Adequate location, hotel is doing major construction project, nice staff is very nice and helpful, I didn’t get a daily maid service, loud highway noises at night, bed was comfortable, shower water was hot, fan in bathroom was loud like a jet engine right before take off. Ask for a room not facing the highway.

The location of the hotel was close to where we were heading the next day. The breakfast was delicious and warm and the hotel room was clean. The only thing that was missing was extra sheets for the sofa bed and extra towels. There were no extra towels at the pool. The pool water was also somewhat murky.

The trash under the sink in the kitchenette was not emptied after the last guest. The room is spacious and the shower is great. The bed was hard and the shower door was too close to the toiket. The property is right off of 410 and you can hear traffic if you are in an even numbered room. Other than that this was a great property.

My stay was very pleasant. I loved the room and al the space. Everything was just right except for one small detail. On our last night at the hotel before going to bed, I saw a cockroach on the wall next to our bed. It was hard going to sleep just thinking of the cockroach and worrying about our food that was left on the desk. Other than that, everything was great! It might be a great idea to fumigate once in a while.

The room was spacious and cozy! But the restroom was extremely small and needed some upgrades. The television was oddly positioned to where you were not able to view from the couch or eating area. Other than that the room was very clean and cozy!

We checked in on Friday and were greeted right away. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very nice. The only issue we had is the Internet was not working Friday and Saturday. They stayed technicians were onsite attempting to fix is the issue but never got fixed the time we were there. They staff did give us an alternate WiFi to use but that one didn't work either. Other than WiFi our stay was great and will definitely be back.

wifi didn't work at all and it was a huge inconvenience as I was not able to work off my laptop. I was informed at check in I would be able to change room to a double vs king and that didnt happen as well. I was told I wouldcbe charge a different rate. overall horrible experience and the rep with expedia at check in was rude and didn't allpw me to finish a complete sentence and continuesly favevme long sighs.....

Not far from sea world or the riverwalk good hotel the room was clean and we enjoyed it. Used the pool and was clean. Only complaint was breakfast was not great, it might have been because they where full idk but they didn’t had much to choose

Sadly will not return to this hotel. It’s has a great location & the staff was nice but overall not the best we have stayed in within SanAntonio which is every year for fright fest. Hotel is out-dated all around, small restroom, smaller tv and beds by far are not queens. Breakfast is cheap, I think the only nice thing there was the oatmeal bar. Packed breakfast items is not a buffet style breakfast & coffee was old & bitter. I’m sorry but it’s a no/ not again for us.
