Suburban Studios Winston Salem-University Parkway

I choose this site because it was 6.2 miles from the Forsyth Medical Center. I live too far away so I needed a room. It was clean and well cared for. The parking lot is lite up, fully, with LED lighting a night. Handicap parking. Parking in front of the rooms. The room was neat & spotless, no bugs either. There is a small burea, a shelf over it; a table & 2 chairs; nice size refrigerator; 2 coiled areas to cook on a counter with a sink; storage cabinets; full bathroom with out stains; no pealing paint on walls/clean and cared for. The staff are friendly & helpful. They are working on it constantly. The price is correct for a minimalist room. No breakfast, no pool, just a basic room. Great if it’s all you need or want. I would 100% stay there again. I felt safe & thankful.

For the price - its good! But you also get what you pay for. Parking is free, the rooms are clean but a bit rundown, I've had mixed interactions with staff - some are really nice and helpful, others didn't really seem to know what was going on (example: they told me my reservation was canceled because my card was declined, then they told me I'd made it at another location, then they found the reservation and said it was good to go). I've stayed here twice now for a quick overnight, and it has everything you need for an overnight stay. The beds aren't terrible, but not the most comfortable. But honestly, I'd stay again for somewhere to crash overnight.

Amazing as always great job

I wanted to give a fair and honest review of my stay. The hotel’s location was definitely one of the positives. It was convenient, accessible, and located in an area that made getting around very easy. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The property appeared quite outdated and would benefit from significant renovations and general maintenance. The cleanliness of the hotel and room also did not meet the standard I would expect. There were several areas that appeared as though they could have been cleaned and maintained more thoroughly. The comfort of the room was another issue. The pillows were very uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Small details like comfortable bedding can make a big difference in the overall quality of a hotel stay. I was also disappointed with the level of customer service from the front office staff. When assistance was needed, the staff was not particularly helpful or accommodating, and the experience left me feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously. Overall, the location was excellent, but the cleanliness, outdated condition of the property, room comfort, and customer service took away from what could have been a much better stay. With improvements to the property and a stronger focus on cleanliness, guest comfort, and customer service, I believe this hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests.
