I am so absolutely pleased with my stay at Hilliard Motor Lodge! What a lovely place. I arrived later than anticipated but didn't wait long in the lobby to have someone check me in. I loved all the plants in that area, and though I didn't take advantage of it, they had coffee available in the lobby each morning. Everything was clean and pleasant. Somehow the TV channels showing movies didn't even have commercials so that was very cool. I think the only thing to comment on, which wasn't a problem for me because I am short, is that the shower head was very low. So if you are a taller person, this might be challenging. But it was fine for me! Water was hot, pressure was fine. I really can't say anything even remotely bad about my stay. I would definitely stay here again! It was very nice. Easily 5 stars!!!

There was a curb thst made it impossible for us to step out of our car and go into our handicapped accessible room. We had to walk at least 3 rooms away from our room to get onto the sidewalk.

You get what you pay for....I ONLY had one pillow that was barely a pillow and the room is spacious but you are definitely "GETTING what you paid for", not MUCH but a clean room, bathroom, fridge, TV, towels, THAT'S IT. BARELY A BIG enough soap to shower with and one tiny bottle of shampoo, that's IT. The Manager was VERY Nice and VERY kind but I did not want to bother him (or anyone else) for just another bar of soap at 5am when I realized there wasn't anything else. But this is a very nice, well maintained property, right off 270 in Hilliard, Tim Hortons is right next door and Bob Evans is Right across the street, with Other restaurants WITHIN easy walking distance, and 2 grocery stores: Kroger and Giant Eagle, also within walking distance (less than 1 mile) so a VERY convenient, safe, quiet location, just Not a ton of amenities on the property

The space was unclean with visible bugs. Staff throwing away belongings too. There were no toiletries when we arrived, and then belongings were thrown away after room service was done. The office entrance is also not handicap accessible at all.

I checked in 11 pm once I open the door room was smelled and dirty out property was terrible I have left to find another place with my wife and my two kids wouldn’t let my kid sitting on the bed this crazy I have never seen anything like this

The rooms were clean the property was clean and the service was friendly. The hotel was close to a lot of places to eat shop I was there with my fiance for a weekend getaway and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. I will definitely go back there again

Hotel staff was fine, check in was easy. I realize it's a lower priced place but I still have an expectation of basic cleanliness and they were far from that. The room was dirty to the point I considered leaving and sleeping in my vehicle. The sheets had hair and dirt on them and I don't believe they had been washed. The overhead lights did not work and not all lamps had lightbulbs in them. There were various splatters of dirt or other things running down the light switches, walls, and furniture. I was really looking forward to a cute older property but this place was nasty to the point I opted not to take a shower. I will not be back and other travelers should be aware of how dirty the place is.

For a motor lodge it was a great experience. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Tub needs an upgrade but it wasn’t terrible. I would stay there again with my family.

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The price was fair. The doors were a little touch and go. The room wasnt as clean as it couldve been. There was a lot of dust on cords and the alarm clock and lamp. Bathroom was almost too small to use. Mini fridge didnt work. A lot of noise could be heard between rooms. Upon entering pur room to use the garbage there was a single condom wrapper and used condom in the trash which was gross. I hope the room was cleaned orherwise before our stay.

The room wasn't what I booked. I booked a single queen room and got 2 queen beds. Not an issue for our 1 night stay but it wasn't what I booked. The pictures online are different than what we got. Old and outdated room. The towel shelf in the bathroom was pulled away from the way at one anchor. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job. Metal lamps in the room which appeared to be pretty old. Overall, it was just ok.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the lamps were filthy, there was rust in the refrigerator and the toilet was wobbly. A random man was trying to get in our room and the man working at the desk simply said there’s nothing he can do… (he didn’t care) Checkout was at 11:00 and housekeeping woke us up by banging on the door and OPENED THE DOOR while we were in bed at 8:00 am!! Then she banged on the door again at 10:30. I’ll never stay there again and you shouldn’t either!

I’ve stayed here many times, and usually have a nice stay! This time I had a nice stay until my last day. A man and woman was banging on my door at 10am asking me when I was checking out. That really upset me, because I was still sleeping! Check out time is 11am, so why are they banging on my door at 10am? I heard them do the same thing to my neighbor!! This is unacceptable! I enjoy staying here, but this is one thing that will get me to stop staying somewhere.

One night stay in this motel. Someone opened our door in the middle of the night using his key! He peobably got the wrong room number, but why his key can open our room? Next morning, the stuff knock our door before 8:00am while we still sleeping. Telling us there are some water problem and want us to switch to a different room. There is no sign of water issue. It’s a one floor building. We refused since we will be leaving in one hour. There was no noise around us indicating any emergency fix in the room nearby. Don’t know what’s going on.
