The first room they put me in was on the second floor and the elevator was broken. And after I logged up to the second floor with my pet and luggage, I found that the smoke alarm was continually going off. The toilet seat was horrific.then I went back to the office and they gave me another room on the first floor, which was not that great either I would not recommend this place

Terrible experience. Door was not secure (prayed the chain lock would hold...), drapes would not close all the way (1st floor room!), and the bathroom door lock was broken. Seemed clean enough until I saw a roach crawl across the bathroom floor in the morning. I specifically asked about an early checkout (4:00 am) and was told that someone would be at the desk. Well. No one was in the office and the door was locked. Had to leave the key card in the room. Will definitely NOT stay there again.

This is a roachtel. The room was roach infested. Went down to check out immediately and the man at the front desk seemed like the room having roaches was normal. I will not be using this hotel ever again.

Absolutely filthy! We had reservations from Expedia for a 3 day stay and we left after 10 minutes of freaking out! I wish I could post pictures, it was atrocious. I will never book with Expedia again. We went out of pocket for another hotel and spent hours, for 2 days, trying to reach Expedia by phone and emails and chat support, finally just disputed charges with the credit card company. It’s been 4 days and we still have not had a response from anyone. Overall, terrible experience.

There was no availability for extra towels or pillows. The bathroom shower ceiling was covered in mold and caving in. The tub had roaches in it in the am. I checked out early and got no refund for the poor conditions

First thing we noticed upon entering the room was a massive splatter on the inside of the door. It looked like either someone vomited on the door, or there was a massive blood splatter on it. Next, we realized that the piece to book the door chain with was missing, despite the chain still being on the frame. Instead of the mattresses being on bed frames, they were on giant metal boxes. The bathroom cleanliness wasn't great, but could've been worse. The beds were fairly clean. Comfort wise, the beds were exactly what you'd expect in this price point. As far as redeeming factors, the shower did work, including the hot water, and the front desk personnel seemed perfectly competent and friendly.

The room itself was of poor quality. The door looked like it had been kicked in before. The walls, including the exterior wall, was super flimsy and provided no barrier to sound whatsoever. So the traffic all night, and then the mowers at 7:45am were very disruptive to our sleep. Who mows around a hotel at 7:45? That's a noise ordinance violation. The bed was uncomfortable, very rigid, squeaked loudly whenever you moved even slightly, and had only 3 small pillows. At least the bathrooms was OK, although water pressure was lacking in the shower. Oh and the TV -- didn't work. I wanted to watch the Thursday night NFL game but since we knew when we checked in at 5:00 that the TV didn't work, we just decided to go to a bar to watch the whole thing. I responded to an automated text asking how everything was by saying the TV was not working, and the automated response was basically "I'm an automated system and can't help with that but I'll let somebody know". Needless to say nobody came. The neighborhood is very sketchy. Lots of undesirables hanging around. There was a small gang of young adults hanging out for hours outside that looked like gang bangers. Very bad experience overall.

Process from booking to check-in was easy. The managers at both check-in and check-out were attentive and helpful. There were some patrons outside that were a little loud when we first got there, but we were able to sleep well. Everything was clean and air conditioning was cool. Nearby restaurants made our morning easy to get back on the road.

As soon as I walk into my room, I was greeted by a roach in the middle of the bed. I went to the front desk to show him my uninvited guest and he looked at it as if he was use to seeing that. He said he didn’t have anymore rooms available and that I could ask the booking agent for a refund. I did just that and still had to find a different hotel with available at 9pm. Booking agent said that the property manager would not issue a refund. Don’t book here!

I would never ever consider that place again and never ever recommend anyone for that place as well. That hotel was unsafe, homeless people were sitting on the main entrance and calling people and going behind them who ever goes in the hotel. In the middle of night some banging my door and it was just so scary, we didn’t answer the door because we were feeling unsafe and they left after 5 minutes. Bathroom and shower was so dirty and disgusting, moldy shower and bugs on the floor. We kept the bathroom looked the entire night so the bugs doesn’t comes out and ran out in the morning to a grocery store near by to use the bathroom. Lucky no bed bugs, so we able to sleep little bit till the door getting beaten up. Terrible night.
