I would recommend larger & more shower towels for bigger people. Other than that I always enjoy staying there. Nice & quiet

Staff was amazing but the room wasn’t the cleanest. Carpet, couch, and tub had stains.

Rooms are very gross. Stains all over the carpets, room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. Also there coffee shop/breakfast area isn't open half the time. I've stayed at other Sonesta Suites and they were very clean and well maintained.

I travel to Vegas pretty often and this has been by far the worst hotel I have stayed at! Upon arrival the girl at the front desk wasn’t too friendly, didn’t let that bother me but then I got to the room and it just upset me even more! There was a nasty smell in the room and the room itself was over just dirty! There were stains all over the carpet! AND even stains on the sheets! The pillows they had weren’t even standard size pillows. They were like decorative pillows put into regular pillow cases. The pictures are definitely not as advertised. The pictures make it seem as if this place is a newly built hotel with nice rooms and they weren’t clean at all. I literally had to wipe down everything myself, spray room freshener and it still wasn’t clean enough. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back and I went to another hotel! Please don’t spend your money here because it isn’t a comfortable stay at all! Staying here isn’t worth it at all! 0/10!!!!! Worst hotel in Vegas!!!
