Decent place if you want to stay close to airport and in walking distance to rental car drop off for your early morning flight. Make sure to reserve the free shuttle to the airport, runs on the hour but is full to last seat. Place is a little tired, but wonderful staff and decent free breakfast.

It was good stay but they were short staffed and didn’t have anyone to run the shuttle in the morning to the airport. They did call a cab but they didn’t have a big enough vehicle available to accommodate our party. Had to get an Uber but they did pay for that. Just a lot of hassle first thing in the morning when your trying to get to the airport in time to catch our flight.

We loved that it was quiet, we didn't realize how many people were in the hotel until the breakfast! Only about a $12 Uber to the Strip. Great breakfasts, and loved the kitchen in the room. Hot tub was not open which was a huge disappointment. Otherwise a great hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay. Despite being so close to the airport, the room was completely quiet — I didn’t hear a thing. It was spacious and had everything I needed: comfy bed, blackout curtains, full kitchenette with all dishes, salt, and pepper (no oil though), and a great fridge. The AC worked well but was a bit loud. Nice gym with lots of equipment, plus a pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill area. Breakfast was simple, and I appreciated that coffee and tea were available all day. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler. The free airport shuttle was a big plus, but keep in mind it runs once an hour — so it’s best to book it in advance before check-out. When arriving, you can only call for it after picking up your luggage, which means you might have to wait if you land early. Would definitely stay again :)

I love to stay at this location. It us close to airport. Shuttle is 24/7. This hotel is right by walmart, few other stores which is great. It would be nice for children to be on main.floor. as to playing in elevator, and jumping all night on the floor. Isnot fun for guest leaving. Or staying on business trips..

My husband and I have stayed here several times over the past couple of years. I feel like this hotel has gotten dirtier over the years. Our first few stays were great but the most recent stay (April 2024) our bathroom had mold on the ceilings and walls and everything in the room (ie carpet, shower) was just gross and dirty. I will say the reception service has always been friendly and accommodating since we travel with our dogs and the location of the hotel is convenient to the highway. The rooms are also spacious (we usually get a king suite) so there’s plenty of room for a couple and animals. I just think the hotel could use a revamp or really just a deep cleaning. For the price and recent encounter with mold, I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

The public hallways are showing wear with stained carpets and walls needing paint. The Barth room is very dated with low toilet and toilet seat loose nearly off. Mold under the built in soap holder in the shower and grungy looking grout along the tub edge. The bed was comfortable and the room appeared clean.

Everything are good except for the room carpet. It was terribly dirty and looks like it was never been clean at all. My son’s socks turned dark and very dusty. I recommend housekeeping to vacuum the carpet very well if possible.

Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. We stayed for two nights while in town for a family party. Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as we expected, the carpet was very stained and there was black mold in the shower caulking. On the first night, I requested an extra blanket around 10:20 PM but never received it. On the second night, we found a roach in the bedroom. It was too late to switch rooms and we had to leave early the next morning, so we stayed put. I requested a blanket again the second night and still never received one. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the property itself is clean and quiet. However, the condition of the room and the unfulfilled service requests were disappointing.

The check in was not good at the front desk, customer service was not welcoming, or smiling or apologizing because they didn’t call us back to let us know the. Room was ready. I know , we were early 12:00 pm but I do have to inquire again at 3:39 pm asking if our room was ready. The housekeeping was the only smiling and welcoming staff The check out was smooth and the lady at the front desk wished we had a good stayed.it was nice. The initial receptionist was rude and inhospitable. Her manager quickly intervened and was very respectful and helpful. Had it not been for him I would have walked off site and not returned to Homewood Suites.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive! I was greeted the moment I walked through the door, and checking in only took a few minutes! I spent a few more minutes talking to the friendly ladies at the counter, however. My room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was delicious! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Vegas!

Rooms are great. Our bedrooms had ceiling fans which is a first for us. Beds are super comfortable, great pillows, loved having full size shampoo and conditioner, kitchen was so handy. Every staff person we met was friendly and helpful. Louie was a standout, arranging for our early check-in and shuttle service. Breakfasts was extensive and delicious. Located just a few stop lights away from the strip (with none of the noise), walking distance from rental car place, Whole Foods etc. We will stay here again, 100%.

We recently stayed at this hotel for new year, while preparing for a long trip and found it to be overall clean and quiet. However, the breakfast experience was incredibly disappointing. Breakfast was advertised from 7 to 9 AM, but by 8 AM, most of the food was already gone. The kitchen was severely understaffed, with only one person attempting to prepare meals for a building with over 300 rooms. To make matters worse, the staff complained about having only one oven to serve such a large number of guests and not having enough food to accommodate everyone. Guests were left waiting in line for over 30 minutes just for food, Instead of being apologetic, the staff member in the kitchen was rude, frequently voicing her frustration about the situation. The general attitude was dismissive, offering a casual “we’re doing the best we can” without showing much care for the guests. She offered the solution that if you want breakfast, you have to get up early so you may have breakfast included, but they may not have enough food for you as a guest with such a big name behind them such as Hilton it was quite disappointing to say the least. If breakfast is important to your stay, I recommend looking elsewhere. Otherwise, the hotel itself was fine for a quiet night’s rest. Let me know if this works or if you’d like further edits!

The breakfast food service was mediocre at best. Items would run out and you would have to peak in to the kitchen to let staff know. Coffee were cold, and you would have to bring back to the room to heat with microwave.
