The pool was so nasty…there was bodily fluid that was floating in the pool and notices around the pool stating it was adult swim only from 8:30pm-10pm. Seriously!? If you have children please do not stay here as you will be sorry you did. We’ve stayed at Holiday inn Express and this by far was the worst!

I booked my stay a day before arrival and I specifically called the hotel to check and make sure their pool and hot tub was operational. I got feedback that it was in working condition. When I checked in the following day, I came to learn that the pool and hot tub were closed due to renovations. I feel lied to by the reservation associate and I was extremely upset because at that point I could not get a refund or find another hotel. This was not acceptable to me.

Paid for a more expensive hotel with hopes to utilize the jacuzzi which was green! Needless to say we didn’t use it. When showering th water was fine but when trying to run a bath the water was brown.

Every staff member was friendly and attentive. The buildings remodel looks good. The main pool was cold. The spa tub did not have working water jets, but thw water was warm enough. Breakfast was generally cold at 8A.M.

The bed was very comfortable. Since the hotel was recently renovated, the room and bathroom were fresh and quite clean. The manager arranged a shuttle to the airport for us on a Sunday. I would stay there again.

It was okay. Please know that even as close as they are to the airport they do not offer a shuttle unless you reserve it at least 24 hr in advance and after 7AM. It could be cleaner

The advertised hot tub and pool were freezing! When brought to the attention of the front desk, we were told that there was not maintenance staff on call. We asked to speak with a manager. Surprisingly, a manager was not on duty, either. We asked to be contacted by management upon our departure. We have yet to hear from a manager, almost a week later. We phoned at 4 pm, on our day of arrival, to ensure that the hot tub was operational. We splurged on the property and cashed out our OneKey cash because we were assured that the hot tub was functional. We could have saved our rewards, spent half the money, and still gotten the same lack of a hot tub. We were shocked that a member of the maintenance staff is not on call 24 hours a day and that a "Manager on Duty" does not work during check-out time. The staff with whom we interacted: Maddy at check-in, Ivonne at check-out, and the breakfast staff with the hijab (my apologies for not noticing your name tag) were friendly and professional. The breakfast staff were efficient and quick to replenish the buffet. The breakfast options and the buffet staff prevented me from leaving just one star.

I had a group of 25 stay April 13-15. The hotel generally was fine. But the restaurant--- On arrival, they desk recommended we dine as a group in the hotel restaurant Connie's On Tap. We had made plans for the first night but I opted to take the 25 people to the hotel restaurant option on 03/14/25. We called first. We were told they could accommodate us. That was the first error. There was one server / bartender and one cook on. They should never have agreed to take us and I would have happily gone elsewhere. Most of us waited nearly two hours after sitting to even get a drink delivered (not even a plastic cup of water). And the food was HORRIBLE. Nachos made with doritos and maybe cheeze wiz? French fries had zero flavor. We got our food and drinks after 2 hours. I would have walked but part of my group was served so we felt stuck. In the end, the server complained about how he wasn't prepared for a group. It soured the entire day for my group which was traveling to do service projects during an alternative spring break. The hotel should either intervene into the restaurant or not recommend it.

Room was comfortable and clean. Newly updated. Pool temperature was quite chilly and hot tub bubbles did not work. Was looking forward to cinnamon rolls at breakfast and they were all out by 9 am. Had a few second day but they were small and burnt. Location was good for our weekend visit.

The pool was under construction which was the entire reason that we went there. No notification on this website nor when checking in.. we asked them to cancel our reservation and left

Check in was easy and the young lady was very nice. the room (1st floor king) was... meh. It was cold when I walked in, someone had the temp set to 70. It took me a bit to figure out that the thermostat on the wall wasn't hooked up and I needed to adjust it on the unit itself. Next stop was the bathroom, old and not cleaned all that well, and the sink did not drain. To un-stop the stopper I needed to reach under the sink and move the lever by hand... I do not believe housekeeping doesn't realize what the problem is, they just have not requested maintenance fix it... probably the biggest issue is the dirt on the floors, both tile and carpet. The carpets feel damp and turned my socks brown just walking on them. Probably won't stay here again, it's twice as much as the MicroTel down the road and not as clean. You're definitely paying for the name, not the service.

The room was clean but the hotel lobby was very dirty, this building needs some serious uplifting, the lobby smells a bad odor of an old structure. The elevator has scratches all over the place, carpet in the lobby was also smell bad. We like the room it was comfortable and renovated. Breakfast was great, the coffee was warm and fresh, loved it.

The carpet in the room was stained. The towels (inky enough for three) were stained.

The hotel just seemed outdated and not super sparkly clean. The floors of the elevators were super dirty. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, gross stuff on the wall near the toilet. The restaurant in the hotel was dark, and the music was way too loud, food was average. The morning buffet was average at best, the French toast was super flat and dry, not light and fluffy. I will not stay here again. On the plus side your staff was super nice!

Absolute loved our stay!! The room was so spacious and so clean!!! Everything looked brand new!! We didn’t want to leave!!

At the very least, my expectation of a hotel room is cleanliness. This place was gross. We were only there for a quick 12 hours, but that was too long. The toilet was filthy, there was orange mold in the shower, and there were spider webs in corners. It made me even more concerned about what I couldn’t see. The entire place reeked of curry to the point of us smelling like that when we left, and it was clear there were people who had been living there for the smell to get that bad. I’m not sure what criteria makes a room a suite, but a tiny bar sink and minuscule counter does not make it a suite, in my opinion. On top of this, there was someone stomping up and down either next to us or above us all night long. You could feel them walking, it was so loud. I will never, ever stay in that hotel again, nor will I recommend anyone to stay there. This was the only place within 30 minutes of our holiday destination that was available, but next time I’ll just drive 40 minutes instead.

Was in the first floor, curtains would be nice along with the shade. Felt like people could see in my room.

I was put in a massive "accessible room", which I did not need. I'm OK with the accommodations, it just changes the feel. Bathroom was sub par and difficult to navigate. Shower was lukewarm and drain was clogged...

The only negative is the room was very dark in the corners. There needs to be extra lighting by the armchair. Plus while showering, the water kept turning boiling hot.

The air conditioning unit was louder than a power drill. After 2 hours, i finally.had to shut the A/C unit off and I had to sleep in an uncomfortable temperature. I aksed for a partial refund from Holiday Inn. They refused.

We had a jacuzzi room, but the water was only lukewarm, and turned cold quickly. Pool and hot tub were nice, bed was OK.

The room was ok, but a long walk from the lobby. There was an annoying noise all night that made our stay uncomfortable. Not a good night rest for sure.

Five minutes before check in I got a phone call letting me know there were no rooms available. My Expedia reservation from five days ago was apparently useless! You can book a room through the hotel for an extra $80, or through Expedia and not have a room at all. Or, stay somewhere else!

Property cancelled our reservation 15 min before our arrival at 9:45 pm and said that expedia overbooked our room which we know was not the case as we had booked it over a week ahead. Im pretty sure that they sold it out from under us. Expedia got us another room at a different hotel so they did take care of getting us a place to stay. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The service was excellent, very friendly reception. Easy check in.

Not great toilet was broken and as of now they have charged my card extra and our room was not ready at 430 we couldn’t check in till 530

Mario at the front desk, was very helpful during checkin, and answering questions. We needed an extra towel and to stay an extra night for a memorial service for a local family member. Mario was very helpful and compassionate with getting us an extra night in the same room, paying close to the same rate. My kids and I loves the pool with hot tub. It was clean and relaxing.

I wouldn’t stay here again. When checking in with Mario I asked him for an additional key because we had booked this room for five people. An additional key would give us a total of three. He acted as if I was asking for a gold key or something. Then we get to the room and there’s only towels enough for three people so we go downstairs and ask for more towels and washcloths because like I said we booked and paid for a room for five people. We were told no more towels and washcloths available. We were given one towel. On the sink in the bathroom, the box of Kleenex looks like it’s just been there forever and they just re-stuff it with a few pieces of Kleenex tissues and never replaced the entire box. It was ripped , dirty And we ran out of course because there was only three tissues in the box. The blow dryer looks like it should’ve been hanging on the wall however, the plastic piece that should’ve been hanging on the wall was still attached to the blow dryer and underneath the sink on a shelf so after plugging in the blow dryer this weighted piece of plastic kept pulling the plug out of the electrical outlet was absolutely ridiculous. The entire hallway and room and property had a very strong odor/sent of some kind of deodorizer that’s covering up something it was an overwhelming smell and not in a good way. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was extremely friendly and so very welcoming and helpful. Tyrone-the night desk employee was very helpful, assisted with the heat in our room that I didn’t know how to work. He also was very nice to my grandkids. The pool and jacuzzi area were very clean and well stocked with towels! It was really awesome that there were float/safety jackets available for small children-bcuz my daughter forgot to pack my 6yr old grand daughters. Her swimming experience was enjoyable bcuz she was able to swim and play with her bigger/older siblings and cousins. The woman who was doing the breakfast was also AMAZING!! She kept the buffet trays full & even made us some more food for all the kids. (We had 3 adults and 6 children in our party) despite English being a secondary language-she was quick to use a translator app that I now have on my phone-so that we could converse and understand one another with ease! She is a gem & should be treated as a valuable asset to your hotel! She is warm, welcoming & friendly! My grandson with autism absolutely loved her. She was so very kind and spoke with him despite his being non verbal. I would highly recommend your hotel to everyone!! Your staff is exceptional! Your hospitality is top notch and the sitting areas, indoor & out are very clean and very comfortable! We also enjoyed using your fitness center! We will be back, my daughter decided to have my grand daughter’s birthday sleepover at your hotel! Thank u for making my Mother’s Day stay great.

I was double charged. I paid Expedia on 27-June, but the property charged again on 6-July. The customer services at Expedia is very awful, very difficult to get support by phone. As of today (21-Jul), the property hasn't credited by money back even with the different calls to both Expedia and the property. Stay away from Expedia customer services. Very bad service.

Convenient location near NY 87. Clean, quiet, nice breakfast, good value, friendly staff. I would use this location again for all the same reasons. Good shopping and restaurants a short driver away.

Hotel is clean and comfortable which is what is most important to me. Close to the airport for an early morning flight.

Check-in and out was fast. Park was fine. Restaurant and bar busy, noisy and we never got waited on, but the hotel was fine. Very close to Albany airport.

It's on a busy road but the hotel is quiet. You'll need a car to get around but there are amenties that you can drive to.

The only reason we gave an average rating for cleanliness and property condition is because there were renovations on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors and the dust could be felt all the way to the 1st floor. Clean, friendly, great breakfast. Pool is WARM. which was amazing on a cold day. Very family friendly.

Things that were supposed to be offered at breakfast were not available. We left hungry.
