This place is great!!! The breakfast was awesome. Cheese grits were almost as good as mine. My partner was in town and my apartment got vandalized so we decided to stay here and it was worth it! The only problem we had was, renovations were being done and it woke us up but they had a job to do so no real complaints here

I forgot just how nice Embassy Suites are! Nice place, huge well decorated lobby, a real breakfast! Custom made omelets! Large rooms, well kept grounds, pool! Only negative thing during my stay was an elevator was out of order. Also the expresso machine at breakfast was out of order. Staff very nice!

We had to switch rooms due to the first bed having old sheets on it with hairs and stains.. we switched rooms, only to have more used sheets with hairs in them as well. The bathrooms could be so nice, but are so disgusting. The cleaning staff doesn’t clean..Hilton should be ashamed of this property, such a nice investment to be run so poorly.. we tried to find another room at another location, unfortunately everyone was full or we would’ve left.

Service at check in and breakfast was impeccable. Overall the room was nice and the breakfast area was clean. Big downside and concern was the cleanliness of the room. The main red flag was feces smeared on the curtain next to the bed. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable that it was missed. The bathroom floor grout was black even though you could tell in the corners and less traveled areas that it was once white. Mold and debris near the tub and the floors throughout the bathroom and main living area were sticky/filmy. I needed to run around cleaning with Lysol wipes before we could get settled. I could have asked for help from the staff but it was very late when we checked in and it would have taken too long to wait for housekeeping to come up or to have them move us to a new room so I just fixed the issues myself.

This review is for room 416, Embassy Suites, Ridgeland MS from 17 May to 19 May 2024. When we arrived at the room the bathroom smelled of urine. The room had been tidy up but not cleaned. Urine stains were visible on the bathroom floor. We had to clean the floor with the towels available. The next day we left the room around 9:15am and return after 5pm. No housekeeping was done of the room, no fresh towels, bed not made, and the trash bags we put together to make things easier for service was not disposed. Housekeeping is lacking, actually no housekeeping at all. I would rate housekeeping lower that a Budget Inn. BTW: New pillows are needed.

I had a fantastic weekend stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Jackson North Ridgeland! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast deserves a special shoutout—hands down the best hotel breakfast in the city. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The biscuits tasted like they were homemade in someone’s kitchen—absolutely amazing. My room and the hallways were spotless, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the full breakfast with the omelet station. And the morning breakfast staff were wonderful However, the rooms were not clean. Stains on bathroom walls and door, hair in tub, dirty bedding for the pullout couch, dirty grout. In need of renovations. We stay in the area a couple times a year. Unfortunately, we won't be back to this location.

Bathroom shower had water leaking into the actual bathroom area, which could’ve caused an accident..I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to no one…

The room was amazing, we definitely like the bedroom being separated from the sitting area. The only problem we had during the night was this knocking sound coming from the laundry room next to our room. The sound lasted all through the night making it hard to sleep at night. But overall amazing place & the breakfast was on point.

We've stayed a few times now but this time it seemed like they were having maintenance issues. The room was very hot. Never got cooled down fully. Also the hotel seems a little run down, like it needs renovation. The bed was not as comfortable either. Breakfast had limited options on the weekend. No waffles, limited omelet menu options. It was kind of meh overall.

Our room was very outdated. TVs didn’t work properly and there were not very many channels to choose from. Several of the lights in the room did not work. The thermostat did not work properly our room was uncomfortably warm both night. The shower was made poorly and water would pour out anytime you opened the door when done showering, and the shower head would drip constantly. There was also a leak of some sort in the walls that was extremely annoying. On our second night the front desk employee was EXTREMELY RUDE — we already sent our complaint to the hotel directly. On another note the bartender, waitresses and kitchen staff were fantastic and the food was very good.

The checking was absolutely great. Tito I think was his name went above and beyond to help us. However, late in the night the room was not very cool. I called down and got another guy that told me in a very condescending tone the unit was frozen up and to turn it off for 15 minutes. We did that but it never cooled under 71. We were only there for 1 night and it was late so I wasn’t calling again.

The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were wonderful with very pleasant attitudes, but the obviously need to hire more help.

This Embassy was different. The front of the house is suppose to greet you have a pleasant attitude. The young lady was sitting in a chair I walked up so that she can see me. She said nothing the phone ring I stood back when she got off the phone she still did not greet me I waited a few more minutes she finally acknowledged me. She then preceded to tell me that she was not checking anyone in until 5pm. I said nothing and walked away. As I walked outside I saw a young lady in uniform who I thought was the manager she was pleasant her name was Nikki. She stated that she was not the manager but she would definitely help me. I told her I was going to get some lunch, and I would come back. After lunch I came back to the hotel Nikita was pleasant, courteous, and everything the front of the house should be. Nikki was the VIP that day. The experience from the other young I felt as if I was at the Red Roof , or Motel 8. Everything else was excellent. We will be back in October , and in December I hope the front of the house experience is better Thank you Nikki for your awesome hospitality

I’ve heard about this hotel before and all impressions were positive. This was my first stay and I have to agree. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Also, a very good breakfast. She just lacked that awareness and professionalism that experienced bartenders possess.
