The pictures were very deceiving the room looked nothing like I saw on the site. The hotel desk clerk was very nice and I appreciate her understanding my feelings about leaving.

I am disputing this charge because the hotel room provided was structurally damaged, unmaintained, and unsanitary. I arrived late and went straight to sleep. Upon waking, I discovered severe issues: a thick layer of dust and grime covering the surfaces (with dirt heavy enough to write in), deep holes smashed into the drywall, dark stains and drips covering the walls, and furniture with missing hardware/handles. The hotel failed to provide a clean, safe, and acceptable standard of lodging. I promptly informed management of these pre-existing conditions upon recognizing them before checking out, but the manager refused to offer any resolution or refund. I have attached clear photographic evidence of these room conditions.

Looking at the pictures online, gives you the impression that the hotel is well maintained and looks fairly new. The front desk agent with warm warming and nice. however the pictures online Kevin indication that they had a complementary breakfast which is not so there is no breakfast only coffee. Opening the door to our room, which was in the second set of buildings downstairs, we were hit by an overpowering smell of pure pet urine. It was overwhelming and took my breath away. I immediately close the door as I am an asthmatic and the smell was so confronting & atrocious. The were clean on the bed, but there were no towels in the room. I went back to the front desk and inquired about another room and asked for the keys for two more additional rooms nearby. The clerk understood and gave me keys for room 114 and 115 in room 114 with a step down from room 13 that will still infested with pet urine in the carpet and so was 115. I found my way to a nearby store store and purchased carpet deodorizer for the room we decided to stay in which was room 115 and again this was our 3rd room change and obviously the best that they could accommodate us with. I specifically left a message for the housekeeping manager regarding the lack of care and quality work that none of the housekeepers have seem to care about. The carpet was in dire need of cleaning if not ripping out and tossing it in the trash. The owners need to know this as well their rooms. It’s just one big dump.
