Grand Heights Dubai Hotel Apartments

La machine à laver n’est pas asséchant, il n’y a pas de balcon dans la chambre donc c’était vraiment pas utile. Nous sommes restés trois nuits malgré tout le linge n’a pas séché

I have stayed in this hotel many times, it is a decent hotel in a decent area and good value for money. I also like the fact it has a washing machine which is a huge benefit in longer stays The staff are very friendly and helpful

Stuff went missing from my room, microwave didn’t work, cold water 3 out of 4 times I showered. Lights would randomly stop working and hassled by 1 staff member at front, other ones were good tho. No dryer, Had to wait an extra hour and a half to check into my room wasting my day. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anybody els, might as well have stayed in a hostel for 1/3 of the price.

Oda gayet temizdi, çalışanlar guler yuzlu ve yardimsever. Fiyat performans açısından da bence oldukça iyi bir otel.

Convenient quiet location 10 minutes walk from Dubai Internet City metro station. Attentive and helpful staff. Clean well kept comfortable rooms. “Risen” cafe on ground floor serves exceptional coffee, cakes, and other food. Area immediately outside building is clean, but lots of litter elsewhere ( nothing to do with the hotel, just my observation).

Its an excellent choice for an apartment hotel if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Cleanliness and service are their greatest strength.

Nice and clean rooms

The 1st thing I found was a roach in the frig....which means that things don\'t get thoroughly cleaned. Be prepared to bring your own blow dryer as theirs has no power--it literally would not even move a piece of paper. The "drying rack" is nothing more than a cable in the shower---don\'t expect items to get dry---they are hanging in the bathroom where people are taking showers---duh. Adaptor---be sure to get an electrical adaptor of your own---the list says one is included but it is not. You have to "rent" a garage entry fob---the problem is nobody can agree on how much it is...I was told it was 100 aed and my son was told it was 400 aed---and it has to be in cash---they will not use a credit card or even a debit card.

Besides some restaurants and stores being close by my husband and I along with 3 couple friends didn't not have a great stay at Grand heights apartment. Upon booking we had said we wanted non-smoking rooms and on the same floor. We were rest assured that we would have been taken care of when booked. When arrived, some of us got smoking rooms and some of non-smoking all on different floors, we didn't say much as it was quite late and we all needed to be settled in. A day later, our bathroom had a very distinctive smell coming out of it (sewage or mouldy smell). We called room service and they sent someone who sprayed something and said this should help and if it didn't we can call room service again. The next morning, the smell was so bad it was in the actual room. Had to wear a mask to use the washroom. Called room service again and they sent someone else to check. At the end the front desk finally said they will switch our rooms. We were given another room which didn't smell of sewage but smoke. We asked if they had anything else and they showed us a non-smoking room which had the same mould/sewage smell as the first room. We ended up taking the room that smelled like smoke and sprayed our perfumes. Few days later, we got rainfall and our room window started dripping in water. Instead of complaining we took towels from the bathroom and layed them on the window beam. Overall, we were all very disappointed with our 11 day stay and wouldn't recommend coming here to anyone.

Clean hotel with modern interior. Staff is excelent. The only thing is tiled floor. It is not comfortable for me.

L'appartement est plutôt spacieux, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Le personnel est toujours souriant disponible et à l'écoutele quartier est plutôt calme. C'est juste un peu éloigné du centre de Dubaï (20/30mn en taxi), sinon rien a redire.

Ruime kamers, bedden slapen lekker! Schoon alleen jammer dat ze geen ontbijt aanbieden. Verder een zekere aanrader.

Das Badezimmer und die Schränke sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ansonsten ist es ein tolles Hotel und für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Ich liebe es und hab es nochmal gebucht :)

I have been here for about a week now and I’m loving everything the hotel has to offer. From the front desk people, to house keep. Very responsive and always ready to help you at all times. I especially want to give extra appreciation to Gonzaga, George, and Rushumika. They have been exceptional through out my stay so far. I can’t thank them enough for their service.

Friendly and accommodating staff. I booked this hotel as a last-minute booking due to reservation not working out elsewhere. It was definitely a good choice! I would recommend doing their private beach visits for which they have a shuttle. I did SOLUNA beach on palm Jamaica. Very easy booking it and getting on the shuttle there and back. The only con with this apartment hotel, hence the four stars instead of five, is their cafe Risen in the lobby. I’m not sure if it’s just poor management or not well trained staff, but it’s very unorganized. The first morning I ordered room service. I only ordered a latte with yogurt parfait, and 30 minutes later, I still didn’t have it. They said it was due to multiple other orders. And this was a late order, at 10:30 AM. So I canceled the order. And the morning after I decided to go down to the café physically instead. This was around the same time between 1030 and 11 AM and the cafeteria was more or less empty, but they were struggling to get the orders out in a timely manner. Even here I only ordered the yogurt parfait thinking it should be a quick order. I would recommend the hotel really get this part organized and streamlined. Everything else was absolutely excellent.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Grand Heights. Servicen var helt i top, beliggenheden tæt på metro, og det var nemt at komme rundt i Dubai med offentlig transport eller taxi. Hotellet har en god café, hvor vi startede dagen med fantastisk morgenmad og god kaffe.
