Overall it was a good hotel and appreciated the breakfast and dinner however the elevators were extremely slow and being on the 10th floor it took a long time to get to room and lobby. It was a very busy weekend for some type of sports event so didn’t like that part either.

The elevator service was terrible. Only one elevator was working and it literally took about 30 minutes to be able to come down or go up. Frustrating!!! No one seemed to know what was going on.

We enjoyed our stay here for several reasons. Every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the bar at dinner. My room was very quiet and comfortable. The pool area was nice with plenty of tables and chairs. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and dinner buffet. The breakfast buffet was also very good. It was nice not having to go out for every meal. The elevators were a little slow at times, but other than that, everything was great. There was plenty of free parking in the lot and also the garage.

The hotel is very clean and safe, with good service, and the staff is always very friendly. The breakfast is varied and very fresh. The room is very clean and comfortable. The only minor observation I would make is that there are no trash bags in the room and bathroom, so I bought them and put them in. I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

The employees were great! Our carpet in room 718 was filthy and disgusting. The breakfast and kick back food were subpar. The drink time should be longer than 5:30-7 and bacon would be nice in the breakfast buffet

Have stayed at other Drury Hotels and had always been pleased with the facilities until today. This morning there was a couple of cockroaches that crawled out from under the bed. I advised the young lady at the fron desk but she wasnt overly concerned about it. Will take this into.consideration next time we're in town for a few days.

Cockroaches in room. One front desk staff lady (Leesha) was great on the night portion. We had to move rooms due to hair on the sheets on the pullout couch in the king suite and she was very nice and accommodating. The cockroaches popped up later on the next morning. They said they had a crew in 2 days prior. May not have worked very well. Gave me a voucher for the same drury, but i won’t stay there again. It’s just not very clean and we stay only on drurys because they are notoriously clean. Bad experience but overall a good chain hotel

We only stayed 1 night, but the AC was not working and no matter how low we set it, it did not kick on. We woke up sweating and hot. I didn’t notify the front desk because it was the middle of the night and what was the point for 1 night. There was no complimentary water or lotion like most hotels offer. I did like the safe parking garage that required a key card to get in and the staff was nice. They were just under construction so areas were blocked off.

Accidentally booked the hotel instead of the inns and suites location. I let them know I made a mistake, but they claimed that this location was actually newer, but that wasn’t the case. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Thin walls you can hear all the noise going on next-door and through the halls. Barely got any sleep. And paid more than what a room in inns and suites would cost me. Wouldn’t book here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect about room was being able to hear every thump, step, conversations with actual words but being able to differentiate the persons speaking and their sex all through the walls and at four in the morning it almost sounded like construction going on next door. Maybe some white noise would help or a louder fan option.

We love everything about this hotel! San Antonio being our favorite city in Texas, this is the perfect place to stay. Whether attending Feast of Tabernacles at nearby Cornerstone Church or a weekend getaway, this hotel is our home away from home. Shout out to Jamaika Byron at the front desk! Pros: Service was great. Everyone was very nice. They accommodated an early check in and late checkout because of my young daughter. Complimentary breakfast, snacks/drinks at happy hour and large downstairs area to hangout was very nice. Cons: Three elevators but only 1 was really working. Outdated rooms. Very noisy if you are close to elevators as they were apparently working on one in the middle of the night. Could hear doors, chairs sliding around, general noice from every which direction. Layout of room was very awkward. Didn’t allow for much space and was crammed. Bathroom was nice size. Would come back if no other hotels were available but would certainly consider other options first. At this price point they certainly try and compensate for the room with the service.

The entire staff was exceptional throughout the 3 day stay. The Manager Clint made sure my handicapped husband had all the resources to make our stay wonderful. Tyler was also so wonderful and made me smile and laugh! This was one of our new favorite Drury Plaza Hotels to stay in!

The whole experience was enjoyable from the beginning starting with the booking till the departure. The staff are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I needed a place to stay the night before I had surgery close by. This went above and beyond my expectations. I have stayed at several Drurys before, but this one had a nice parking garage that opened up to each floor so easy access to room. Lots of security though so I felt safe. Lobby was nice and breakfast was great. Location was perfect to hospital and I never had to get on any major roads.

This hotel was VERY clean. Staff is very attentive to details and helpful. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been. The breakfast is elaborate and has so many options. The free cocktail hour has pretty much a full on meal which was great for us because we don’t drink. It’s all included. Rooms are quiet, you don’t hear your neighbors. Only thing is the pool is small but there were not a-lot of swimmers during the day when we went so it was fine. You have to pay to use the laundry (only mentioning because we were not aware beforehand). The fridge is tiny but big enough for cold drinks and there is a microwave in the room. The parking garage is secure. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel which was overwhelming when arriving in the dark. The next day of driving around was also overstimulating but once you get used to it, it’s fine. I would stay here again, every time. Also, there is a designated smoking area for vapers and smokers.
