The check in process is easy. Download the app and check in. Check in is at 3, we arrived at 5, and had to go to the desk because it said our room wasn't ready. You're supposed to have a digital key, but it is always "on the way" so we had to go to the desk and get a physical one. The app says parking is $10, but when you pay, it's $21. The hotel is clean. The room was nice. I wouldn't walk past the hotel property though.

Wish we would've known the pool was closed and the breakfast was NOT free so we couldve booked somewhere else, As traveling with kids that's one thing we were looking for which ended up being a huge disappointment when the room cost is already pretty expensive its a little ridiculous. The overall experience was not pleasant. Will not stay again. Pool was closed and that was a major reason we chose the hotel for our family. Beds were super uncomfortable and the hotel was noisy.

When I checked in, there was no one at the front desk. I walked around the lobby looking for someone for 15 minutes or so. Parking had to pay by your phone in advance - was separate billing from hotel. Advertised a buffet, but had to order off the menu instead. Won't be staying here again.

Had to book with them after another hotel did not work out. I will definitely be staying with them for future stays. Super friendly staff! Professional and ready, I half expected them not to have my booking ready because I booked it so quickly third party and was happily surprised they were ready for me. Cheap, plentiful, secure parking. Close interstate/highesy access, within 10 min of downtown and Westport. Clean room. Quiet area. Pleasantly surprised! Check them out!

Nationwide, Hilton Garden Inn is one of our favorite chains. As the the hotel in Kansas City, KS; I was rather shocked and disappointed that they have absolutely no computer room or other facility - a real negative. In general, even though a fully vaccinated believer in COVID prevention, I also feel that with the pandemic OFFICIALLY over, Hilton can reinstate routine housekeeping. We honestly believe that the current policy has little to do with customer safety, but instead has almost everything to do with your "bottom line."

Clean and comfortable. Small cold pool, sign saus pool and spa. There is no spa. Very limited staff, bartender walked out during dinner service and it was too late to leave and go elsewhere.

The hotel checked us out of one of our rooms for no reason. When I messaged to ask why, they said it looked like we were only using one of our rooms. I assured them we had been using both rooms so she said she would check me back in. They ended up double charging us for our rooms, so we had to spend time going back to the hotel after check out to get that issue fixed. The rooms weren’t too bad. Beds looked clean, and bathroom was clean EXCEPT the bathroom vent had mold all over it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was better, the room was in better condition. This time, the room smelled damp and the carpet was dirty. Floors were very dirty in the room especially under the bed (wrappers, bottle caps, dirt etc) 10 dollar breakfast buffet is expensive given the room was almost 200 a night. Water pressure in shower was okay but not great. Tv remote would barely change channels and buttons were not functional probably because it was a universal remote but still annoying. Sheets did at least appear clean and bed was comfortable. It worked for my business trip I was on but over all for the price they need to do better.

The property had a nice facelift, but the common areas, ventilation system, and general feeling of the property did not live up to the usual experience at a Hilton Garden Inn. The bedframe was very noisy, the room seemed excessively humid despite using AC, the elevator needed some touch up. Nothing terrible, but just not quite up to expectations. The neighborhood is not conducive to walking at night.

The room's deadbolt did not work and additional door latch was missing entirely. Felt very unsafe. We booked specifically for the pool and it was out of order. The carpet was dirty and damaged in the room. There was no shower curtain at all. Water damage and rust on bathroom.ceiling. The beds were quite loud and had metallic creaking every time we moved. The tv remote also did not work. Would not recommend.

Everything was great about the hotel, except for one major exception. The sink in my room had no cold water so after about 15 seconds it was scalding. I brushed my teeth and washed my hands with water from the shower. The first night I tolerated it and thought it was no big deal — things happen. But then I told the front desk about it at 7 AM. I was gone until noon and it still hadn’t been fixed. I went down to the front desk and told them that it hadn’t been fixed. I left and got back at about five and it still hadn’t been fixed. I told them again and when I got back from dinner, it still hadn’t been fixed. it never was fixed so I spent the entire time there with no ability to wash my hands are brush my teeth other than using the shower.

The hotel was clean and the room was clean. However, the items in it were worn. The matress was well worn - it had a "sink-hole" in the center, it was lumpy and we felt the springs. The chair in the corner had so little padding left in the seat that we could feel the support bar running through the center of it. The shower leaked under the shower pan and made the bathroom floor soaked with a thin layer of water each time it was used and the bath fan did not work. Overall, we would probably stay again; but I would pay more for a better mattress and better condition of the room furniture.

Basically, when you sit on the bed, it sounded like you were on an old school boxspring mattress that was 30 years old. Or you were sitting on some old metal chair when I sleep I’m a body flipper and I woke up every time flipping because of the loud bases, they switched me into two different rooms and it still didn’t make a difference. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

we were unable to check in. random people who didn’t even work there had us knock on doors (they printed key cards that accessed every room) to find open rooms. huge security breach to let random people behind the desk and in the computer. i’ll b escalating this issue as well bc that was completely unacceptable. i was late for my event it was brutal

The front desk person was condescending. She spoke really fast when explaining things, not sure if she was trying to confuse matters. When I told her to stop and stop being rude she began to argue with me, not sure what she was trying to accomplish but I didn't appreciate it.

Our room wasn't ready at check-in. However, the front desk staff were incredible kind. They sent someone to clean the room as soon as we arrived. We parked in the secure parking area and fifteen minutes later we were in our Junior Suite. The bedding was freshly laundered, the bathroom was clean and adequately stocked. It was quiet, comfortable, and less than a 10 minute Lyft to the T-Mobile Center. Great place to stay.

This hotel is decent for the price. The area of the city seems slightly run down so that is really my main complaint. The room itself is nice and was clean with satisfactory to above average amenities. One lamp was missing a bulb in the room. Also there was no information on the hotel itself located in the room i.e. a book or paper containing where ice machines are, WiFi connect info., and if there is a gym/where anything is like the restaurant and bar, etc.

Everything about our stay was great! The only thing that went wrong was we had our fire alarm in our room go off twice without any reason, but the manager comped our breakfast for the inconvenience (even though it really wasn’t even a big inconvenience). The property was clean, the staff was nice and accommodating, the room had everything we needed, etc. 5 stars!

-The toilet handle would often not work and toilet would run until you removed the tank cover to adjust the tank components to allow the tank to stop running. -The bed had two metal bracket's sticking out from the side of the bed which we scraped our legs on multiple times. -We ate breakfast both days staying here and it was average at best. For paying $12/person for the breakfast buffet, you'd expect more options and better quality. Both days we ate over an hour before breakfast was over and the food was extremely low. An employee walked the buffet to check on food but then walked away without getting more food. Definitely learned our lesson not to eat breakfast here again. Most hotels that have basic continental breakfast included have a better selection and quality than what you had to pay premium prices for here.
