the check in was great but got to my room and it wasent cleaned at all so got a upgraded to another room there was no pool the hottub was filled in with bricks even though the website said there was a pool and hottub prob should update that so paid a little to much for a room that has nothing but a sauna

The ice machine was broke ,the sauna was broke,couldn't sit in common area because the maintenance man has to be there to unlock the gate?no pool or hot tub,the refrigerator was really old but worked very well. Toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet but it worked out just fine.the airport was right out our door so my grandson loved it.

Swimming pool was concreted in. Continental breakfast was a white bag with apple and yogurt. Called a grab and go by manager. We had homeless people hovering around property. I guess i didnt do my research well enough. The web site was way off!

The room had multiple scuff marks on the walls, the mirrors needed to be wiped down, and there was something spilled on the wall behind the front door that looked like it needed a cleaning. The room smelled a bit, but I couldn't determine if it was just stale or old smoke, or something else. Both the ice machine and soda machine were out of order on the second floor, and as the property doesn't have an elevator, negotiating stairs with my conditions was challenging.

The hotel was fine. We were bummed the ice machines and drink machines were broken. I don’t know if it was the side we were on or the whole place, but you could very loudly hear the planes taking off. Quiet hours from the planes were probably 11pm-5am.

It was clear our room had not been cleaned or vacuumed. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. There was mold on the tile grout. There was food bits and other items on the carpet that were clearly left from the previous party. They had sprayed something heavily perfumed in the room, perhaps to make it seem clean. The fragrance burned my skin (I have an autoimmune disease.)

The room was not clean. The bed was only made up, but the sheets were not changed - we found a dead bug and a someone's broken phone in the bed. The floor was dirty as hell. The furniture was old, worn and stained, especially the chairs. Unfortunately we haven't had the time to check everything during check-in,but when we finally got back to the room in the evening - the above was quite a surprise. We changed the room,but the other room was clearly a smoking room, with an unpleasant odor and a door with a half broken lock.

Room has furniture that is broken or worn. Walls and doors dirty with hand marks. Carpet is not clean. Stains on bed linen. Wall paper coming off the wall. Windows not clean. Breakfast very sparse. Toast, oatmeal, yogurt. Juice, coffee. Property is near the approach of a municple airport, so, is somewhat noisy when planes are landing.

I know what you’re thinking… let’s save a couple bucks and stay here. Do NOT stay here. The stain on the bed should have been the clue to leave and try to get my money back, but I was exhausted so I just slept on top of the blankets. After waking up, I notice ants in the bathroom. As I’m moving my toiletries I notice a blood stain. On the bathroom door. Absolutely disgusting. The only good news is my truck wasn’t broken into when I woke up, which I was completely expecting.

We stayed here for one night, our tv did not receive service for the entire duration of our stay despite the front desk saying it would be fixed and checking in with them twice. They did not resolve the issue or even reach out after our second attempt to have them fix our tv. Not impressed at all with their service.

We chose this hotel based on general location and price. The room itself was very basic and nothing fancy - mismatched furniture, in need of minor repair, etc. The room was freezing cold and the heater took hours to start to warm things up. Also, the TV didn’t work.

The absolutely most uncomfortable mattress to sleep on…or, should I say, attempted to get on. The floor would have been more comfortable. Why does this chain of motels believe putting the cheapest mattress in their rooms is OK? Why don’t they understand that their primary function is to provide a comfortable night’s sleep to people needing to travel? The horrible mattress was preceded by standing in line of 8 people for an hour at the front desk, all waiting for the lone front desk attendant to check us in. He was completely overwhelmed at 9:00 PM on a Saturday primarily because motel management is most likely too cheap to hire a second front desk attendant. Even the design of the parking lot is inefficient and shows a lack of imagination. Unless you’re desperate for a place, I’d recommend finding a different location to stay when you come to South King County.

I had room 222 and the door would not lock from the outside so I could not leave anything in the room. The TV also did not work. The front desk didn't seem to care or fix either issue. Everything within 50 miles was sold out so I could not change rooms or locations

Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable. Staff were excellent. Property was next to the Auburn Airport, so a bit noisy. Property is a bit dated, but the excellent price reflects that. My husband had a fall in the bathroom and staff helped him up. That was wonderful! Plenty of parking, light breakfast.

Unethical thieves! I booked 2 queen beds through Expedia and the hotel refused to give us the room. They said that Expedia didn’t give them enough money so I’m out of luck and they will only give us one bed. There were 3 of us. When I showed them the reservation on Expedia for 2 queens their word were “you use a third party to book you will book a headache.” They refused to refund the money and refused to give us the room that was reserved. We had to leave and go elsewhere to find a room at 9:00 at night after driving 8 hours.

Too noisy from traffic for me. For the price, it was ok. Sheets were soft and good pillows. You can avoid traffic noise by getting north facing room. Loved convenience of pulling car up to the door (south facing rooms only).

I loved the place was super close to emerald downs. And right next to it was a casino that had a live band that was amazing! I didn’t feel unsafe but… my guess is probably some crime may go on. Room was clean and bed comfortable and fridge too. I would stay again.

The front desk staff was great, friendly, professional. However, the room was dirty, several long hairs on bathroom floor, smutz on walls……but the worst part was the sketchy people around. I felt unsafe & to top it all off, it’s at the end of a small runway, which is noisy & isn’t clear online.

Horrible, charged me day of stay instead of next day than a 100 dollar hold on top of it. Front gal was rude when i asked questions. Dismal shower and brrakfast was a joke for a almost 200 dollar stay. stale food, milk frozen, yogurt left out with no ice.

Cons: #1 Shady part of town, a lot of transients in hotel #2 Small airport next door, a helicopter startled us at 7am flying right outside our window (and I mean right outside our window) #3 Breakfast was a yogurt and an apple in a take away bag #4 No pool as advertised #5 Booked a double but they were overbooked, so got a single. Half of the family slept on the floor #6 Ice machine was out of order #7 Room was was dingy and not well maintained. Pros #1 The positive thing is we all had hot showers

The staff was exceptionally kind! Our room however was filthy. I stayed with my teenage son who has asthma. Our room smelled of cigarettes. There were random spots of dirt on the bathroom counter. All the lights did not work. Our socks were black from walking around the room. The breakfast was very basic with no good protein options so we did not eat.

The rooms are very old and in a bit of disrepair. The bed was very uncomfortable- you could feel the springs. I went down for breakfast at 7:40am and all there was to eat was cereal and toast and apples. I would not stay here again.

From calling them before the stay and was told to call back, I should have chosen another place! There was a wait to get help when first checking in. The room smelled. There was no hot tub, like I would have used that anyway. I asked for extra towels, because my hair is long and they said bring back the used ones and get a replacement!!! Never has that happened. They had a breakfast and it was lacking 2 yogurts and no butter or jelly.

Room was nice. But bathroom was very outdated and in need of work...had a towel that had a big rip in it, showed to the front desk guy so i wouldnt get charged for it... Breakfast is only cereal and toast, they only had jam and jellies, no butter, guess they were out ...couple apples for fruit and some yogurt... Overall id give the whole experience a 4 out of 10
