Stayed 1 night

First impressions, it looks ok. Desk staff was ok, but when I questioned them about why they needed my co-travelers name and DOB, They got defensive. (We’ve been traveling for 23 days and stayed at 14 hotels, none have asked for my co-travelers information?) Next the room, 2 double beds in an old room with about 12” between the beds. My bed was a mattress, old fashioned spring mattress, no box-spring base. The mattress was awful, worn out and I think broken in half. The rooms were very noisy and you could hear everyone above you and on the sides of you. We didn’t get much sleep! And to top it off, I take medication that needs refrigeration, the refrigerator froze my medication!!!! Awful, it was $160 bucks for a terrible night with a loss of $175 in medicine. Oh one good thing, the shower had hot water, but watch your head because the shower rod was broken
