We were there for five days at which time the hotel had been without hot water for 10 days. This is totally unacceptable. I complain to Orbitz and I complain to Marriott with no satisfaction. My only choice was to try to find a different hotel in downtown Fort Worth. At which time there was a conference going on at the convention center.

Boys did appreciate having a gym to work out in. One son did have breakfast one morning. Comfortable beds and no issues. Wish we didn’t have to use valet parking but noticed this is case in most downtown areas.

Great hotel and front desk guy was very nice, but I used the app to request towels and none were given after multiple requests, room wasn’t serviced, and the lobby and first floor had a horrific smell that got worse over 2 days. We had to hold our nose checking out and the last day the smell was going up to the second floor

Not much service without asking and even then not much. We spent 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once, even after requesting service multiple times. We had to continually ask for towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Breakfast is sparse with food running out continually.

The room was nice, except for the filthy carpet. I took pictures of a few of the numerous spots throughout the room. If you stay here, bring shoes to slip on, so you don't have to put your feet on the carpet.

Very dirty room. Carpet was so stained. I paid 350.00 for one night for this place and it’s not worth 100.00. The lobby had a hole in the tile by the bar too. Parking was pretty much valet only and the bartender was on her phone the whole night.

At about 2 pm, they had the entrance door locked, watch me walk up, obviously trying to enter and obviously unable to enter, and they're giving me no looks or help though the one woman was behind the counter and the other lady was walking around the lobby, with me easily seen by both. They then watch as I'm trying to figure out how to get in. I push the door, I walk out and then walk back up to sensor for the sliding door, thinking maybe the sensor missed me. They just stare. They watch as I walk around the side of the property looking for maybe a different entrance, which there wasn't. They watch me walk back to the entrance on Houston Street and try again to open. Neither employee offering me any assistance. Finally I kick the base of the door hard enough to let them know it's time they acknowledge I'm trying to get in. One walks over and asks rudely as the door finally slides open "Why didn't you use your guest key? " Astonished by the stupidity and rudeness I replied "Because I haven't checked in yet." Also, it was raining.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and readily available. The breakfast was very good with a great variety. The bed was uncomfortably soft for me, so I didn't sleep well. It was difficult to access the hotel for check in unless you pull into and block the valet parking area. The room smelled overwhelmingly like bleach.

I had to walk out side to walk outside to ask for the car. I asked the front desk on three occasions to call For the call. They said they didn’t do that. I asked for my room to be cleaned and they said I missed the 8 am cutoff to ask to have my room cleaned. The staff was rude

The rooms are clean and check-in process was easy, however I am rating 4/5 stars because of overall quality of customer service. A keycard is required to check-in upon arrival, and we had to wait outside for about 10 minutes because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to let us in. We arrived around 3pm, which is check in time. If you have a late flight, they are likely not able to hold your luggages for you after you check out.

Excellent Stay Right Across from the Fort Worth Convention Center! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - perfect location, just steps from the convention center! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Yash Patel at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make check-in smooth and ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly decent with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event at the convention center! Will definitely stay again.

They waited until I went checked in to let me know that they downgraded my room. Very disappointed!! The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and not willing to help or explain the situation. Just you got downgraded.

The property was immaculate. Comfortable lobby, coffee bar hot all day, fresh-baked cookies at front desk throughout day. Bright, sunny entry and quick check-in. The shower was especially nice and the bed was comfortable. My room was close to the elevator and it was literally a stone's throw from the convention center (less than a block walk). Couldn't have been better.

Yosh at the front desk is awesome! The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. The valet crew were great! We enjoyed our stay and hanging out in the lobby and bar areas. It felt very safe and is perfect for attending events at the convention center.

We had no hot water the whole time we were there. The breakfast buffet was inadequate & there was almost nothing there our 2nd day. The waffle maker was removed the 2nd day. We had a broken refrigerator & we had to find a YouTube video to show the guy how to fix it. It took over an hour. The good part is it’s extremely close to the convention center. Normally, this hotel would be well under $100/night but it was $200/night because of the event at the convention center that weekend.

This was a great stay for a conference I was attending across the street at the Convention Center. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were okay. Breakfast was mediocre, not many options each morning for a hotel that was so full, but definitely glad to be able to eat there. I would stay again.

Everything except the juice had dairy. I requested at least a plant-based milk option, but they refused to provide it. They could only offer potatoes that did not have cheese on them. Very substandard service compared to what I generally receive normally at a Marriott.
