Stained furniture in room, consistently closed restaurant/bar. Water cut off for much of one day. Incomplete coffee setup in room. Lobby coffee carafes empty and not refilled. Not walking distance to food, yet their own grab-and-go was horribly overpriced. Friendly staff, though.

The rooms were okay. Not super great but clean. The pool was great. Nice, quiet, beautiful. Property was nice. Staff was mostly nice. Had a weird experience during check-in where they kept telling me it was my card that was having issues but it was totally their system not working. They kept saying it was declining, declining, declining. Nope, card worked fine everywhere else. One of the elevators was down pretty much my entire stay. The hotel is laid out really weird. It's not symmetrical so it can be hard to get around at first. I had a good experience here though. I'd come back.

It good very easily be a great place, but it just ok. Rooms smell, toilet continues to run, bathroom fan dis not work. Pool is nice but the court yard area is not cleaned often, lots of litter. No pool towels many days. No Quarters for laundry machine. I asked every day for several days and the answer was always tomorrow.

I specifically searched for a hotel in this area with a hot tub and an on-site restaurant. This property was advertised as having both. When I arrived I was told that the restaurant was not open. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. I could have stayed at several other properties if I had known this. I understand things happen, but update your website and/or send a note to customers ahead of time so that they can make other arrangements. Technically this is false advertising and I should have asked for my money back but it is such a hassle after you get to a place, are tired and don't have time to deal with these things.

Its a very nice quiet clean local property I was VERY unhappy with the fact that they charged for parking Its a local hotel..... its outrageous that it wasn't even full tjat they would charge for parking Thats why Vegs is sinking ....i may consider another place next trip that's insulting you pay for the stay and they want you TO PAY FOR PARKING....NO THANK YOU

Access to the pool and a hot tub was very nice . The staff was unfriendly and gave very short answers to inquiries. The first room had a broken bed that squeaked badly, we did get a different room and it was a bit of an upgrade . The dining area was all closed up, weird. No helpful suggestions when we asked about breakfast . Carpet was old, stained and dirty and we couldn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water . There were coffee supplies in our room, but no coffee maker . Just not a nice hotel .

Good value for the price. Location by the freeway provided easy access. Beds were a bit too soft for my liking, but the room itself was fine. Hot tub was not working when we visited, which was a huge disappointment.

We checked in labor day weekend for my son's soccer tournament that was 5 mins away from this stay so the location was the best. Lot's of stores and dinning options nearby. The hotel has a starbucks soon to be open, sad it was not up and running. Hotel is quiet, pool is great, no hot tub available. It was all an easy check in and out process.

They charged us $5.00 day for Parking on the Hotel Property!! I’ve never ever had to pay for Parking in any other Hotel I’ve stood at in the Past!! We were walking around in the room with our Socks on and when we took off our Sock they were FILTHY BLACK!! The carpet is very DIRTY.. needs to be cleaned regularly!!

The room and facility were clean enough. I was surprised that a hair dryer was not provided. There was also a pungent smell of sewage in my room. Maintenance came each night to try and clear the smell. However, the smell continually returned and I developed a migraine each night due to the smell.

Property room was very dirty. Floors were filthy, walls, curtains, bathroom, tub nasty from previous occupants. Couch very dirty from food or some type of substance, stained and ripped. Coffee maker was dirty, looked like it was never cleaned. Thick Dust on all on the furniture. Nothing was wiped down. Only thing that seemed clean was the bed. Checked in with two ppl and only had one towel in the place. No hand towel or face towl or bathroom towel. Just not up to par. Pictures on Expedia is false advertising because it’s nothing like the photos.

The room was decent, but the bathroom was very old and not especially clean because of it dated sink and shower. The shower leaked everywhere so the floor was constantly wet. The staff was very nice.

Ceiling in the hallway next to my room was missing, then they had a clear tarp taped to the floor beneath the missing ceiling piece. Shower looked to have mold as well .

We just needed a decent hotel for a quick overnight. We like the location. The presentation upon walking in was very nice. The room is adequate. The carpet is very stained so it looks like the room is dirty. That is very unsettling. There is no top sheet to separate the comforter and that is just uncomfortable. The road noise from the highway is oh wow horrible.

My Sonesta stay was nice, the room was clean but dated; the rooms could benefit from an update to match the lobby (more modern). The beds were not super comfy but the pillows were fluffy. The towels were clean but note there is no room service runner before 8am so be prepared to gather your towels from the front desk if before then. Hotel is pet friendly, at the entrance is a water bowl and treats if your pet is so inclined. The store also sells dog accessories (I didn’t look closely but I noticed balls for sale). Overall, a good family friendly hotel.

I was just in Vegas to visit family, and it was perfect for that - convenient to them, quiet, clean, and easy to park/walk/etc. No frills, just a comfortable place to stay! My only complaints are that they had no USB ports anywhere in the room (except on the TV), and also my toilet made very loud noises when you flush. Things could use some upgrading overall.

Condition of the room was just OK. Shower head sprayed backward at the wall, only 1 set of towels in the room initially, no hair dryer, carpet had bare spots, loose shower handle, etc. Stray hairs on the bathroom floor. Noisy location (next to freeway). Breakfast items for sale only -- no complimentary breakfast. (Even coffee was for purchase.) We won't be staying here again.

Rooms very nice with loveseat, ottoman, desk, office chair on wheels, mw, frig. Tv smaller than most-32" plus king bed with nightstands, clock and plugins plus lamps on both sides. Bathroom equiped with lots of safety bars. This was presidents weekend so prices of motels were double the usual price. This was the cheapest I found at $233 in the area near relatives. Worried as didnt know the name. Hubby said nicer than the convention center rooms downtown.

We would definitely stay here again. Clean room, smells clean when you walk into the hotel. Balcony is nice. The rooms were a good size. King size bed was comfortable. The pullout couch bed was uncomfortable. There were a few carpet stains but overall everything was really clean.

everyone was so helpful and so kind. I asked for late checkout, and they gave it to me and just asked what time I would like. They also were ready to receive me even though I came in very late. I was given a towel to workout at the gym. It was really quiet no loudness. I walked to the gas station around 3am and felt safe. Then they kept my luggage until I left around 3:30 no problems.

Overall the experience was okay Our biggest problem was with the graveyard front desk attendant Brent who was very rude when we asked for a rollaway bed and said he didn’t know where they were and we could check out if it was a problem, however Carlos the housemen intervened and was super nice and helpful and got us situated with the rollaway bed. Flor the daytime front desk person was also very nice

I thought this place was worth the money. Clean and modern enough. For the price, I really enjoyed my stay. I also would like to recognize the front desk team for their awesome and friendly service. They gave me laundry pods for free when it does cost money.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful at all times. We were a large group and they accommodated us for late check outs, ordering food to be delivered and any thing else we needed. I would Definitely recommend this place. Love the mini fridge and microwaves in the rooms and the couches!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Staff was wonderful, helpful and very sweet. We loved how everything we wanted to do was about a 15-20 minute drive from the hotel or even shorter. Definitely recommend here if you're staying in Vegas and not wanting to stay on the strip.

Excellent location , near 95 north to Reno . About 10-5 mins to summerlin and 20 mins to the downtown area.staff was friendly courteous and accommodating. They gave up our room by 3 pm ( 1 hour previous to posted time of 4 pm check in )

Yelp says 4.5 they must be doing their own social media boost. What was once a Hyatt is now a Hideout for bed begs and lice and nothing nice. My experience started at check in, they really need to work on front end representatives. I was given my key to the room excited to see what i was promised in the ads what walked into was nothing but a trash ridden room with towels on the floor and an unmade bed. Mind you its 12am and after a long drive i was ready to indulge not transfer rooms into another room that smelled like old laundry and rotten cigarettes, i asked for a new room and was told thats all they had available cause they dont have a housekeeper, so i checked for bed bugs and hunkered down for the night. Next morning i trued to shower only to experience no body soap in the dispenser but hey the water pressure was good and luckily i travel with soaps as the room had no soaps at all. Was it just my room I asked so i went over to one of my employees rooms i rented and it was just as bad as mine. What the heck lets just go downstairs and have our brochure promised breakfast and morning meeting over coffee, well to our surprise they no longer have a functioning kitchen they dont serve breakfast and no coffee...at this point all we can do was laugh. I tried to speak with the same person that checked me in and as apologetic as she tried she couldn't do anything because since Covid in her words the hotel has been trying to recover and is in a revamping phase

I never, ever post about my stays, good or bad. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was nice. However, the coffee and breakfast bar was closed during my stay and the room coffee was decaf only. Ugh!!

No dining options at all. No breakfast, only coffee in the morning. No one ever answers the phone. No cleaning services except by request. I tried calling multiple times to request more coffee pods but could never reach anyone. The place seemed fairly deserted. The room was clean and fine, nothing special, but totally fine. Unfortunately it was much farther away from my convention than I realized so it was inconvenient to drive back and forth each day, but that was my fault for not realizing it.

Old school, no amenities, clean room only every three days. No restaurant, no breakfast, only coffee downstairs. I could not get the shampoo to come out of the container. Only one soap at sink.
