I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone as the behavior of the proprietor was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any lodging establishment. Upon arriving at 10:45PM, an older man (the owner) firstly demanded that a physical card be presented, even though the stay was guaranteed with a corporate virtual charge card. He proceeded to also refuse to refund the original payment that he decided to charge even before I even arrived, while also denying me the ability to check in, and whining to me about how scared he was about credit card fraud (not my problem, as I selected Pay At Hotel and expected to pay there) initially. Upon asking for the wifi password, the man also refused very rudely, claiming I wasn't a guest yet though he had charged me. He then continued to complain to me that "he was 72 years old, couldn't afford to hire more staff, and was disrupted from his 11PM closing time and bedtime" while the entire scene was a result of his own absurd policies and complaints. Why even run a motel if you hate running it so much and have so much insecurities? It was only after a long time that I was able to convince the man to allow me to check in, and his complaints continued.

Staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and fresh. Hot water on the shower was hard to regulate at first but after it was plentiful. There was a low humming from the service room. Parking was close to the room.
