Good parking close to rooms. Area was not clean. Staff was a little snooty, staff parked there car right outside the door which made us park elsewhere to check in. I asked and he said, "that is management parking". last time I stay there.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. 3 EV chargers (2 Tesla, 1 standard). Free breakfast in the morning in the lobby area. Cereal, yogurt, bagels /cream cheese, bread (for the toaster), Golden Malted Waffle station, juice station, coffee. Karen at the front desk was very friendly and and made us feel welcome. She is such a sweetheart.

We were pleased with how clean the room was! A very comfortable stay. We chose this property in part for the advertised laundry on premise. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer with no option to purchase soap/dryer sheets. Fortunately we had some with us. The quarters got stuck in the washer and since the front desk didn’t have the key to the machine, my husband had to pry it out with tools he had in his truck. The young man at the desk though was very attentive trying to help us out :)

The room was nice, minus the couch that had very springy, mismatch cushions. The bed was comfy and the sheets were Amazing!!!! So Incredibly Soft!!! The shower curtain smelled musty/moldy Really Really bad!!! But overall, it was a clean room. Wifi was Not very good. I was not able to connect and it was a dead spot for Verizon. Quiet location and felt safe walking around property at night

Check in process was great, the front office staff was friendly and welcoming. Uponf arrival to the room, we found it as pictured. Thorough walk through, items from previous guest were found in the freezer such as ice cream and bottled water. Bathroom had left over bar of soap and what appeared to be soiled rissue on the base boards. Screen on the window to our room appeared to have been broken from prying or attempted removal. Bathrooms need cleaning bad.

We booked a two night stay. We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and quiet. Check in was quick and our room was ready upon arrival. The room itself was very clean and it didn’t smell like cigarette. The beds were comfortable. My family and I would stay here again

1 night stay in Pinetop. I would not recommend. Beds were ok. The facilities are mediocre. One of the walls surrounding the sink/vanity had an object that had been mounted to the wall removed. Old screw holes were not repaired. The room had been painted while this object was on the wall, but they didn't bother to touch up this area to match the wall. It was a drastic difference in color. This motel rooms have exterior doors, which is okay. However, the black out curtains did not fully close, leaving a gap that anybody outside of the room could have looked through. There was just a general worn out look and feel. Another negative was that breakfast isn't served until 7 a.m.. Don't know if it was good or bad because we were on the road by 6:30. Not worth the price. Will not stay again.

The Hotel was very understaffed The receptionist was less then friendly Had problems going on with staffing so her demeanor followed the path of confusion and bitterness Was supposed to have hit meal breakfast complete with eggs and waffles, cereal, ext. no staff to get food prepared so the bagged up like a kids lunch a few things pre-packaged items. Then was given a room and key which was when I opened had other guest in it. How embarrassing that was. You can now imagine how it went 🥺☹️

Hotel website shows a very good hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc) included but got a bagged breakfast that was so bad it went right into the garbage. Certainly don’t go there for the breakfast. Website is very misleading. Also, inexperienced staff at front desk could not handle a very simple billing request.

The staff was so friendly and the property was clean! I had a super late check-in getting there at 12:30AM, even that late in the night they were very kind asking about how my drive was. I stayed here overnight to go to Sunrise Ski Park the next morning and it was in a great location. We were close to all different kinds of stores and restaurants. From this Quality Inn it was about a 45 minute drive to the Ski Resort. If I come back to visit Pinetop I will definitely be staying here again.

Good little hotel with basic amenities. Location was great, close to the local parks, restaurants and retail businesses. The room had a microwave and a good size mini fridge which allowed us to save some on eating out with the food we brought. Room itself was clean, good option for a family or average traveler. The breakfast was free and decent but lacked protein. It had the standard staples like juice, coffee, toast, bagels, yogurt, ect. Customer service was good, Karen helping with the breakfast was a gem who made us feel welcome and was kind to the children.

Stayed one night while in the white mountains on a fishing trip, nursing a knee injury and just didn’t want to sleep on the ground lol. Clean and put together, but you get what you pay for. Had a warm bed to sleep in which is all my brothers and I really needed, but breakfast was limited to waffle batter, juice, sugary cereals, and yoplait, the TV didn’t work and front office didn’t seem too enthused to assist, so we just let it go. Not a big deal and not what we were there for anyway. Sink was very clogged up. All in all, if you just need a bed that’s not the ground, this is your spot. If you want over the top service and amenities, don’t expect it, and that’s alright. Got the job done.

In the online pictures that advertise the amenities of the hotel it shows an eating area for breakfast - which also shows a complete hot breakfast buffet - waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. There was no such area and all we were offered was a grab bag with a breakfast burrito, muffin, and granola bar, and a juice. Definitely NOT what shows in their ad online!!

The room was very clean and looks to have been recently refreshed with new tiled floor and shower. Conveniently located near restaurants and a convenience store across the street. The brown paper bag breakfast was a disappointment with packaged muffin, brownie and a breakfast burrito to be microwaved and eaten in your room. Other than at checkin there was seldom anyone at the front desk, even at checkout so very much handsoff and do it yourself. On checkout morning after eating breakfast locally we returned to find out room was being cleaned although we had not yet dropped off our keys and it was before checkout time. The housekeeper was a bit annoyed that she had cleaned the room but we were not finished with it. Obviously no one was communicating to housekeeping about who had checked out and who hadn't. Overall a decent place but for the price the amenities were lacking.
