This place is very clean and comfortable, and the price was way under everyone else and I did my lookin before bookin. And I've stayed in others around here before as well and I'd pick this one for the comfort. Cleanliness and the price, only thing I didn't like was 1 washer and 1 dryer in the entire building as far as I could see with a 10am to 10pm use time. I'm on business leave at 7am. And most times didn't get back until 9 or 10pm so I followed rules and did not use. But that the only thing I didn't like. Free breakfast every morning was nice. And was pretty good tasting. 2 thumbs up on stay over all.

There were multiple ice machines broken, so I could not get any. The room is set up oddly with a tv in the middle of the room without a mount to adjust the tilt/angle. The room is divided in half by a partial wall, so it causes tv view issues. There was no elevator in sight.

There is no elevator. Old property. Carpet and flooring full of staples. I had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Cost $800. But my room rates did not qualify for points? I do not recommend this hotel.

We liked breakfast. In the hotel, we saw a small dog on a leash running. Not only did it pee and poop in two different places ,It wasn't contained by the owner. Our room was in the back of the building. You could smell weed in our room and hall many times a day! Once in you could see the bathroom, it looked okay but really old. Then I saw the RED MOLD growing in crevices around the shower and shower head wasn't attached to the wall! I have pictures to substantiate this.. Also the outer door, #7,would stay open and we would check it a lot out of fear Of the people who were smoking and staying for an intervention class Here's a biggie, I needed a plunger and went for one and no one new were IT WAS! THERE'S ONLY ONE PLUNGER FOR THE WHOLE PLACE? It was finally found so I could use it. THEN A ROOM IS ONLY CLEANED AFTER 3 DAYS? ABSOLUTLY UNACCEPTABLE! I will NEVER go to a Quality Inn again and will let everyone know how bad it is.

The property around the hotel was nice and and well landscaped. The interior was in poor condition and in need of remodeling. The staff was courteous and attentive. After we checked in, including signing we would not smoke in the room, we were given our keys to a second floor room. It literally stank from cigarette smoke. We immediately requested another room which we were given. It smelled very musty, even though there was an attempt to remodel. There was a newer vinyl floor and some new fixtures but the old wooden cupboards did little to enhance the room. We had a king size bed that was butted up against the counter so you had to either climb in from the opposite side or the bottom. After checking in we went out and bought air freshner and candles. While i appreciate kind and welcoming staff (the reason we didn't complain) it is doubtful i would stay in another quality inn.

Original room was very very musty. We switched to a second room that was much better. Room was clean, good shower pressure and heat. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected with eggs, sausage, potato cubes, biscuits etc. front desk staff friendly especially young woman with long brown hair. Definitely a good value.

This property was far enough away from the stadium so that it didn’t seem super busy, but close enough where it was an easy drive especially at the end of the night. The walls are a little thin, but overall, not bad for the price. Breakfast was better than most places. I’d stay here again if visiting Crew Stadium. Tons of dining and shopping options nearby.

The room we had was really spacious. It was clean and had a larger TV then normal. The bed was comfortable. The only thing was we could here the hallway door closing. And the sink was small for the room.We have plans to stay again to try the breakfast.

The room was extremely small and outdated. So, outdated that is was hard to tell how clean things were. There were only a handful of TV stations that worked. The TV remote was falling apart. However, If all you need is a place to lay your head and sleep, this will work. It is reasonably priced compared to the others in the area.

Check in didn't go well at all...I paid for my room on 10-31-2025 on line once I arrived on 11-01-2025 they tried charging me for the room that was already paid for and tried to change me more... thankfully I had my paid email to prove I had already paid....person at front desk was not to friendly...then I was asked would I like first floor or second floor when I said first floor then I was told there wasn't any available but my cousin who checked in right behind me was given a first floor room...I am from out of town came to Columbus for my husband birthday...

Check-in was listed as 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:15 PM and waited almost 1 hour before they got us a room. We had a wedding to go to at 5:00 PM 20 miles away and was late for the wedding. While waiting they kept saying 15 minutes, then 5 minutes etc. until almost 1 hour passed.

When I came to check in...the worker tried to charge me when I had already paid on line the day before..he customer service needs work..I was asked if I wanted a room on the first floor or second floor when I said first floor then he tells me wasn't a first floor room ready...but when my cousin checks in right after me she got a first floor room..

Place is run down and front desk staff is not always trained well and is sometimes rude. Had issue with reservation getting double booked and it took three calls to get a person on the front desk that could handle the issue. The room was not cleaned when I returned in the evening. The bed was not made, trash was in the room, no fresh towles.

The front desk was helpful but there ended up being a charge on my card that I did not use to pay for my stay. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and luckily they refunded me. I spoke to the hotel about the charge and they had “no record of it”.

Very nice, clean hotel! The Lady who works the front desk is so sweet, professional & very attentive to the guests! Upon checking in I was on a call with my son who is 3 hours away & she was soo patient & understanding! It was definitely appreciative. I was checked in and handed my keys within 5 minutes. I enjoyed my stay and will be back soon.

I only stayed one night, but I was so very pleased with my stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was free and was more than just donuts or something (omelettes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc...). The price was very reasonable. Free parking. I will stay again.

The continental breakfast could have been better. Jelly was moldy, waffles tasted sour and there was nothing telling people where the butter and cream cheese was located (was in the fridge hidden behind the yogurt). Other than the breakfast, everything was fantastic.
