Good hotel. There's a fair bit of wear and tear in the hotel, such as paint pealing in places and marks on all the doors to rooms that are all in the same place on the door (certainly on the 14th floor). The breakfast team seemed understaffed so orders took too long and they ran out of biscuits when biscuits and gravy were on the menu (and we ordered that). I didn't think that was possible in the south to run out of biscuits.

I stayed in room 900, and unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean. There was also definitely someone smoking pot in the building because the smell was coming through the bathroom vents. I asked to change rooms, and the staff accommodated my request and moved me to room 700. This room was cleaner, but it was missing some of the amenities that room 900 had. The rooftop bar was also disappointing. There was a very strong smell of gas both days I was there, which made it unpleasant to spend time there. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it will be my last.

The hotel was nice overall. There is only street parking or valet parking available, which can be a little inconvenient. Breakfast was good, but it would have been even better to have a buffet option with more variety. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
