Staff is ALWAYS friendly! Unfortunately the elevator was out but the lady at the desk switched my room to downstairs level due to me being disabled. That was awesome not to have to try to walk up & down stairs! Much appreciated.

It was clean. The staff quickly resolved an issue with our AC. Food was good. The only downsides were one elevator, so people were always waiting to get on it (five floors!), and the pool was rather small and not heated. We would stay here again.

The elevator is broke!!!!!!! This was a huge problem for me because I'm disabled. The staff was very understanding and helpful and carried my luggage to my second story room, but I still had to climb up and down the stairs for kickback drinks and dinner, breakfast, to get drinks and to go to the pool. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hall way was quiet. I love the kickback dinner and drinks and the breakfast is nice. The coffee is very good. It's a nice hotel with pleasant and helpful staff and we would stay again on the first floor or after the elevator is fixed.

Always love staying here, great breakfast and dinner. This weekend was a little rough though. There must have been like some type of sports thing because there had to been like 20 kids there and I couldn’t swim with my 3yo because the pool area was so crowded. Same with the elevator had to wait like 15 min just to get on because of all the kids. Breakfast same thing. But over all was good but probably won’t be back on a weekend though lol

There wasn't anything not to like, the cleaning staff was mopping in the morning moving furniture and getting under things so I knew it was ACTUALLY clean and not just spot cleaned. Food was good and much better than normal hotel food, hot tub and pool was clean, bathroom and room was spotless, even the soap dispensers in the shower were shiny. Service was great, I talked to the front desk, the security guy in the elevator, a couple cleaning ladies and the woman prepping breakfast and everyone there initiated small talk and were super nice. Nothing to complain about here.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was musty and hot when I arrived and smelled of smoke. I turned the air conditioning off in hopes that it would help, but it made it worse. I had to put my work clothes behind closet door in hopes of not absorbing the smoke smell. I should have moved rooms but I didn’t want the hassle.

The hotel is conveniently located by the highway and plenty of stores. The outside was very neat and well maintained with pansies plated. The inside was a bit outdated but staff was friendly. Our room had a smell but couldn’t decide if it was musty, from smoking, or a mix of those two with some cheap cologne mixed in. Beds and bathroom were clean. Carpet was old and stained. Breakfast was good! I wouldn’t stay again unless it was a newly renovated place.

My biggest complaint was the quality of our bed. We stayed in a Suite with a King bed. The center of the mattress was broken down to the point that while sleeping you would end up with both people in the center of the bed. The pillows were the other issue as they seem fluffy until you laid your head on them and you end up as if you had no pillow at all. I do want to end this with the staff was always extremely courteous and the hotel was very clean. I will not let this one experience keep me from staying here again.

The rooms are spacious, updated and comfortable. However, the walls are thin. My family was next to a room who clearly was having a good time late into the night - we could hear not only them, but their tv as well. Our room also faced the main road, so we also heard a lot of traffic and ambulances going by.

I have stayed at this Inn several times. this was the first time at the front of the building. It is somewhat noisy because it face the highway I think, however still did not have a problem sleeping. My family loves Drury Inns, especially for the free dinner and breakfasts, but the Middletown location is one of the best! This is my second stay and the facility is immaculate and staff, from front desk to dining area to housekeeping, are all genuinely friendly and show pride and joy in their work! Nicole, at the front desk, went above and beyond, when she heard we were celebrating my niece’s 16th. Highly recommend!!!

We love the drury inn. This was our second trip at this location. The staff is excellent, full of smiles, friendly and very helpful. They made us feel at home and made sure our needs where met and went above and beyond. They have a nice selection of breakfast foods, and friday night was taco night which i loved. The last time I stayed here the elevator was broken, but has now been fixed. I wouldn't mind a larger mini fridge in my room for my snacks and drinks but its not a deal breaker. I would suggest bringing a nice cooler inside the room if you have several things to refrigerate. The bed was comfortable as well as the room.There was several channels on the tv to watch. They have a hot tub and a pool area. The pool is really neat. its indoor and outdoor. You swim right under the wall to go in or out. And of course there's a door too for old people like me lol Its a nice outside patio area with chairs and tables. It was nice to sit and relax outside in the shade. The location is right off the freeway and there's lots of restaurants and stores in the area. It's not that far between dayton and Cincinnati so one day we visited Dayton and the next day on our journey we visited Cincinnati. We will stay here again and i highly recommend this location.

It’s outdated, but very clean and staff are so nice and helpful/accommodating. My son got sick in our room and in front of the elevator. The staff helped me clean up the mess and refreshed our room. The breakfast is really really good. In the evening they offer a bunch appetizers, which could really be dinner AND drinks. Alcohol bevvys. 3 per adult. Totally free. Coffee, soda popcorn are also available throughout the day. It’s a busy hotel, and only one elevator. If you’re on a higher floor the wait for the elevator can be long. Next time I stay I’ll be on ground level. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the extra amenities make the cost so worth it.

This was a nice property. I liked that they had free popcorn in the lobby and a larger mini-fridge and microwave in the rooms. It was a bit disappointing in the “free breakfast. The fruit was only bananas, and the one I picked looked fine on the outside but when I opened it, it looked like someone had sat on it—brown and mushy. Later they added very pale oranges that were not sweet. No apples or yogurt. Oatmeal, scrambled eggs (not yummy ones, tasted like they came out of a liquid carton) and old and tired sausage. No hash browns, no bacon, no waffles, no other cereals. Basically the most basic breakfast you can get by with and still call it “breakfast” and not “continental breakfast.” The hotel itself was clean and safe, the staff helpful and friendly, and the deposit was only $50, instead of $100-200, so it really depends on what you are after. It was definitely on the less expensive side of the scale, and the beds were comfortable enough. Everything was clean. If you only want to stay the night and don’t care about breakfast options, or extra amenities, it’s very suitable. Nearby were chain restaurants like Applebee’s and Olive Garden, but nothing with local flavor and nothing other than chain and fast food. Not bad value for the money, but not superior value for the money.

Look no further for a hotel. The Drury Inn and Suites in Middletown, Ohio is the best! The value is top-notch, let me explain. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. The hotel itself looks brand new. In addition to a complimentary breakfast, they offer a complimentary dinner and snacks. This is called 5:30 Kickback. Each day, the menu changes, but on our stay, they had grilled chicken, baked potatoes, parmesan alfredo, fresh salad, steamed vegetables, nachos, soda, coffee, and water. The adults are given cocktail vouchers, good for three drinks per night. There is also popcorn. Despite us showing up at 6:30 pm (the Kickback is from 5:30 pm - 7p on weeknights) there was plenty of hot, fresh food available. The WIFI is fast, perfect for anyone traveling on business. The pool is a combination indoor/outdoor and there is a hot tub. The area offered plenty of seating inside and outside as well as fresh clean towels. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom offered plenty of space to spread out toiletries, and instead of wasteful bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, there is a dispenser on the shower wall. Overall, my family had a wonderful stay. We will be seeking out other Drury Inn and Suites locations on future travels. I highly recommend staying here!

I love that we are provided free breakfast and free dinner- what a great value! The staff at the front counter was great and very friendly. There was one staff member serving breakfast on one of the mornings that was rude and didn't replace some of the food items after being asked right away.
