Hôtel très agréable. Bon accueil. I was in Abu Dhabi for a weekend race meeting. I chose the Radisson as it is handy location for the Yas Marina Circuit. It was a short notice trip. It's just a AED25 Uber ride to the track. Check-in was fairly swift. I was early but they found me a room. The hotel room was almost identical to the Radissons I have stayed elsewhere. I had a leak in the bathroom, coming from the wall. This was sorted. The shower head was poor. Bottles of water are provided and topped up again when the room is dressed each morning. There is a restarant downbstairs, plus a Mexican grill and a English style pub all attached to the hotel. I didn't try the Mexican grill. I did eat at the pub and had a drink. It was ok. Usual question - would I syay there again? Yes, I would.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in an executive room at the Radisson Blu. A complimentary early check in from Mary was truly appreciated after our journey from England. The executive lounge served afternoon tea, delicious evening nibbles and a very generous drinks trolley. Shreeja ensured that the provisions were well topped up and that we had everything we needed. I left a jacket in the Belgian Cafe bar one night and as soon as we got to our room there was a call from the bar saying they had kept it to one side for me, excellent and attentive service. Our room was large, clean and had plenty of storage. The balcony was my favourite part, with glorious views over the golf course and water. Planes do fly over head during the day, but this didn’t disrupt our stay at all. We visited Seaworld, Ferrari World and Waterworld using Uber or local taxi. All very reasonably priced fares, about 18 AED each way. We loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to any visitors to Yas Island, we can’t wait to return.

The hotel has an excellent location, spacious and very pleasant rooms, and a wonderful front-facing view of the golf course. But the best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff — everyone is extremely attentive. I would especially like to recognize Hassan, who works at the hotel’s concierge. He solved a major issue I had with the park ticket office. By the way, I highly recommend purchasing your tickets through him — besides being safer, it’s also more affordable.

I would never go to this Radisson Blu again, I have been many other Radisson but this time it was worst experience. Do not expect any additional support from people in customer services specially Night Shift first of all calls are not responded and if they do by mistake u will never get proper response. This puts up big question whether in future shall we consider Radisson again....Total Waste of Money this time.....
