The property is quite a bit more worn than the pictures show. There were 8 of us and the bedrooms/beds were all very comfortable and perfect for our group. Note, there is no dishwasher, and, once you drink the drinking water provided, you must provide your own drinking water. The beach club they recommend plays very loud music all the time so if you want a more laid back beach experience we recommend Duna. The Xpu-Ha beach is fantastic with both white sand AND fanstastic snorkeling off-shore. Really quick easy access to a lot of amazing cenotes.

The hosts were so helpful and responsive the whole time to help us organize ourselves throughout the week. Helping us reserve the beach club. The complex will surely keep getting better as it keeps getting built.
