Property is very run down and not well maintained. We were afraid the elevator wasn’t going to make it to the 4th floor!! Room was ok other than the carpets appeared to need a deep cleaning and the TV was about to fall off the wall. Air conditioning worked very well though. Staff not very friendly.

The rooms were fine but the elevator was broken and the only rooms available were on the 4th floor. Also, for the first 5 minutes, the person at the registration desk insisted that we do not have a reservation. Eventually he found it.

Solid airport hotel. The property is a little old, but in good repair. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was nice. I am glad we selected this as our hotel on a cross-country drive.

The king room was very clean. The bathroom impressed me as usually you see a lot of wear and tear in them. No bad smell and a/c worked well. I did not have breakfast as I had a very early flight. Only downside was the water was only luke warm, it would not get hot at all. I meant to let them know but fell asleep and forgot to tell them at 3:30 a.m. while taking the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle service is nice to have. Great stay!

The sheets were stains and check out it supposed to be at 12pm and they were knocking at the room door at 11:40am asking if I want to stay longer because check out was at 12pm. I thought it was rude and very pushy

I’ve stayed here I’d say about 10-15 times and each time I tell myself that they will clean up or at the least do a deep clean in all their rooms but unfortunately that’s not the case. I just can’t stay anymore, I have decided to stay at a different hotel until they do something about the cleanliness of their rooms.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Furnishings and bathroom seemed a bit worn looking. Biggest complaint was carpet. There was a big pile of dog poop next to the sofa and some stains so we kept our shoes on! Convenient location.

We stayed for 5 days. Food was ok, not great. Same bland potatoes and eggs everyday same day. I noticed the breakfast host was using the same gloves to serve the food and to clean the counters the entire time. Water shower pressure very low. Nozzle kept following off. WE FOUND A ROACH!!!!! In all my years of traveling, never have experienced this! I have a photo!

It was very very loud. i could hear others speak very clearly in the rooms beside us. Thwrw was a lot of door slamming. I could hear the couple above us argue in the middle of the night. There was no full length mirror in the room and the lights in the bathroom were so dim it was hard to put my makeup on.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. While it made the drive to the rental car return very easy, you will hear every single flight taking off and landing. Bring ear plugs. It was clean and the front desk staff were nice enough. We checked out before we got to try breakfast. My only big complaint was the that shower's drain is higher than the tub. I hate showering in standing water and that tub filled up fast. I had to turn it off multiple times and kick the water to the drain. Glad it was for only one night.

Very comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. Big plus for the size of the room and comfy beds & pillows. Hot breakfast was well stocked during our stay, friendly staff. Not so great is the extremely paper thin walls and floors/cielings, you can literally hear what the next room is watching on TV and when the floor above you is walking, bathing, and flushing. Hotels in this tier are notorious for thin walls but believe me NOT like this one. I still consider this an outstanding value and great location in El Paso, and would consider again when need to ne the Sun City.

If you want to stay close to the airport, this property will do just fine. It is very close to the airport, has ample free parking and the rooms are large, clean and well appointed with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, ironing board/iron and the rest.

First of all, the honest staff. Four days later ,I realized I forgot a personal item. I called, Maria and her staff had no problem locate it and calling me back. Just as important, the place was quiet and clean. The front desk clerk was busy, manage to multitask and take of another customer at the same time... Big Plus!

We did have to wait at check around 30 minutes, the only person working was also the shuttle driver and there was noone to check in as we arrived. Once the attendant returned it was fine.

It was decent. The hotel itself, sits back from most of the restaurants, but was not far. I would’ve given them a 4 star if the receptionist (Pamela I think her name was) wasn’t so rude. She acted as though she hates her job and it came through in her customer service, which was terrible. I encountered her 2 more times after checking in, still awful. Bad customer service will keep me from an establishment before, location and amenities.

This property served its purpose by providing us with a clean and conveniently located place to sleep before catching an early flight the next morning. The front desk person I dealt with was a helpful woman, the airport shuttle convenient and the breakfast sufficient with enough hot options to make a decent egg and sausage sandwich. As others have noted, the place could use a facelift and they should definitely have the weird flickering outside light fixed. I was told that its been malfunctioning for years but it definitely creates a unsettling vibe upon approach. Especially after driving by the more welcoming facades of the other hotels in the area. Overall, this place is probably overpriced but better than the cheaper options in the area and not horribly worse than the moderately more expensive options around the airport.

Despite the pretty pictures, just another airport hotel. Could use a renovation. Elevator seemed worn out, bathroom vent very noisy, coffee carafe missing. But it was clean and quiet and the AC worked well in the heat wave. Car is required to access anything outside the hotel as area is not within walking distance of anything and surrounded by industrial buildings and desert.

Hotel was okay- right next to airport- in flight path and also has railroad tracks right next to property. Luckily- we were on 3rd floor and was quiet. Hotel is “ worn”. Not luxury. Okay for one night.

Price was great and the room was large. Breakfast the first morning (Sunday) was constantly restocked and attended by a kind gentleman. Next day (Monday) no one in sight. No forks left and most of the hot food was gone.
