As soon as I pulled up there was trash on the side walks in bags roachs killed huge people fighting slamming doors! There was no actual person only a machine to check machine which is not an issue however there was no person to tend to the fighting couple next door to my room till 2 am! There were spiders and roaches in my room! If it wasn’t for the hour of the night and needing a place for just the night we would have left! We will not ever be returning!

I strongly suspect the reviews of this property are being artificially increased by owners or their staff. Likely they're "booking" any last minute unbooked rooms under aliases in order to leave "confirmed" positive reviews. I booked a stay based on the positive reviews. From the point of my arrival I realized there was no way the reviews could be as high as they were. I pulled into the parking lot. In the car next to me was a man injecting himself with some kind of drugs. I found a parking space on the other side of the building, parked, and walked to the lobby. But before I got there a young lady approached me and asked if I "wanted to party." I politely declined, and she asked me if I could spare any money. Several reviews mention the helpfulness of staff. I find this odd because there is no staff on site. There's a kiosk with a video screen and a remote worker who checks you in. I'm assuming this is for safety, as the lock on the lobby door is broken. The room quality was about what you'd expect from the experience above--dingy walls, hair in the sink and tub, and the faint smell of smoke, despair, and bad decisions. I was only woken a few times by loud partying outside, and the door locked. So that was a plus. I think my car was OK left alone in the parking lot. And the heat/AC worked. No bed bugs to speak of, but I didn't check thoroughly. . .I'll update this review if I find a stowaway came home with me. Hotels.com should remove this property from listings.
