The staff told me the AC wasn't working but even though I said I was having a bathing suit delivered so we could swim in the pool they didn't mention that the pool was closed! The whole reason we got the hotel was for the pool! It was a pool staycation! No refunds of course. Then we received an email saying the hot water was working again, so 3 things broken, none of which were we warned about. Bait and switch scam.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cynthia got me quickly checked in and was very helpful throughout my stay here. The room was very clean and beds nicely done. The only downside of this place is the wifi. It works less often than not.

We found roaches within minutes of being there!!!!! So gross!!! The room smelled of mold and the door was broken. COULD NOT STAY THE NIGHT THE ROACHES WERE UNBEARABLE!!

We had a cockroach in our room, very noisy, dirty, lightening was terrible, card to get it was a pain and took several times to get in, rusty shower curtain holders and the hangers, beds old and hard, only gave us two flat sheets and a light blanket on beds, ac was falling off wall and could see outside. Very small and bed was pushed up against ac blocking the vents.

I rented three separate rooms for a total of two nights. One room had no hot water. The second room had roaches and the fire alarm went off randomly around 1am. When I showed the management the picture of the roaches she said "i know. Which room so we can spray again." Would totally give this zero stars if I could. Lousey experience.

I booked a queen non-smoking room. I was given a full sized bed without warning. When I asked the front desk, all they'd aid was oh yeah we are sold out of queen non smoking rooms. I wasnt even warned, informed, or even given a choice to swap to a smaller bed. How can you allow booking for a room when this place just over books and gives away your room. The least you can do is wane your customer you sold their room.

The door didnt close completely, so outside noise was even louder. Partiers at 2am, rain and water dripping could be heard easily, road noise, etc. The bathroom is a bit rough looking. The beds are quite hard and stiff. It's just a cheap room for the night, what else you expect from a Motel 6? Not a homeless guy camping out under the tree behind the dumpsters.

Room next door had left their dog alone in the room and it was barking, whining and howling for over 4 hours. The next morning they had a baby crying and a toddler pounding on the doors and walls and mom yelling at them starting at 8 am and lasting for over an hour. Over all not a great experience. People are just rude and disrespectful to others!

The bed was comfortable, the front desk at check in was rude with accusations of having other people with me then after I paid for the room they informed me I wouldn't have hot water to shower with. Expedia tried to get my money back or even half but the manager said no. I checked in after 6:00 so I couldn't do anything about it. The manager told me they posted on their site about no hot water but I checked and they hadn't posted any such thing. The tv didn't work well being that the picture was in and out and kept losing the signal even though the signal was strong. This property is run down and not kept up very well and the staff in the office are rude and treat people like trash. this was the worst motel stay I've ever had. I won't be back here again.

I booked two rooms under one reservation for two families. We were reaching for late check in. This hotel’s front desk said they have only one room held for this reservation, while Hotels.com Cust service confirmed we were supposed to have two rooms. No ownership or apology from front desk! although they missed to hold two rooms. We had to look for alternative stay in the middle of the night. Pathetic experience. Would never ever try to book room here. Hotels.com customer service was kind enough to help us with alternative stay. Five stars for Hotels.com.

We arrived late since we came from Disney. When we went to check in we were told they were on the middle of shift change and we needed to wait 10 and not in the lobby. It was not said nicely or with any apologies at all. When we were finally able to check in they required ID for everyone over 18. So I gad to go back out again to get my husbands ID. When we got to the room and it was hot so we tried to turn on the air. All it was doing, was circulating the hot air. The air conditioner did not work at all. The shower was banged up and peeling and just looked dirty. Also, when you shower water goes everywhere I understand you get what you pay for, but I won’t be back.

I like this property. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. This trip our door was knocked on in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning by some random guy. There are also quite a few more homeless people staying right outside the fence.

Everything about the property was adequate for a quick stay. They did not have a hair dryer, or shampoo, but plenty of towels. Water was clean and stayed heated, the room was clean but we could only find one outlet to charge phones behind the tv. The area around the hotel was okay. There were kids on their skateboards hanging out around the parking lot for most of the night which made us a bit concerned for our vehicles but nothing troublesome occurred.

Great for stays! affordable. Great to go when going to Disney or when busy all day and great for rest on a budget ! Front desk was kind and they courtesy call if I needed anything . A few homeless people but majority around LA is going to but they don’t bother no one . Close by food and stores like target ! Very convenient. I stay at Motel 6 because I bring my dogs with me, large property with a pretty good pet area. Clean room, everything worked perfectly. Hop in your car, lots of food options within blocks. 4 miles from Disneyland and very reasonable rates and if you want to save on Disney parking, hop on the bus (I did not go to Disneyland :D). Neighborhood appeared to be very safe. Great stay at Motel 6 Stanton.

Had a good stay at Stanton, CA. Motel 6. I was glad they had a nightly security guard. #50 Bus has a stop right in front of the hotel that takes you towards Disneyland & Anaheim Convention Center. Would like to see 24 hour coffee/tea provided. Would stay there again.

Like the title says, you get what you paid for. We had to bring our cat who likes to travel and luckily she was free and not a big deal. Pool was closed which was a disappointment. No bath tubs, small rooms, and not suited for a family of four. Had a few noisy neighbors, but thats expected at Motel 6. No mini fridge, no microwave, no frills. But a good, clean, place to stay when you're tired.
