What guests think

At Palace Casino Resort, guests consistently praise the smoke free environment, cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious rooms with water views, and the popular buffet and dining, while recurring drawbacks include very firm mattresses and occasional noise.

Guests also like the pool area, key card elevator access, and straightforward parking, though accessibility for disabled parking and the absence of in room microwaves are common gripes. Dining is a strong point, with frequent praise for the buffet, Stacked, and Mignon's, but some note limited hours or scarce early morning coffee options. Overall, expect a well kept stay with comfortable spaces, firm beds, and a quieter casino vibe.

We had a corner room with a panoramic view. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Bring your own pillow if you like a softer sleeping experience. The outdoor pool is nice (no hot tub, though) but expect a bit of a long walk from the rooms. The smoke-free casino is a big plus, as is the free charging for electric vehicles. Close to a number of restaurants, both in Biloxi and in Ocean Springs. Overall good value--will happily come back!

The rooms are spacious and quiet. You have to use your key to access the elevator to your floor which is a nice security feature. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the drink prices are reasonable in the pool area.

Palace Casino and Resort is an excellent property that is a non smoking location. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times and it is consistently great. Having the casino right off the elevator is fun and the buffet is likely the best in Biloxi. There is a sportsbook option and many folks are playing the slots and table games. Parking is easy via a deck that connects to the 2nd floor for quick access. For an all around experience it is hard to beat the Palace.

Not much interaction from the hotel staff. Rooms were very dusty in some areas. Rooms would not cool regardless of what the AC was set on. Beds felt like sleeping on cardboard. No food accommodations for a gluten allergy. Had to leave the property for every meal! I left a voicemail for the Food & Beverage Manager, but he/she never returned my phone call.

The Beds were super hard. I called front desk and she said it was nothing they could do about it other than send me up a rollout. She stated multiple people complains about this often. I attempted to cancel the stay and they as told I couldn’t do that and that they wouldn’t accommodate me or give a partial refund or anything. The room smelled musty. The jetted tub had a sticker inside that said sanitized but there was visible strands of hair. This was a horrible stay for me and my family. I wouldn’t recommend this to my dog.

Always a good, solid choice in Biloxi. The rooms, although not real new, are clean, quiet, and if you book a deluxe room, very spacious. It’s worth a couple of dollars more. The only issue is that the room, although spacious, had no place to sit, just one desk chair. There’s lots of room for maybe a couple of chairs and a small table?TIP: best and most affordable buffet in Biloxi!

Our stay was great! We especially liked the level.of customer service provided by Kellie and Tina Marie at the front desk, and Tom, server (older white gentleman with gray hair and glasses-- I think this was his name) at the Stacked Grill.
