The room was clean & good size. The bathroom was ok only one sink & stand up shower. The back deck had a nice view of river & a couple of chairs. The pool is small but was clean & heated. Access to the room was tough using the steep stairs to carry luggage up & down. I would skip the breakfast, make your own waffle & a couple of different items in warming trays. All not a bad place

Nice property for the price with outdoor pool overlooking the river. Staff was VERY nice, except that someone at the front desk gave me a hard time about a late checkout, saying my room was booked by someone else (not true, since I ended up staying an extra night in the same room & the rooms nearby were empty — the website specifically says late checkout is available.) Other than that, I plan to go back again. The other staff were fantastic & even the person who gave me a hard time was wonderful after I booked the extra night. ;)

Room was absolutely spotless. Bed extremely comfortable. Staff at check-in were extremely friendly. We selected a room with river view and balcony. The only draw back was the balconies are "shared" with your neighboring rooms which we found rather odd. Not sure why the property didn't build privacy walls as there was certainly plenty of room to do so.

Great location, very peaceful Large, spacious room Didn’t have a microwave, which was an issue just because of our room location to the lobby microwave, but not a deal breaker. If stairs or a ramp style walkway is an issue, be sure to select the NO STAIRS room choice. They can help with luggage.

Our room was right on the river and the views from the balcony were amazing. Room was comfortable, but the shower lacks any space for your personal products. Kayaks and SUP's are available to rent at various times of the day (depending on the tide). Very close (less than 5 minute drive) to our favorite beach.

I requested first floor hoping not to climb stairs. Their first floor is 3 flights down below grade. And the first floor rooms were damp and musty smelling. The carpet felt wet/damp to my feet. I was shown another room on the lowest floor. Same wet/damp/musty. cause breathing issues for me. The manager was kind enough to move me to a room where I could breath.

The property is facing a beautiful nature preserve but the room was very damp. The breakfast was an additional fee and it was equivalent to continental you’d get included at a Hampton Inn. Convenient location and quiet but likely won’t return due to the overall dampness.

Staff was nice but the bathroom had webs at the base of the walls and hairs that weren’t ours. Grossed me out and made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room . Otherwise a decent place to stay for less money than you will pay in town.

The only thing that was not up to standard was the cleanliness of the room. I took some photos and was going to share them with the front desk but we never had the chance. There was spiders in corners near the bathroom area. When we first arrived there was bugs that had fallen out of spider web and spider poop. I cleaned it up. There was hair on bathroom floor and on the duvet. It was also quite dusty on mirror next to TV, outlets, ice bucket.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entire place was very clean and well-kept. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Nice and updated lobby with great views of river. Comfy bed and clean but our room had a foul subtle Oder. Like cat pee or something. Got roomspray and helped. Good parking and location. Lots of activities on property. Very nice staff. Good coffee.

We stayed here based on overwhelmingly positive reviews and were disappointed when we arrived. We had a River view room which meant it was mostly underground with a small window up high. That is not what is advertised. The room had an odd smell. The doors are regular keys with no chain lock inside which felt very unsafe. The room was pretty clean but the smell and basement feel made it uncomfortable. We would not come back.

the room and the view were great.i was not happy with the t.v. service as everything had to be streamed,as an older couple we could not figure out a lot of it. no local news, no regular programs,all we were able to watch was world news and very old programs like death valley days

Room was nice with a pleasant view. The grounds are nice, The people at the front desk were very nice while they were there, the problem is there is no staff present from I believe 10pm to 7am. One of the things I noticed when we first stepped out on the balcony is that the balcony is shared with an adjacent room with no divider of any sort. First thing that popped into my head is that you better make sure the slider is locked or your neighbor could walk right in. While we didn't experience that, we did have a drunk neighbor knock on our slider. I didn't feel like getting up so we ignored it hoping it wouldn't happen again. They did do it again about 30minutes later so I called the front desk only to be forwarded to a voicemail box that was full. Over the course of the night the people above us also made a loud drunken entrance, presumably one of them crashing to the floor, based on the room shaking bang. So based on that experience with no staff on hand to deal with obnoxious guests, I would not stay here again on a weekend, certainly not during the summer. Midweek when there is less chance of drunken idiots I would definitely consider this place for future visits.

Great location to shops and restaurants! As others have stated, disregard the exterior as it’s a little dated; however, our room was new, updated and very nice! Most comfortable bed and pillows ever! We also had a great view of the river. We didn’t eat breakfast but they had complimentary coffee and a large assortment of teas. The pool looked great, too! Would stay again and definitely recommend!!

Was not able to check into hotel. Lobby was locked with a sign that listed office hours saying that they end at 10pm. The security number line that they posted just goes to an answering machine, no live human answers it. Had to find another hotel down the road last minute.

Check in was very easy and the concierge went out of her way to satisfy our accommodation request. When we checked out, we had forgotten items in the refrigerator. She worked with Housekeeping to get the items to us. She went out of her way to provide extra service. The room was lovely and we would definitely stay here again.

We were warmly greeted by Rico, who was very helpful. The hotel was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from our room was spectacular. The hotel has a shuttle stop right in front which makes it easy to get around town. We enjoyed our stay here.

The door to our room wasn't easy to open and close. Staff weren't very accommodating, nor very friendly. Breakfast was horrible. Charged us $20 for a late checkout, which was only an extra 90 minutes.
