and went to sleep, I was able to call the next day, again, in order finally to get the necessary towels. The refrigerator was not fully cold, and the maintenance guy had left for the night. I figured I'd put a bag of ice in it to help keep things cold, and the ice maker on my floor was broken, forcing me to go to the floor below to get ice. The microwave buttons did not work. And three nights in a row when I came back from a long day and went up to the room, both my, and my friend's keys were each demagnetized though neither were anywhere near a cell phone or something that would demagnetize them. I've never left them a bad review before but this time was ridiculous!
