All around a great place and staff. Shuttle service was the best part.

We had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Fitness center was sufficient. 24 hr coffee & tea bar was perfect.

Entire Staff was welcoming and helpful. We so appreciated having a clean dog friendly hotel this holiday season. Especially after the hurricane hit our home this year, we were hesitant to continue with our plans but Hampton inn was worth it.

The hotel was great. I highly recommend this hotel. They were friendly, the amenities were great, the free breakfast was awesome, the room was very clean, the whole place was clean and the coffee bar available around the clock was a nice perk.

The heated pool was really enjoyable to use, and inspired me to re-join the Y and start swimming again when I returned home!

We were completely satisfied with our accommodations. The staff there is so friendly and help us any way they could. Having the shuttle was a great asset to us and the driver was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay there and would recommend it to everyone.

Very well maintained, incredible how clean it was, everything in the hotel was perfect , This is a good place for anyone with family or if you were in the military you will appreciate the CG ready building nothing out of place, staff was so warm, friendly and just a pleasure to interact with, received texts asking if they can do anything to make my stay better, the breakfast was great so many options to chose and plenty of space to sit and eat, Nice outside seating area with fire pit to sit with friends and family to talk and enjoy the night. the outdoor heated pool was super, they really had the heat cranking, I like my pool water warm and coming back to the hotel at night tired, it was so nice to just walk in and relax in the pool or in the morning before your day started again so nice to walk into the clean warm pool. The hotel is few minutes off the turnpike and near lots of restaurants and shopping.

I am not one to complain or leave reviews but this was a terrible hotel experience. The room was nice to look at but overall was very disappointing. First of all we spent an extra $100 to book this hotel, rather than another nearby hotel, specifically for shuttle service, which we come to find the driver took the night off and over the 4th of July weekend, management did not have the sense to have another driver. The shuttle service is also advertised on the Live Casino website so this was extremely disappointing. When we explained to the front desk this is the only reason we booked this hotel, he basically laughed at us and said that he usually drives the shuttle on Mon and Tues but he said he was done at 3 pm that day, which we found very off putting. In addition, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. On top of it, the ac just shuts off automatically where my husband and I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. My husband turned it back only for it to automatically turn off again when we woke… this was a 90 degree day. Also we asked to be put in a higher floor away from noise and they put us on the top floor right next to the elevator. From 5am and on we were woken up by people getting on the elevator. Lastly we noticed that the emergency button on the elevator was broken and absent, which is highly illegal. We will never come back here again.

The hotel was clean and quiet despite being booked fully. The staff was exemplary.

It was a good hotel for a one night stay. It was pretty clean, bedding was stained under sheets and sheets were a tiny bit dingy. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was good because there were options.

I dropped something on the floor under the desk and it was very dusty. I stayed 3 days and I had to request towels and cleaning on the ssecond day. The staff was very cooperative and friendly.

New property, everything was bright, spotless and shiny. Staff was great. Beds comfortable and breakfast decent. Couldn’t beat it for the price! Would stay again.

Hotel was clean, staff very helpful especially Addi evening of 4/19/2024 Room was noisy, heard guests in the next room (121) that connected to my room, 119. Loud noises in hallway- made louder by tile flooring- Overall was a pleasant stay

Very nice Hampton Inn. I'd definitely plan to stay again. Clean rooms - I like that there's no carpet on the floor. Nice new bathroom. Only complaint is the ac fan was quite noisy. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

It was meh. Bed was really hard, bedding was not great. Was neat the elevator and had to hear constant ding noises from people using it. Very thin walls.

Sent us to a dirty room, unmade bed, was rude & argumentative, left & went to another hotel

Breakfast staff/lady sounded Rude. She seem to be primarily interested in cleaning her area instead of serving the guest. Front of the desk person in the morning time did not care to help much with the area resources. Need to improve communication skills. Put a welcoming staff member who is warm smiling and wiling to help. Same with the breakfast area staff.

Staff was excellent but I was very clear about wanting cleaning service during my stay. Didn’t happen the whole three day visit after check in. If you are short staffed for cleaning then offer discounts to waive room cleaning. It should be included in the fort of the room, not an option you gave to ask for.

Property was really clean and updated. Breakfast options were good. Staff immediately addressed an issue with the TV in my room and had it working in minutes. Enjoyed our stay.

only complaint was no one ever cleaned our room nothing all day went in at nite still nothing rebeca at desk was a doll at least gave us a few towels told front desk at 2pm no one cleaned told me they will get to it nothing!!!!!!! i travel alot but cant handle dumb mistakes even after she was told

Did not receive any room service during my week stay. No fresh sheets, coffee station refill, wash cloths and towels. Very disappointing.

Quiet and convenient location with necessary amenities.

Hotel was perfect - conveniently located need restaurants, shopping, and easy access from highway. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were in town for a family event. The lounge area was a great place to meet after we returned to the hotel with other family members staying there. Breakfast was an added bonus - food was good, nice variety, and well stocked.

Very nice hotel, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bobby, the shuttle driver, got us to and from our destination promptly and was a wealth of information about the area. One word of advice... the front of the hotel faces a busy highway; noise from the traffic wasn't that loud and didn't bother us, but if you're sensitive to noise you may want to request a room facing away from the road.

Hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, casino, and highways. This is our second time staying here when we are in town visiting family. Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very convenient and saves us a stop in the morning. They offer a nice variety and it is very good. There is also a selection of snacks and drinks for purchase anytime during the day.

Easy check in, easy access. Handicap room was available and accessible.

Good hotel close to PGH and Ohiopyle State Park.

Friendly employees. Nicely decorated lobby. Martha provides the nicest complimentary breakfast layout and service we have experienced. "The Boulevard" restaurant nearby is a great plus.

The room and hotel were nice. The breakfast was horrible; likely just happened to be the options the day we were there but it was egg white omelettes and chicken sausage. Would have preferred scrambled eggs and bacon.

We’ve recently been traveling more, & found this hotel to have an excellent breakfast compared to others we have tried at other hotels. Comfy beds & clean too.
