Loved the cleanliness of the whole property. The bed was wonderful, just one complaint it is too high. Very hard for a short, senior woman to climb up onto. Had to use the bench in the room to step up to get into the bed. Pillows bedding mattress was great, just too high off the ground. Loved the large screen TV and large shower was wonderful.

Great location, very nice and clean on the inside. But the 2 young ladies doing the breakfast set up ruined it for tons of people! They were more concerned with kitchen duties than making sure the people that spend 150/200 a night to have coffee. The coffee container that stayed empty. The poor lady that checks people in and out was trying to help the 2 young ladies who didn’t care anything about what the people needed for breakfast. When asked why the coffee wasn’t there , they just looked at you like they were being put out for having to do there job! If they didn’t like there job go and do something different instead of acting like your still at kindergarten class ! They were the worst i have been around and I have been traveling for my work for over 30 years. The girls didn’t give a rats ass about the people and their needs as they leave this location! They should be replaced for sure! Totally didn’t care at all about the breakfast set up!

First impressions matter. The moment we walked into the lobby we were greeted by friendly staff. From the lobby to our room and breakfast area everything was very clean. They had a good selection for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

I accidentally booked the wrong day. The hotels app switched to that date and I didn’t notice they changed my date. This hotel refused to cancel even though it was over a week away for the reservation
