This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was still dirty when we arrived, with stains on the bedding and towels that looked like they had simply been refolded and put back. The room also smelled strongly of urine, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. When I brought these problems to the front desk, the staff member was rude and argumentative and acted as though they didn’t care. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told the manager wasn’t on the premises. No one offered a helpful solution. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I’ll be contacting corporate to report how these issues were handled.

The hotel was nice and the room was large and clear. My only negative was that we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. We were there for three nights so we got our exercise hauling our luggage up and down. Had I known the elevator was inoperable I would have booked elsewhere

The ONLY issue I had, is I woke up and noticed ants all over the TV stand that were not there (that I noticed) when I arrived the night before. I don’t think my chipotle bag would have attracted ants that quickly. But you never know I guess. I did tell the front desk they might want to spray. Their elevators were down, and she asked if I was OK being on the third floor in case of wheelchair/elderly arrived. And I said absolutely fine! Doesn’t hurt me to take stairs :) it was just nice that the gal actually asked me and was taking into consideration of older people and handicapped.
