This listing is exactly as promised and more. It's only a one block walk to main street with all of the food and shopping. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked. The host provided plenty of towels and other essentials. The house is exceptionally clean and had plenty of room for our group. We had a problem checking in and it was immediately taken care of in one phone call. The welcome gift was a nice touch too!

Our stay included a group of college friends. Great house that fit us all. We were able to walk to town to eat, drink and shop. The hot tub was nice too. Good communication from the host as well. Fun weekend!

The Host was very nice. The house was well stocked. Sleeping arrangements were wonderful and the location Was perfect. Walkable to wherever we wanted to go. The only problem was with the hot tub. When we put on the jets a lot of very strong chemical fumes.

Remodeled older building with up to date appliances, comfortable beds and many kitchen necessities all available. Fans and space heaters to adjust temperature of rooms and home. Plentiful towels, blankets, and paper towel and TP! Very accommodating host with great communication. Very close to downtown, short walk! There are some closets with extra space. Hot tub has a cover that is heavy to move. Great stay and we would book again!

Highly recommend!! Our family loved everything about this property! Tons of space, great kitchen amenities, fabulous hot tub, great host, outstanding location within walking distance of the main shopping/restaurant street, super comfortable setting & perfect for any group! The house is clean has a lot of space for a group of people. It makes very good use of the space. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is wonderful to walk around town and the neighborhood is quiet.

The bedrooms and baths are pretty tight but workable. We really weren't in the bedrooms except to sleep. Kitchen was great, well-stocked and modern conveniences (but don't run the air fryer and the microwave at the same time). The back deck and propane fire table were a great hit and the hot tub was fun, as well. Loation couldn't be better ... cut through the parking lot across the street and you land right in the middle of the Main St. shopping area. We were eight retirees .... did no cooking except to toast bagels and warm up leftovers.
The bedrooms and baths are pretty tight but workable. We really weren't in the bedrooms except to sleep. Kitchen was great, well-stocked and modern conveniences (but don't run the air fryer and the microwave at the same time). The back deck and propane fire table were a great hit and the hot tub was fun, as well. Loation couldn't be better ... cut through the parking lot across the street and you land right in the middle of the Main St. shopping area. We were eight retirees .... did no cooking except to toast bagels and warm up leftovers.

We stayed in this house with three generations. Very clean. Would have noticed if not because the baby is on the floor a lot. Enjoyed the set up and space of the house. Convenient location for walking downtown and to Rivershops area. We were lucky to have great air conditioning throughout the house because we were there during the Canadian wildfire smoke alerts. Loved all the bathrooms (4) so nobody ever had to wait. Kitchen table was a tad small for our group but kids didn’t mind sitting at the bar. Front porch was a fine area for projects.Beds and bedrooms were comfy. Hope we get the opportunity to stay again.

We stayed here to celebrate my parents’ anniversary with family. The house was perfect for all of us!! Plenty of privacy but also gathering space for our separate families! The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance! The owner was so friendly and the house was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful, tastefully decorated home in Frankenmuth. With the five bedrooms and four bathrooms, it is a great place for longtime friends to reunite. The home is within walking distance to the nearby shops and restaurants. So glad that we rented here!

We planned a weekend retreat for 5 moms and 5 daughters. The house was ideal, offering individual bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as ample space for everyone. Each room was well-equipped with everything necessary and featured comfortable beds. The hot tub was a favorite among the girls. The property was spotless, and Mike was very attentive.

A group of 7 friends stayed in this house and really enjoyed it. It is very close to town and a very short (5 minute drive) to Krogers. The hosts father checked us in. Communication was great and prompt check in easy and checkout easy as well. We loved it. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms the other 2 use the common bathroom in the hall. Plenty of hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen but no shampoo or separate shower soap. Not a problem for us as we always bring our own. Just something to note. Our en suite bathroom did not have a door to separate from the bedroom (maybe a curtain would have been nice) but I got used to that. There was no Kleenex but that was about the only thing missing. This house was equipped with everything else we needed. We will be back if we are up that way again

The house was amazing and close to town we walked everywhere. The bikes were an added bonus for the teenagers to ride around. Plenty of space and we loved visiting and sitting on the front porch. Would recommend.

We had such a perfect girl's holiday weekend here last year that we had to come back, and it was perfect again. The owners of this property are just top notch kind humans. They even texted the night before check-in and check-out that we were free to come early/stay later if need be. The hot tub is huge, and so nice that there are so many bedrooms/baths and the kitchen has had everything we've needed.

A very clean house conveniently located about 2 blocks from downtown Frankenmuth. 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and a nice living room with a tv. I would highly recommend this place!

Could walk to everything, location can't be beat. Mike was easily reachable and quick to respond. House was really well done, tons of character but also updated and really functional.

We stayed here to celebrate my parents’ anniversary with family. The house was perfect for all of us!! Plenty of privacy but also gathering space for our separate families! The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance! The owner was so friendly and the house was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was in excellent condition except for the big ants that greeted us in the hot tub. Mike took great care of that and we were able to enjoy the hot tub the next night. Fully stocked kitchen! The multiple bathrooms were very nice to have!
