Stayed 1 night

This is a motel that looks like it caters to extended living and homelessness. The room was supposed to be non smoking but upon entering, I smelled the staleness of smoke . The stench of mildew and corrosion of the baseboards and a roach was yet another highlight. I immediately went back to the window to request a refund because there was no way I’d be able to sleep there or feel comfortable having my bags there. Manager, Quincy stated that I should contact Expedia and once he was contacted by them that he would approve a refund. Expedia called him several times that night to no response but stated they’d follow back up with this. Last night I received a message saying that they were not going to be refunding my $58 although I did not stay at their roach motel. Spare yourself this same type of experience by NOT coming here and tell everyone you know to do the same.
