Stayed 3 nights

Let’s see, the lock on the outside of the door looked broken or tampered with. The cold water faucet in the bathroom was so loose I had to use both hands to use it (one hand to hold it steady to the sink and the other to turn the water on. The bed was actually clean and decent. I did check for bugs considering everything else, but thankfully found none. The mattress however was so firm that wooden planks felt softer. It did appear to have a pillow top at one point, but that has disintegrated by the time I got there. The remote was sticky and there was what I hoped was an old coffee stain on the window ledge under the curtains by the air conditioner. The common areas were gross. The hall carpets showed a layer of grime and it was obvious the housekeeping came maybe 1-2 times a week. The wooden railings on the stairs were sticky and almost blackened. The elevator was super slow and a couple times I prayed the doors would open. Breakfast was minimal. Yes there was a waffle station but little to nothing else. The coffee station seemed to be constantly out of coffee or out away for the day already. The price was on the low side but the lack on effort by the staff was appalling especially for a hotel with Quality in its name. The staff did their duties but it was clear they did not want to be there. One desk clerk/manager sat in what passed as a lobby lazing around barefoot. I don’t recommend it at all. More like a per hour than Quality and Comfort Inn

Property was filthy. Owner/ management had personal family in lobby in evening. Pool closed at 6:00 pm We checked in 4:30 pm came back from dinner went to room and roaches crawled from behind television and onto cabinet, had to jump out of the way. Filthy carpet in room and hallways. Very rundown. We reported to counter girl and canceled our 4 night stay. We went to Best Western which was very clean, very nice pool open til 10:00 pm Had all amenities, toiletries, nice towels, hot breakfast, very pleasant staff. Quality Inn had no quality at all. Should not be on Expedia.
