room was worn and furnishings showed it. appeared clean but was surface clean only. shower nozzles were clogged and minimal water output. bath faucet was about to come out of the porcelain base. toilet seat was worn and needed replacement. floors were questionably clean. bed linens appeared fresh. door was not sealed well, could see light coming through and noise coming in. AC worked well, thankfully. no USB outlets. WiFi was very spotty. hotel grounds need serious maintenance and attention. front desk staff was average, not friendly but not rude. it appeared there was security/staff outside in parking lot all night. at least I hope that's who it was. very worn down and needs some rehab. great location. tons of parking. price spiked for special events so book early. if you simply need a place to lay your head and sleep and catch a very quick and low water flow shower, it works. Based on the recent reviews that were 10/10, I was convinced to book here. I was disappointed.

This property is located in the best part of Palm Springs, IMHO. It’s like a resort, with a beautiful pool! In the evenings we sat at the pool and met some really cool people, because this place has the resort vibes. Clean rooms, really nice housekeeping staff, but the best is the management. Juan, and Amber, really make this place. Juan is the manager and he has turned this property into a Motel 6 resort. We have stayed at so many motel 6’s as we travel with our cat, and they take all pets. Beautiful views, clean, nice rooms with decent linens and really great customer service. I almost hate to post this review because I don’t want my gem to be overtaken! Honestly, home away from home for my family. Never disappointed here.

I love this place for its location and large pool with mature trees and green grass. Even though it’s bad for this water deprived desert to have such large expanses of grass and shade trees, I do enjoy the well maintained outdoor greenery and very generously sized pool. This property is a throwback to Palm Springs motel culture of the 60s. The rooms are definitely basic with inexpensive finishes, but I dont find it shabby either. Cleaning could be a little more detailed and be aware there is no daily housekeeping. They only clean rooms between stays. This definitely a budget experience, but enjoy its pluses, and dont let the minuses bug you. BTW, this Motel 6 on S Palm Canyon is better than the other one in downtown PS which is just a building surrounded by a parking lot.
