What guests think

Rooms are often spacious and comfortable, but decor and furnishings feel dated for some, with occasional AC noise or temperature issues and sporadic noise from other guests. Facilities feedback varies: the elevator shows its age, the small pool is sometimes closed or unclean, and some guests encountered hot-water or appliance problems alongside signs of ongoing renovations. Expect a convenient stay with notable trade-offs.

The stay was top tier. I have no complaints only thing I didn’t like was the small pool and it wasn’t open or clean.

No hot water room they changed our room but, had a late start. The new room did not have hot water at sink, the bathroom floor was so slippery my wife almost fell so decided to check out. Asked if they would refund the remaining nights which they said they would. But when Expedia called them they said they would not refund second night which is ridiculous.

The ac barley stayed cold , the sofa bed had stains on it and it didnt come with any bedding . It was 3 pm in the day and we got a complaint of being to loud while there was so much other noise around us that kept waking our baby up. There pool was nothing like the pictures very small amd in the back of property. Not that great of neighborhood. And the hotel & room had a funny smell. We wont be staying there again especially for the price we paid for 2 nights. The only good thing was the breakfast & the bed was comfy.

The check in lady was not very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel my husband used the restroom and had to tell the check in clerk that the toilet was disgusting! She asked what do you mean by disgusting? He told her the seat was covered with feces. She said they were supposed to clean that! Our room had chunks of mud on the floor and a large crack in the sink. However the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. The second floor where we stayed had a musty odor. They did have a dehumidifier in the hallway. The breakfast was good. I would not recommend this hotel.

I have no idea how this hotel got the ratings it did. It was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was stained, we saw a roach, and my daughter woke up with flea bites from the sofa bed. I can’t say enough how gross this place was but we arrived at 1am and didn’t have another option. We left as soon as we could!

this is the type of place you end up by accident and would not book twice - it's in a sketchy area, seemed to be mainly long term workers staying there, and it was only passably clean - beds looked ok but the tile areas were greasy, nasty, you could tell cleaning is not a priority here - breakfast was disgusting, gross cheese omelets and the milk for the cereal was going sour, definitely DO NOT eat anything at breakfast that's perishable and not sealed, better yet have breakfast somewhere else. this place was alright in a pinch but would not go back.
