Arranged for shuttle but driver was pulled for another activity and we had to rely on an Uber the front desk arranged at the time we were supposed to depart. We ended up barely squeezing into the Uber with our luggage and left 15-20 minutes later than requested. We booked based on shuttle availability so that should’ve been the driver’s first priority especially since we booked the day prior. It was very stressful.

Planned this with my three kids because of the pool. Came from Selah Wa and then front desk tells me it’s closed for a week. Real big no no. The website stated it was open. Don’t know if this was done because three buses of guests were there or if it was really due to Maintanance like I was told but if it is offered as an amenity I feel like my family was ripped off to an certain extent. Really disappointed with that mostly.

Our stay was great like usual, the only bad part was the elevators were broke and required you to have the assistance of the front desk to use them, but the staff was always very quick and fast to get an elevator to our floor which was great as we were there for a dance competition and our bags are packed with costumes and super heavy! The staff here are always so warm and welcoming everytime we stay her and always hype my girls up before heading to the venue for the competition which is awesome and because of that it’s why we always book here!

This location is convenient to the needed highways and the Westfield Mall. During our stay there was some work being done to update a few rooms and the elevator was giving problems, however nothing too bad and did not negatively affect our stay. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, professional, and helpful. Surprisingly, even with an outdoor entertainment facility and traffic near the property… we were unable to hear any of of from our room.

Nice spacious property with an awesome breakfast and free on site car parking - all great for the Seattle area. Rooms are clean and large, the bath/shower needs updating but there were room renovations going on during my stay. Really well located for the airport, downtown, and the Southcenter retail complex. I didn't use the indoor pool but it seemed popular.

The staff were great. I wish I had known remodeling was happened- our hallway was all torn up. You could hear everything from the hallway, and the rooms next door/above. Also there was food in the fridge and a dirty (crumbs in it) wine glass… it made it feel very unclean.

The most rewarding experience was that I was able to check in my room early. Had trouble with bathroom sink. It would make a loud noise when you turned it on. There was hair and black specks on the bottom of the bed sheets. The phone in my room did not work at all. I had to use my cell phone to call hospitality and the front desk. It took 30 minutes to respond after requesting items needed for the room. Other than that the room was clean and when you entered the facility it smelled fresh and clean. This maybe my last time visiting the Tukwila comfort suites.

The front desk was very friendly and kind. When we checked into our room it smelled really bad. I let the front desk know, I believe his name was Anthony. He did his absolute best to get us into a different room even though a flight was canceled and all of the remaining rooms were just given away. He was able to get us on the second floor in a renovated room. The renovated room was spacious and would’ve been perfect but unfortunately there were ants. I would much rather put up with ants than a bad smell though. Anthony felt so bad that he gave us some drinks from the front. He was very nice and patient and I did appreciate his service very much. We did wake up to ants in our bags but ultimately we got a refund for our second night that we were supposed to stay and went to another hotel. The breakfast was pretty good and the ladies working in the dining room were also very kind. It’s next to a family fun center which is good for families.

Decent hotel close to where we needed. Great free breakfast and a nice pool/gym. Our room was clean but the bathroom shower was not clean. Had an empty shampoo bottle and a weird jelly on the shower floor. We had to make a complaint and wait for a cleaner to come and fix the issue. They resolved the problem and the rest of the stay was good

We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Parking was plentiful. Only negative is that there was nowhere to unpack a suitcase - no drawers, dresser, etc. I don't prefer to live out of a suitcase, and would have much preferred to have somewhere to put clothing.

We have stayed at this property several times. This is the first time we have had a room that was sub par. Carpet was very stained and pieces missing next to the bed. The plug ins on the lamp did not work so I had to unplug the alarm in order to power my medical device. Staff was friendly as usual. Kudos to the breakfast staff! Breakfast was so good, thank you!! Property was clean and smelled nice.

Comfort Suites first assigned me Room 140 on the first floor, which was terrible. The carpet was badly stained, one of the lights didn’t work, and the mattress was so bad I could feel the springs. It was completely unfair to give that room to anyone. After I complained, the staff later moved me to a room on the third floor, which was much better.

My stay was nice for the most part, they did not acknowledge my accessibility/preferences I noted during my reservation which asked to have a ground floor room. Check-in was not the greatest either. Staff aren’t very observant. There was a male staff member already checking someone in, then another staff member came out & just sat at the computer. After about 5mins the other staff member had to inform her that there were others that needed to be checked in. There was some confusion w/ my reservation so the person helping needed assistance from their co-worker which slowed the process quite a bit. After check in we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor right off the elevators which caused for a noisy stay. They were under renovations so there were couches everywhere

Richlyn and Mark (front desk) were so helpful and accommodating to our group. Richlyn was such a huge help with assisting with transportation to the pier with a large group. Upon our early arrival, Mark communicated everything about when rooms would be ready and worked with staff to get us in rooms. The courtesy shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was delicious I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a long or short stay.

The staff was awesome. Michelle was extremely awesome. She helped us navigate Seattle. I can't say enough about her. DJ was awesome also. He helped us so much. There are no words to describe the staff. They made our stay the best. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel workers entered my room with a master key as I was changing. They should not have entered they did not even knock before entering. They saw me in an inappropriate state. Additionally, after seeing me they tried to enter once again but this time I had the top lock locked. I called the front desk they said sorry but in all honesty that isnt worth the terrible experience I had being seeing in the nude as a solo woman traveling.

We wish we could give the staff here at the Comfort Suites another star or two. Over the three days we stayed here, we had personal contact with at least six different individuals, all of whom gave us their best advice. They taught us how to use the public transportation, including the monorail & even drove us to & from the nearest Link station each day that we used it. One of them even helped us book a rental car for the day we decided to travel down to Tacoma. On site breakfast was a little better than just continental but not as good as restaurant grade. Because of the staff’s services, we didn’t mind being so far from downtown Seattle. It wasn’t very walkable, tho.

Affordable, clean, friendly staff, family activities available, and transportation options. Everything we were looking for as we traveled for an event in Seattle. Highly recommended for families. The pool was a plus for us along with the filling continental breakfast to start off our days. Airport pick up and drop off worked wonderfully as well as travel to the link light rail station to get us downtown Seattle. Every staff interaction was pleasant which stood out as today’s customer service industry seems to be lackluster. Great job Comfort Suites!

My family and I enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much, but the night shift staff were very rude and disinterested in helping us and the next day in the morning the meeting with the staff was also very unpleasant, The hotel was very nice for the family. We are just not satisfied with the attention since blankets were missing in the room and no one wanted to help us

Excellent hotel and staff was very helpful and friendly, they held our luggage because our flight was early and the airport shuttle, Nick the driver was very nice and gave us awesome tips on the area, from SeaTac was great! Would highly recommend this hotel!! Rooms are big, clean and updated! Typical hot breakfast with plenty of seating.

We were fortunate that the shuttle bus was right there so we didn’t have to wait. The driver was nice. Room wasn’t ready but that’s ok we went to Space Needle & Pikes Fish Market. When we went back to hotel, room was ready. Nice big, clean room. Breakfast was good. All staff was nice.

Near freeway, shopping, airport, but still secluded. Picked it for having airport shuttle. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. The breakfast buffet was decent/adequate, but what stood out was the staff was constantly attentive to refilling food items and keeping things clean. Front staff was nice in general. Would consider staying here again.

The hotel was quite loud during our first night. The location is right off of a confusing highway intersection which I did not find convenient. But it is close to the Airport and the room large with decent amenities. I probably would not pick this hotel again in future.

My children loved the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. Our room door didn’t close properly so the light from the hallway was visible. It made me feel a bit unsafe but we had a good nights sleep. The proximity of the hotel to a variety of amenities such as the family fun Center and Southcenter Mall was fantastic.

Not the easiest to get in and out of if you are not familiar with the area. Could hear the road noise, train nearby and people walking and moving in the room above. Wasn't bad though. Place was clean and overall quiet. Was very well kept and the staff courteous and helpfull. The room for the price was one of the nicer that i have stayed in.

Clean, large room. Great front desk hosts Dislike: LOUD renovation noise, even on 4th floor. Family center racetrack right out window- loud. Kids yelling, cars racing. Hotel is next to busy 4-way intersection, super loud. Can hear all road noise. Toilet quit flushing. Lights blinking (electrical?), breakfast was mediocre (sausage super dry, eggs fake), coffee was good at least. Hotel offers shampoo/conditioner in the tub but bodybsoap is in the next room near the sink- make sure you take soap!

It is what I expect from a hotel that caters to youth sports and the fun center. My disappointment was that both mornings when I went to breakfast, there was no coffee, eggs, fresh fruit or alternative milk options. There were plenty of frozen vegetables though, why? I sat and waited for 20 minutes for coffee.

This was a very family friendly environment but I would be happy to stay even without the kids. The room was clean and shockingly quiet! The pool was clean, warm, and the perfect size for both little and big kids to play. Every staff member we met was kind and busy keeping the place in good shape. The breakfast spread was great and the dining area was a good size to accommodate the coming and going. We would certainly stay here again.

Staff were friendly, hotel lobby was clean. Rooms were decent, with good space and mostly clean. Found some old (I hope) stains on bedding. The pool area was clean and good space. Breakfast was dissapointing, very limited options as far as protein items, eggs, sausage, ham, potatoes, which were not cooked all the way, and veggies (first time I saw veggies as an option for breakfast and i don’t usually look for veggies for breakfast) plenty of options as far as breads, cereal, some yogurt, coffee and juice.
