Updated, clean hotel with a lovely lobby area to relax in. Nice pool for younger kids with lots of seating for adults. Quiet area off the main road and our room faced some woods. We’d stay again!

Stayed here 2 times to attend a concert In Tinley Park and I have to say they are always on point with customer service. Always friendly and ready to help In any way. They even have treat bags for my dogs 🐶 Clean and cozy rooms and delicious breakfast options

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and pretty well maintained. The first day we arrived the elevator was broken and we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. It was not the hotel's fault because there had been wicked storms in the area a few days prior to arrival. There were people living in the hotel for a few days, also due to no power in their homes. The pool seemed nice but we couldn't use it because there were too many people in the pool room being extremely loud. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good, minus the meat choices. Both days the meat was overcooked and the Canadian Bacon was dried into jerky. Overall it was a nice place to stay. There is not much in the area for entertainment so plan on having a car to get to anything worthwhile.

The hotel was under construction which was not notated when booking. There was NO WATER COULD NOT EVEN WASH UP from 9am to 6pm. I HAD TO LEAVE AND WASH UP AT A FRINDS HOUSE WHICH WAS 30 Mins away. I for refund and I would go to another hotel I was told they do NOT offer refunds and oh well there is nothing they could do to accommodate me for the problem. I would have NEVER booked this property if I had known. Also the room was very stinky like mold or mildew. I will NEVER RETURN to this property. This hotel really needs to be shut down. Upon checking the guy at the front desk was on his cell phone on a personal call and did not even acknowledge me. Horrible customer service and even terrible hotel conditions. I had better service at home! WILL NEVER RETURN! Oh also there was black particles coming out of the faucet once the water came on in the evening. Pictures below

I liked how close it was to the concert venue I was attending. However the room walls are very thin and I could hear everyone. Not to mention a yelling match in the parking lot at 4 in the morning. Bed was comfy for a hotel. My biggest complaint is Travelocity said I would be paying about $211 for my room and I was charged $302. I paid thinking that there was a room deposit in there but I don’t think there was. I do feel kind of scammed I this aspect

the hotel worked out really well for us on this stay. We were 5 minutes from our family\'s place so it was super convenient. We had a suite and plenty of room. It\'s too bad the TV\'s are not "smart". We could not stream any of our favorites on the TV so we ended up using our laptop. Today you really need to have smart TV\'s available.

When I arrived, the room temperature was set to 66, but the actual temperature was 79. I called the front desk and was told that some rooms have the thermostat set on motion sensors, so the room should cool down quickly. We waited and after an hour, the temperature was 80. I called again and they said someone would be up to check it out. We had an event that evening so we left and came back to a room that was still 80 degrees. I called the front desk again and they said someone would be up. An hour later I called again- the front desk said they were busy checking people in. By now it was after midnight and we were exhausted but could not sleep. At 1:40am we were able to finally move to a downgraded room with working air. There was no compensation for taking a cheaper room or waiting until nearly 2am to get into a room with working air on a day that there was a heat advisory in effect. We will not stay there again.

We encouraged other family members from out of town to stay at the Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. On our last night, our room key, along with 3 others, was mysteriously deactivated. With our rooms on the 4th floor, one family member for each room went back to the lobby for a new key. Two members encountered a staffer who refused to provide a new key because their name wasn't on the reservation even though they could provide ID with the same address as the guest on file. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. While many staff were friendly and courteous during our stay, the last night was bad. Not a good impression for our out of state families.

The rooms we booked werent available. We had to cancel. They said Hilton overbooked them. Staff had several issues with other guests while we were there. Handled unprofessionally. We had to go to another hotel.

Great hotel even better service! But I have never heard of a hotel charging you a deposit for every night you stay. We stayed for 6 nights so our deposit was 100/night equaling 600.00 this is very unreasonable!

Traci is the front desk Clerk at the Hampton Inn in Matteson,Illinois. Traci is very professional but most importantly she has a very kind and receiving spirit. I am only hopeful that your corporation has more like Traci, because if not..please allow her to teach future staff. Thank you

They overbooked the hotel and did not have the double queen suite I booked two months prior nor the king room my sister requested so they downgraded her to a double room. They were poorly managed and the police were already on the premises kicking other guests out and management talking loudly and rudely to other guests. They also had absurd rules about no cake being allowed in the hotel. Really strange. We obviously chose to stay elsewhere.

Check in was an extremely long process and was not efficient. After a long wait and process, we were told our room was not available and we’d have to take another kind of room, which I’m sure was less expensive than what we originally paid for. After all of that we finally got to the room and SOMEONE ELSE WAS ALREADY IN THE ROOM! THEY GAVE US A ROOM THAT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED!

The hotel staff was very good. The rooms were clean and wells stocked with towels and bath accessories. I was disappointed with the breakfast, oatmeal re.oved from menu, sausage patties were too dry on Friday morning, not enough bananas put out.

Celina was the best! She made such a difference in our stay. I would come back just based on her being there. Overall it was a positive experience. My breakfast experience was not ideal. I was a little disappointed that they ran out of syrup and I could not eat a homemade waffle. They were also out of oatmeal.

Loved everything about this hotel. Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very helpful. Even gave my dog a treat. Always checked in with us daily to see how everything was going and to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

At breakfast the "orange juice" came out as slightly orange water and the coffee was very weak. Room was nice but took a while to cool down once we were there. Very Comfy Beds!
