Staff where very nice our entire stay, very helpful. The facility is well maintained, the pool is very clean. The breakfast was mids but for being free, i cant complain at all. The yogurt they had in the breakfast area was amazing. Im sad its only available in the PNW. Great experience overall. Thank you!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful!! Plenty of parking as well. Beds were comfortable. There was a strong smell of cleaning supplies throughout the hotel and in the room, but we just opened the window to air it out and it was fine.

The water in the pool is super cold, it is very unpleasant to bathe so they do not raise the temperature because the electricity bill is expensive for them, that was what maintenance said 👎

I wish I knew but our power was out by the sounds of it Indian people work there and it looked like they were trying to save on electric bill. This was first night stay, pool was not clean so dirty. We asked to clean it they never did. My kids could catch a disease. Hot tub just looked like they splashed bath soap in it. There was mold and old smell in hotel rooms, breakfast was cold and bad quality food, sat down to eat breakfast had hair chunks on tables.. over all was a nightmare experience for hotel stay. Do not go here you will regret later. I’m a single mom and I wasn’t able to get refund.. I was so disappointed.

I was sick for the two weeks prior to my trip and was very weak. I called the morning of my arrival and asked to have a room on the first floor and explained my reason. They put me in the very first room by the door, so the walk from my car to my room was only about 50 feet. It seems like a small thing, but it made a huge difference in my stay. The staff was great, the room was nice, breakfast was good and the hot tub was wonderful! Oh, and fresh cookies 7-8pm were a delightful surprise!

Our stay was comfortable at the Comfort Inn Auburn. It would have been nice to have a few more towels in the room. There was some noise between rooms at night, but on the whole not too bad. The walls near the bed in the room we stayed in should be washed. Breakfast buffet very good. Having the pool was nice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the lady that checked us in. The bed was ok. Our bathroom had some black stains (mold?) on the ceiling above the shower. When you turned on the shower the shower head or something in the shower began to smell like mildew.

Bathroom floor was very dirty. One day there was no room service, waste cans not emptied, no fresh towels that were requested, etc. The bathroom door needs to be shortened, so that it will open and close over a towel on the floor. Bathtub was slippery and had no bath mat. (inside the tub and out) Shower water temp was lukewarm at best. Breakfast food was ok. Quaker cereal was kind of old. Should be fresher. Evening cookie was stale. Front desk clerks were very nice and friendly.

The hotel itself was fine. Our room was the worst smelling cigarette infested room ive ever stayed in. All of our bags and even our shoes wreak of cigarette smoke. We do not smoke and this was supposed to be a non smoking hotel/room.

We had driven 9 hours to get to our destination and were exhausted. The gentleman at the front desk was trying to clock out but stayed to check us in so we could get to our rooms fast. Very nice and clean and the beds were the best we have slept on in a hotel for a long time!!

Building is newer construction and facility was fairly clean.. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I will say the building was built cheap. I could hear ever for stepfrom the room above all night and morning.. creaking and cracking but besides that was overall a good stay for a comfort inn

Check in was easy and done by a friendly night clerk. They had luggage carts and a good elevator which was important being handicapped. The room was big and the AC unit worked great, especially since the weather was a hot one, high 90's all week. Bed was comfy and clean. The shower didn't work well, only allowed a small amount of water to come out of the shower head. No problems sleeping on the bed. The problems were few and fixable. I recommend it especially since the price was right and it's close to the freeway.

Decent hotel, very noisy floors above, plywood floors made an extreme amount of noise with guests walking on them, got woken up at 8:00 am by housekeeper knocking on my door, did not appreciate it. Bathroom door very creaky when opening and closing. Otherwise a good room.

Nice and clean, comfortable bed, nice staff. My only complaint was the bathroom fan (always on when the light was on) was SO NOISY. Could also use a few paint touch ups. Otherwise really nice accommodations.

I am completely blown away. Everyone here is remarkably kind and helpful – the gal at the front desk has been working relentlessly every single day and night is absolutely phenomenal. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here above anywhere else I’ve ever been. I lost power all week. I’m a teacher and I needed to do report cards and teach and they’ve made it effortlessly easy for me.

Very basic place to stop on the way to your travels. Continental breakfast was adequate, they had a waffle maker and options for hot and cold breakfast items. The beds were fine and there was options for soft and firm pillows. Check in was easy and quick, along with checking out. The only thing that I found irritating was that we came back to the hotel late at night and there was a front desk person playing on his phone and the front door was locked. He didn’t even look up to address us. I saw a note on the door that said to use the side door to get in it. It was raining and I had my kids with me, so that was annoying. The explanation I got was that it was for safety reasons they lock the front door. I guess you are SOL if you have late check in.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. Tried calling back to ask about my 50$ deposit that I never got back. A 23 year old guy from India answered and immediately put me on “hold” for 18 minutes while the guy checked people in and out who had walked up AFTER I called then I had to sit there and listen to him flirt with a women. I hung up out of annoyance and have been trying to call back since and can’t get anyone to answer now

The staff at this property truly care about their hotel and the guests who stay there. You can see it in the well kept property and the friendliness of the staff. At one point, my mom made a remark that the housekeeper was whistling as she worked, and said, "wow, she must really enjoy working here." When the employees enjoy where they work, it shows in everything they do. Nolan, who welcomed us when we checked in, was so kind, and went all out dressed as Santa for Christmas Eve. They have warm cookies and smiles in the evening, and free breakfast in the morning. Natasha was so helpful when we decided to stay an extra night, she made sure to help me keep the same room (not always an option, so very grateful). The hotel is tucked back behind some stores and restaurants, only a mile from downtown Auburn, so it's super convenient and walkable. Surprisingly quiet and very well kept, you could forget it's located in a high traffic area. This is definitely my new go to when visiting Seattle.

The hotel was good, my only downside was the man working the front desk. He was rude. Check in took a long time even though everything was already paid for in advance. I asked him if they might have a needle and thread since my shoe broke in the parking lot. He was very put out and short with me. He said they might so I told him I would come back down in a few minutes to give him time. When I went back down he was on the phone, he looked right at me then turned around and left. He never came back to the front desk and I stood there for several minutes waiting. I went to the pool to keep an eye on my kids and I could see the front desk and he hadn't returned in a half hour or more. I gave up...

Room was decent and what I expected. Room was cleaned every day which was nice seeing that a lot of hotels have moved away from that every day service. It was quite. Kind of on outskirts of industrial area. Nearby restaurants are mainly simple fast food. One sit down restaurant nearby. Areas near Federal Way have more food options.

Breakfast was good with lots of options, scrambled eggs or hard boiled, yogurt, taoast or english muffins, sausage and waffles to name a few varieties of what they had. Beds were really bad, though, and we had 2 to choose from, both weren't good and left us feeling more tired the next day than rested. Staff was friendly and the place was clean, unfortunately we won't be back due to the beds.
